Abstract
条槽生态屋。所属技术领域:节能建筑。“条槽生态屋”为多层结构的建筑,底层为养畜室和车库、仓库;二、三层为住房,顶层是温室;地下层是沼气池和蓄水池.这幢房屋能充分利用太阳能,呈现出生产者、消费者和分解者形成食物链关系,能充分呈现出能量的合理流动和物质循环利用的生态效益,将房屋建成为一个“房屋生态系统”.这幢房屋中通过利用太阳能、生物质能、地热能、风能与电能的相互转换,实现零碳排放.用途是将房屋由纯消费型变成为“生产适用房”,能基本解决住户的烧、住、食三大民生问题。
Description
一、技术领域
“条槽生态屋”是一幢具有节能减排、环保抗震功能的绿色建筑。其设计理念是“以人为本,宜居更宜生产,利用可再生能源,营造绿色环境,实现零碳排放”。
二、背景技术
房屋的能源利用方面:沼气池能分解生物质可持续生产沼气,燃气可以使用或储存,也可通过沼气发电机转换成电能。屋顶安装光电板和风力发电机,提供照明和家用电器用电,建有太阳能热水池,常年为住户提供热水,冬季为沼气池增温提供热能。建造深水井,安装水空调,夏季为居室降温,冬季为温室增温和浇灌。
在技术创新方面:屋顶采用“卷顶温室”专利技术,围护墙体由砖墙改为条槽与双层窗结构。沼气池型由半球形改为方形,布料方式由传统的直流式或曲流式改革成喷流式布料。屋顶建有“能源转换调节室”,实现太阳能、沼气能、热能、风能与电能的相互转换,实现零碳排放。
三、发明内容
房屋结构方面有三项革新:一是将墙基建成沼气池和蓄水池,能生产沼气和蓄存雨水;二是护围墙体不用砖,由条槽和双层大窗构成,形成空气隔热层,条槽内可栽种植物,能增加室内氧气;三是屋顶层建成温室隔热屋,充分利用了土地和阳光,房屋内绿色植物总面积能超过占地面积。

五、具体实施方式
1、应用专利技术,寻找“条槽生态屋”承建单位或企业;
2、选择某农村中学,按“条槽生态屋”模式,创建“环保公厕”,实现校园内粪便和垃圾的无害化处理;
3、选择某农户,创建农家“条槽生态屋”,基本解决烧、住、食三大问题,实现家庭的零碳化排放;
4、选择某农村搬迁新建机会,多户家民按规划建造“条槽生态屋”,建成新型生态村,实现又快又好建成“农民富裕、村容整洁、环境优美”的低碳农庄。
Claims (3)
1.围护结构是由多层条槽和大窗构成,条槽内外沿安装内外窗,条槽内可栽种植物。
2.屋顶结构是“卷顶温室”,温室外侧弧弓架与集雨槽相连接。
3.地下层由方形沼气池与蓄水池构成。
