本发明是这样实现的：捕鼠箱两端分别设有可上提的活动挡板A和活动挡板B，箱的底部中央设有小底座，小底坐上竖有支杆，支杆顶部通过转轴与铁杆的中部相连，铁杆右端与活动档板A中央相连，铁杆左部连有上拉簧，铁杆下面有小弹簧，小弹簧末端连有钩垂，钩垂下部连有食物挂钩，底部连有下垂挂钩，下垂挂钩可钩挂在设于箱底的固定架上。
本发明的有益效果是：可以在不伤害被捕动物的情况下捕捉到老鼠等有害动物，避免了对宠物、人的误伤。

先上拉活动挡板A(1)，然后上拉活动挡板B(12)，把下垂挂钩(10)挂在固定架(11)上，把引诱老鼠用的食物挂在食物挂钩(9)上，下落活动挡板(12)等待老鼠上钩，当老鼠咬食物挂钩(9)上的食物时，下垂挂钩(10)便会从固定架(11)上脱落，上拉簧(6)收缩上提铁杆(5)，活动挡板A(1)下落，将老鼠关在箱内，捕捉完成。
