Abstract
一种能测试消化液漏的引流管,在其橡胶引流管内壁上沿其管向贴有酸性试纸、石蕊试纸以及胆红素试纸,在酸性试纸、石蕊试纸以及胆红素试纸各自所映射的橡胶引流管外壁上分别用对应的文字标识;该引流管避免了出现肠漏、胰漏以及胃漏不能被及时发现,医生只能通过临床症状怀疑存在消化液漏的弊端,克服了误诊或漏诊的发生,消除了病情延误或严重并发症的缺陷,从而能及时发现肠漏、胰漏、胃漏以及胆漏这样的消化液漏的情况,为临床处理提供及时有效的诊治。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种能测试消化液漏的引流管。
背景技术
目前临床手术中使用的橡胶引流管,仅能起引流作用,术后胆漏和出血容易从引流管中发现,但是更多情况下出现的肠漏、胰漏以及胃漏不能被及时发现,医生只能通过临床症状怀疑存在消化液漏的可能,往往导致误诊或漏诊,造成病情延误或严重并发症。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能测试消化液漏的引流管,该引流管避免了出现肠漏、胰漏以及胃漏不能被及时发现,医生只能通过临床症状怀疑存在消化液漏的弊端,克服了误诊或漏诊的发生,消除了病情延误或严重并发症的缺陷,从而能及时发现肠漏、胰漏、胃漏以及胆漏这样的消化液漏的情况,为临床处理提供及时有效的诊治。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种能测试消化液漏的引流管,包括橡胶引流管1,该橡胶引流管1内壁上沿其管向贴有酸性试纸2、石蕊试纸3以及胆红素试纸4,在酸性试纸2、石蕊试纸3以及胆红素试纸4各自所映射的橡胶引流管1外壁上分别用对应的文字标识。
所述的酸性试纸2对应的文字标识为胃漏检测,所述的石蕊试纸3对应的文字标识为胰漏或肠漏检测,所述的胆红素试纸4对应的文字标识为胆漏检测。
该能测试消化液漏的引流管在引流过程中,如果发生消化液漏的情况,对应的酸性试纸2、石蕊试纸3或胆红素试纸4就会发生颜色变化,并通过各自映射的文字标识医生能及时发现肠漏、胰漏、胃漏以及胆漏的情况,为临床处理提供及时有效的诊治。

下面结合附图对本发明作更详细的说明。
如附图所示,能测试消化液漏的引流管,包括橡胶引流管1,该橡胶引流管1内壁上沿其管向贴有酸性试纸2、石蕊试纸3以及胆红素试纸4,在酸性试纸2、石蕊试纸3以及胆红素试纸4各自所映射的橡胶引流管1外壁上分别用对应的文字标识。所述的酸性试纸2对应的文字标识为胃漏检测,所述的石蕊试纸3对应的文字标识为胰漏或肠漏检测,所述的胆红素试纸4对应的文字标识为胆漏检测。
本发明的工作原理是:该能测试消化液漏的引流管在引流过程中,如果发生消化液漏的情况,如果发生胃漏的情况,对应的酸性试纸2就会发生颜色变化;如果发生胰漏或者肠漏的情况,对应的石蕊试纸3就会发生颜色变化;如果发生胆漏的情况,对应的胆红素试纸4就会发生颜色变化;并通过各自映射的文字标识医生能及时发现肠漏、胰漏、胃漏以及胆漏的情况。

1.一种能测试消化液漏的引流管,包括橡胶引流管(1),其特征在于:该橡胶引流管(1)内壁上沿其管向贴有酸性试纸(2)、石蕊试纸(3)以及胆红素试纸(4),在酸性试纸(2)、石蕊试纸(3)以及胆红素试纸(4)各自所映射的橡胶引流管(1)外壁上分别用对应的文字标识。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能测试消化液漏的引流管,其特征在于:所述的酸性试纸(2)对应的文字标识为胃漏检测,所述的石蕊试纸(3)对应的文字标识为胰漏或肠漏检测,所述的胆红素试纸(4)对应的文字标识为胆漏检测。
