一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种锯槽机钻针,特别涉及一种地下防渗墙锯槽机潜钻钻针。
二、背景技术
锯槽机工作原理为:潜水电机驱动曲柄转动,曲柄通过连杆,摇臂推动左右两锯刀相向,同步,往复运动,切割地层成槽。
锯槽机在成槽过程中,两锯刀如受力不均匀,会引起锯槽机振动或偏移,此时应在锯槽机中下部加设定位钻针,使钻针首先入土定位,防止锯槽机抖动或偏斜。
目前,锯槽机钻针均为不转动的,如果遇有坚硬土层,钻针由于不能转动而很难或无法掘进。
三、发明内容
本发明为弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种锯槽机潜钻钻针,本发明由另一潜水电机驱动,轻松钻进硬土层。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种锯槽机潜钻钻针,包括支撑架,潜水电机B,钻针;潜水电机B固定在支撑架上,潜水电机B下端设有钻针。

本发明工作时潜水电机B驱动钻针7转动,钻针在转动过程中钻动地层成孔,钻针首先入孔定位,使两组锯刀在成槽过程中平衡、不抖动。
本发明为地下防渗墙锯槽机专用钻针。
