本发明公开了一种仪表管道接口防护套,包括套管、左挡板和右挡板,所述左挡板上设有扣架,在扣架顶端设有扣孔;在右挡板上设有与所述扣孔相扣接的扣体;所述左挡板的扣架穿过套管并通过扣孔与右挡板的扣体扣接一起;在左挡板和右挡板的中间分别设有通孔,所述通孔的直径大于管道的直径小于螺母对角线的长度;本发明的防护套不可拆卸,有效防止管道被私接、计量仪表被拆卸、盗窃。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道接口防护套,尤其是一种仪表管道接口防护套。
背景技术
目前,有许多管道的连接处没有防护套,不能可靠地防拆卸,很容易被恶意拆卸或私接管道改变气液流向,连接在管道上的水表燃气表等计量仪表也会被轻易盗取,给使用和管理单位造成很大的损失,不但资源被浪费、被盗窃,而且也增加了维护管理的成本开支。
发明内容
本发明所的目的是提供一种不可拆卸,有效防止管道被私接、计量仪表被拆卸、盗窃的仪表管道接口防护套。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种仪表管道接口防护套,包括套管、左挡板和右挡板,所述左挡板上设有扣架,在扣架顶端设有扣孔;在右挡板上设有与所述扣孔相扣接的扣体;所述左挡板的扣架穿过套管并通过扣孔与右挡板的扣体扣接一起;在左挡板和右挡板的中间分别设有通孔,所述通孔的直径大于管道的直径小于螺母对角线的长度。
优选的是,所述扣架的顶端设有断口。
优选的是,所述的扣体为弹性爪钩。
优选的是,所述扣孔有四个,它们均匀分布在扣架上。
优选的是,所述的套管两端分别设有与左挡板、右挡板相适应的凹台。
本发明采用上述结构后,通过设置套管、左挡板和右挡板,所述左挡板上设有扣架,在扣架顶端设有扣孔;在右挡板上设有与所述扣孔相扣接的扣体;所述左挡板的扣架穿过套管并通过扣孔与右挡板的扣体扣接一起;在左挡板和右挡板的中间分别设有通孔,所述通孔的直径大于管道的直径小于螺母对角线的长度。首先将左挡板插入套管内,再将右挡板的爪钩对准左挡板的卡口插入,左右挡板组成本发明防护套;该防护套不可拆卸,接缝紧密,令螺丝刀也无法插入撬开,只能用手提砂轮机破坏护套后才可分离。故牢固安全,保证了管道接口、计量仪表的安全,起到很好的防盗作用。
优选的是,通过在套管两端分别设置与左挡板、右挡板相适应的凹台,故左右挡板嵌入安装在套管的凹台内,使得左右挡板与套管的接缝更紧密,有效地防止了防护套被撬开,进一步提高了防护套的防盗性能。

具体实施方式
图1、2、3、4和5所示,本发明的仪表管道接口防护套,包括套管1、左挡板2和右挡板3,所述左挡板2上设有扣架21,在扣架21顶端设有扣孔22;在右挡板3上设有与所述扣孔22相扣接的扣体31;所述左挡板2的扣架22穿过套管1并通过扣孔22与右挡板3的扣体31扣接一起;在左挡板2和右挡板3的中间分别设有通孔23、32,所述通孔23、32的直径大于管道的直径小于螺母4对角线的长度。所述扣架21的顶端设有断口24,可方便将左挡板2的扣架21套住管道。在本实施方式中,所述的扣体31为弹性爪钩,扣孔22采用四个,它们均匀分布在扣架21上;对应抓钩也是四个。在套管1两端上分别设有与左挡板2、右挡板3相适应的凹台11。故左、右挡板2、3嵌入安装在套管的凹台11内,使得左、右挡板2、3与套管1的接缝更紧密,有效地防止了防护套被撬开,进一步提高了防护套的防盗性能。
安装时,首先将左挡板2插入套管内并套进管道接口处,再拧上螺母4,然后将右挡板3从管道套入,使爪钩31对准左挡板2的扣孔22插入,左、右挡板2、3组成本发明防护套,完成对防护套的安装;弹性爪钩31张开后防护套便不可拆卸,接缝紧密,令螺丝刀也无法插入撬开,只能用手提砂轮机破坏护套后才可分离。故牢固安全,保证了管道接口、计量仪表的安全,起到很好的防盗作用。
  以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种仪表管道接口防护套,包括套管(1)、左挡板(2)和右挡板(3),其特征在于:所述左挡板(2)上设有扣架(21),在扣架(21)顶端设有扣孔(22);在右挡板(3)上设有与所述扣孔(22)相扣接的扣体(31);所述左挡板(2)的扣架(22)穿过套管(1)并通过扣孔(22)与右挡板(3)的扣体(31)扣接一起;在左挡板(2)和右挡板(3)的中间分别设有通孔(23、32),所述通孔(23、32)的直径大于管道的直径小于螺母(4)对角线的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仪表管道接口防护套,其特征在于:所述扣架(21)的顶端设有断口(24)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仪表管道接口防护套,其特征在于:所述的扣体(31)为弹性爪钩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仪表管道接口防护套,其特征在于:所述扣孔(22)有四个,它们均匀分布在扣架(21)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仪表管道接口防护套,其特征在于:所述的套管(1)两端分别设有与左挡板(2)、右挡板(3)相适应的凹台(11)。
