本发明公开了一种带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱,所述的机箱包括箱体、电路板、主机和送风管,主机内是一制冷系统,所述的电路板、主机、送风管设置在箱体的内部,所述的电路板包括底板和肋片,所述的底板的正面部分设置电路,肋片设置在底板背面,所述的肋片纵向布置,所述的冷风出口设置在电路板的下方,所述的主机包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀和蒸发器,所述的送风管包括管体和冷风出口。所述的制冷装置设置能够有效的降低电路板的温度和发生火灾的危险,可以使电路板长时间、高负荷运行,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织机械的辅助设备,更确切地说,是一种纺织机械用的带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱。
背景技术
当织布机要运转,需要有电路板来给织布机的电动机提供稳定的电流,使电动机能够平稳的运行,但是现有技术中的织布机的电路板不带有制冷装置,靠与空气接触或者自然对流传热来散热,效果差,纺纱车间里易燃物非常多,极易发生火灾,给人们的生命健康和财产安全带来很大的威胁。
中国发明专利ZL97249479. 0公开了一种纺织并条机电气控制装置、是用于纺织行业“A272”系统并条机配套与改造;特点是:设主机断相、主机低速过载保护;采用三相控制电源与工艺电源失压保护配合、完成风机断相保护与控制电源失压保护及指示;设可选择灵敏的工艺自动停车电路;采用导电防锈润滑油使用于工艺触头、减少固定与运动接触电阻;设风机独立起动、工作可选择程序、程序保证电路、低转高速程序保证电路;完善了开、点、停、刹车及全机指示系统。但是该电路控制装置没有设置制冷设备,其散热效果差,从而影响期电路工作的稳定性,为了达到预期的散热效果,你机箱体积也比较大。
中国发明公开CN 99123555. X公开了一种对用于纺织机械的电机供电的系统,该系统起到对单独地驱动多锭的多个锭电机和驱动拉伸辊的拉伸电机供电的作用,该系统包括:将从交流电源获得的交流电流整流成直流电流的转换器部分以及调节在转换器部分中由转换获得的直流电流的输出电压的斩波器部分,从转换器部分输出的电源通过拉伸倒相器供给拉伸电机,从斩波器部分输出的电源通过拉伸驱动器供给多个锭电机,但是在纺织车间中易燃物和絮状漂浮物比较多,大量的絮状漂浮物会由于静电作用吸附在散热设备上,严重影响电路板的散热性能,采用自然散热的方式,机箱上必须开较大的孔才能使外部的冷空气能够进入机箱,使絮状物吸附在散热设备上,影响电路板的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种能够有效降低电路板温度,结构简单的制冷装置,可以避免在机箱上开较大的孔,防止絮状物进入机箱。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱,所述的机箱包括箱体、电路板、主机和送风管,所述的送风管与主机相连接,所述的电路板、主机、送风管设置在箱体的内部,所述的电路板包括底板和肋片,所述的底板的正面部分设置电路,所述的肋片设置在底板背面,所述的肋片纵向布置,所述的送风管还包括管体和冷风出口,所述的冷风出口设置在肋片之间。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的主机包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀、蒸发器,主机内部的各部分构成一个完整的冷却系统,利用送风管将冷风吹过肋片制冷。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的冷风出口的位置与肋片的位置相适应,冷风出口设置在肋片之间,以利于冷风掠过肋片表面,达到更好的散热效果。
由于采用制冷系统给机箱制冷,机箱的表面可以开较小的孔,甚至不开孔,有效的阻止絮状物进入机箱,杜绝安全隐患。
因此,本发明的带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱的优点是有效降低电路板温度,结构简单,防止絮状漂浮物进入机箱。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能

本发明提供了一种机箱,其优点是能够有效降低电路板温度,结构简单,防止絮状
漂浮物进入机箱。
如图1所示,本发明的带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱2与织布机1的固定连接在一起。
如图2、图3所示,该主机24包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀、蒸发器,主机内部的各部分构成一个完整的冷却系统,利用送风管23将冷风吹过肋片制冷。该主机24上设置有孔,使箱体21外的冷空气能够流进、主机24内的热空气能够流出。
如图3、图4所示,该机箱2的箱体21内部设有电路板22、主机24和送风管23,主机24与送风管23相连接。
如图5所示,该电路板22包括底板221和肋片222。
如图6所示,该送风管23包括管体 231和冷风出口232。
如图7、图8所示,冷风出口232设置在两肋片222之间,所吹出的冷风穿过两肋片
222之间的间隙,掠过肋片232表面,达到最佳的散热效果。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱(2),所述的机箱(2)包括箱体(21)和电路板(22),所述的电路板(22)设置在箱体(21)的内部,其特征在于,所述的机箱(2)还包括主机(24)和送风管(23),所述的送风管(23)与主机(24)相连接,所述的主机(24)、送风管(23)设置在箱体(2)的内部,所述的电路板(22)包括底板(221)和肋片(222),所述的底板(221)的正面部分设置电路,所述的肋片(222)设置在底板(221)背面,所述的肋片(222)纵向布置,所述的送风管(23)还包括管体(231)和冷风出口(232 ),所述的冷风出口(232)设置在肋片(222)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带制冷装置的纺织电路整流机箱(2),其特征在于,所述的主机(22)包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流阀、蒸发器。
