本发明的一种建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,包括连接在一段结构龙骨a上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板和铝合金支架,所述直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板通过机械锁边扣合到铝合金支架上,相邻的另一段结构龙骨b上固定有墙面围护板材,位于结构龙骨a边缘的铝合金支架上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板上部扣合有封边导水压条,所述封边导水压条上扣有连接在铝合金支架上的封边扣件,所述封边导水压条连接有泛水收边,所述泛水收边覆盖在结构龙骨b和封边导水压条的间隙上并且与结构龙骨b相连接。本发明的有益效果是:降低环境对建筑屋面稳定性的影响,对受力较大的建筑屋面边缘位置起到缓冲作用,提高了牢固性,避免了漏水或围护板材被风掀起等隐患。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置。
背景技术
因为一般建筑屋面处在非恒定温度下,所以存在热胀冷缩变形,尤其是对金属板材,在建筑系统中的屋面围护板材大部分板型在宽度方向的变形可以依靠宽度方向的搭接缝来满足,而长度方向仅靠板材本身很难解决。因此大部分屋面板材长度方向的滑移需要依靠滑动支架来实现,但对于屋面边缘位置的连接常用自攻螺钉或铆钉来进行固定,所以这些位置的板材就无法参与滑动,同时在建筑边缘位置一般都受力较大,因此在这些位置就更容易出现问题,造成固定被破坏,存在漏水或围护板材被风掀起等隐患。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,建筑屋面边缘连接稳定可靠的建筑用滑移式连接装置。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,包括连接在一段结构龙骨a上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板和铝合金支架,所述直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板通过机械锁边扣合到铝合金支架上,相邻的另一段结构龙骨b上固定有墙面围护板材,位于结构龙骨a边缘的铝合金支架上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板上部扣合有封边导水压条,所述封边导水压条上扣有连接在铝合金支架上的封边扣件,所述封边导水压条连接有泛水收边,所述泛水收边覆盖在结构龙骨b和封边导水压条的间隙上并且两端分别与结构龙骨b和封边导水压条相连接。
优选的,上述泛水收边和内围护板材边缘设置有封边泡沫堵头。
优选的,上述滑移压条通过防水拉铆钉与泛水收边边缘相铆接。
本发明的有益效果是:
使用本发明,相邻连接的两段板材在热胀冷缩过程中长度方向上可以相对的滑动,从而最大限度地降低环境对建筑稳定性的影响,尤其是对受力较大的建筑屋面边缘位置起到缓冲作用,提高了固定的牢固性,避免了漏水或围护板材被风掀起等隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的一种建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,包括连接在一段结构龙骨a上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板1和铝合金支架2,铝合金支架2下端设置铝合金隔热垫3,并将铝合金隔热垫3通过自攻螺钉4固定到结构龙骨a11上。直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板1通过机械锁边扣合到铝合金支架2上。相邻的另一段结构龙骨b12上固定有墙面围护板材10,位于结构龙骨a11边缘的铝合金支架2上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板1上部扣合有封边导水压条6,封边导水压条6上扣有扣件5,扣件5连接在铝合金支架2上。封边导水压条6一边采用倒U型槽,将铝合金支架2上部扣合在内,另一边平直延伸并通过防水拉铆钉8与泛水收边7的边缘铆接。封边导水压条6上有小凹槽,具有收集结露,防止水珠流入室内的作用。泛水收边7覆盖在结构龙骨b12和封边导水压条6上,并且两边分别与结构龙骨b12和封边导水压条6连接。扣件5横截面为倒L形,下端通过自攻螺钉4固定在铝合金支架2上,上端紧压在封边导水压条6上。泛水收边7和墙面围护板材10边缘设置有封边高分子聚乙烯泡沫堵头9。
     其原理为:这样的设计使封边导水压条6、泛水收边7和结构龙骨b12连接成了一个整体,扣件5、铝合金支架2和结构龙骨a11连接成了一个整体。直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板1可以在这两个整体之间,(即封边导水压条6的倒U型槽内和铝合金支架2之上的空间内)沿板材长度方向做相对移动。同时泛水收边7可以起到防止外界的水流入结构龙骨b12和封边导水压条6之间的作用。封边高分子聚乙烯泡沫堵头9可以使保温、防水效果更好。

1.一种建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,包括连接在一段结构龙骨a上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板和铝合金支架,所述直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板通过机械锁边扣合到铝合金支架上,相邻的另一段结构龙骨b上固定有墙面围护板材,其特征在于:位于结构龙骨a边缘的铝合金支架上的直立锁边铝镁锰合金压型板上部扣合有封边导水压条,所述封边导水压条上扣有连接在铝合金支架上的扣件,所述封边导水压条连接有泛水收边,所述泛水收边覆盖在结构龙骨b和封边导水压条上并且与结构龙骨b相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,其特征在于:所述泛水收边和墙面围护板材边缘设置有封边高分子聚乙烯泡沫堵头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑屋面用滑移式连接装置,其特征在于:所述封边导水压条通过防水拉铆钉与泛水收边边缘相铆接。
