Abstract

本发明公开一种太阳能电池板的固定机构,包括导轨,所述导轨上安装有卡扣,所述卡扣通过其设置的两个挂钩的微变形卡在所述导轨的滑槽内,所述卡扣通过螺栓连接边压码的中间部位,所述边压码一端采用将太阳能电池板压在导轨上的倒L形结构,另一端采用齿条形结构,并侧面插入设有与之配对齿形槽的边压码座中。根据太阳能电池板的厚度,调整边压码与边压码座的齿形配合位置,能适应各种规格的太阳能电池板,具有通用性强的优点;安装时,通过卡扣卡在导轨的滑槽内,将边压码插入边压码座,再与卡扣通过螺栓连接紧固,安装快捷、结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能光伏发电设备的固定装置,尤其涉及一种太阳能电池板的固定机构。
背景技术
太阳能发电分为光热发电和光伏发电。通常说的太阳能发电指的是太阳能光伏发电,简称“光电”,光伏发电是利用半导体界面的光发生伏特效应而将光能直接转变为电能的一种技术,这种技术的关键元件是太阳能电池,太阳能电池经过串联后进行封装保护可形成大面积的光伏组件,再配合上功率控制器等部件就形成了光伏发电装置。光伏组件俗称太阳能电池板,使用时需将太阳能电池板安装在地面、屋顶等地方,由于太阳能电池板尺寸规格较多,为适应其尺寸规格的变化,常需要设计多种形式的固定装置,这样就造成了资源的浪费,需要提出一种通用性强、结构简单的太阳能电池板的固定装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能电池板的固定机构,以解决目前太阳能电池板固定装置通用性不高和形式多样的问题,具有通用性强和结构简单的优点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种太阳能电池板的固定机构,包括导轨,所述导轨上安装有卡扣,所述卡扣通过其设置的两个挂钩的微变形卡在所述导轨的滑槽内,所述卡扣通过螺栓连接边压码的中间部位,所述边压码一端采用将太阳能电池板压在导轨上的倒L形结构,另一端采用齿条形结构,并从侧面插入设有与之配对齿形槽的边压码座中。
所述边压码上安装有防止其从所述边压码座的齿形槽中滑落的限位螺钉。
本发明的有益效果为:通过边压码一端采用将太阳能电池板压在导轨上的倒L形结构,另一端采用齿条形结构,并从侧面插入设有与之配对齿形槽的边压码座中,可以根据太阳能电池板的厚度,调整边压码与边压码座的齿形配合位置,能适应各种规格的太阳能电池板,具有通用性强的优点;安装时,通过卡扣卡在导轨的滑槽内,将边压码插入边压码座,再与卡扣通过螺栓连接紧固,安装快捷、结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示实施例中,本发明所述的单块太阳能电池板的固定机构,由导轨1、卡扣2、螺栓3、边压码4、边压码座5和限位螺钉6组成。安装时,将太阳能电池板7放置在导轨1上,卡扣2通过其设置的两个挂钩的微变形卡在导轨1的滑槽内,根据太阳能电池板7的厚度确定好边压码4与边压码座5的齿形配合位置,从侧面将边压码4插入边压码座5的齿形槽中,然后在边压码4两侧分别旋入螺钉6,防止其从齿形槽中滑落,然后用螺栓3连接紧固边压码4和卡扣2,拧紧螺栓3后,螺栓3的螺杆头部恰好处于卡扣2两挂钩之间,螺杆能限制卡扣的压缩变形,从而避免卡扣2从导轨1中脱出,保证了安装结构的可靠性。在螺栓3的作用下,边压码4、太阳能电池板7、卡扣2、边压码座5、导轨1之间形成压紧力,从而使太阳能电池板7紧固在导轨1上,该固定机构具有通用性强和结构简单的优点。

Claims (2)

1.一种太阳能电池板的固定机构,包括导轨(1),其特征在于:所述导轨(1)上安装有卡扣(2),所述卡扣(2)通过其设置的两个挂钩的微变形卡在所述导轨(1)的滑槽内,所述卡扣(2)通过螺栓(3)连接边压码(4)的中间部位,所述边压码(4)一端采用将太阳能电池板压在导轨(1)上的倒L形结构,另一端采用齿条形结构,并从侧面插入设有与之配对齿形槽的边压码座(5)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板的固定机构,其特征在于:所述边压码(4)上安装有防止其从所述边压码座(5)的齿形槽中滑落的限位螺钉(6)。
