技术领域
本发明涉及用于吸收性片材产品(优选为纸巾)的非手动式分配器,并提供在非手动模式中具有改进的手传感器性能的分配器。
背景技术
本发明人意识到了在非手动式分配器中,在手传感器附近出现的金属物体或表面有时会负面地影响手传感器性能。美国公开专利申请第2007/0234868号公开了一种非手动式分配器,其中电容式手(接近)传感器突出穿过分配器前盖中的开口,这允许分配器盖具有金属外表面。该专利申请的全部内容合并在此作为参考。
在对如美国公开专利申请第2007/0234868所公开的分配器进行开发时,已经发现当盖具有镀镍外表面时,电容式手传感器的性能可能会受到负面影响,这导致例如手传感器的敏感性降低、手传感器的灵敏度过高、和/或手传感器的自发性关闭。由于金属分配器零件和/或表面上静电的积累会产生额外的问题,这可能导致一些问题,例如通过分配器的内部辊成倍地供应吸收性片材、手传感器的自发性关闭、以及纸的不受控分配。
发明内容
本发明人已发现,这些问题中的一个或多个能通过提供一种导电路径来解决,该导电路径为从与分配器的目标操作相干涉的一个或多个金属表面到定位于比该干涉金属表面更远离手传感器的电荷接收器。
本发明优选地应用于非手动式传感器,其利用电容接近传感器来检测手,如美国公开专利申请第2007/0234868中所公开的,但是,也可以应用于采用基于不同检测原理操作的手传感器的分配器,例如有源或无源红外手传感器。
本发明优选地从金属化的前盖和/或安装于分配器壳体内的金属分配辊上抽走电荷,但也应该意识到,本发明也可从与分配器操作的目标方式相干涉的,分配器的任何金属表面或部件上,或靠近分配器的任何金属物品上抽走电荷。
在优选实施例中,导线安装在分配器壳体内,且导线一端电连接于金属化的分配器盖和安装在分配器内的旋转铝夹辊。导线优选在其两个暴露的端部之间的中间区域被封围在塑料或其他绝缘材料中。导线优选地在其另一暴露端连接于电池室的负极端子,该电池室容纳着向分配器供电的电池。此实施例提供不使分配器的安装复杂化的自容纳式导电路径,虽然导线不用于将金属表面接地到分配器外的任何物体,但无论如何,通过提供在所述干涉金属表面和更向后定位的电池室之间的导电路径,能提供改进的手传感器性能。
当导电元件在其近端连接于移动件例如铝夹辊时,将通过适当的装置例如金属刷元件来建立电接触。当导电元件在其近端连接到分配器盖时,优选的是,通过导电元件例如金属弹簧的媒介作用来发生电接触,该金属弹簧安装在分配器本体上,并且仅当分配器盖被关闭时与该分配器盖电接触。
应当意识到,根据本发明,干涉金属表面和部件典型地除了通过导电元件外不连接到电荷接收器。例如,向电动机供应驱动电流的导线将不是根据本发明的导电元件,因为这种导线用于正常操作电动机。根据本发明的干涉金属表面因此是那些对传统操作而言不必连接到电荷接收器的表面,该电荷接收器是电池室或其他电荷接收器。
应当意识到,导电路径可采用除导线以外的其他形式,例如,安装到分配器本体内表面的金属元件。这种金属元件,无论是导线形式还是柔性板形式,都可以在与干涉表面和电荷接收器的连接点之间封围在绝缘材料中,或可以暴露于这些中间区域中。在另一实施例中,内部支架在插物模制的时候被形成在分配器本体中,且导电元件位于这些支架中。支架可以保持已经设有绝缘罩的导电元件,或支架自身可以提供绝缘罩来部分或完全罩住否则会暴露的导电元件。
如上所述,电荷接收器在本发明的一个实施例中是电池室的负极端子,当分配器处于运行中时其采用电池作为电荷阱(sink)。但是,电荷接收器也可以采用位于分配器壳体内侧或外侧的其他金属元件的形式,只要这种电荷接收器定位在比干涉金属表面距手传感器更远距离处,导电元件在其另一端与该干涉金属表面相连。无论如何,优选的是,按照上述效果,电荷接收器是分配器壳体内的金属元件。
本发明不仅应用于电池供电的分配器,而且也应用于硬线连接的分配器,其从它们所安装的设备中的主电源获取电流供应。在这种情况下,导电元件的远端将连接到分配器内侧或外侧的适当电荷接收器。

图1中示出了一种非手动式分配器的盒,其组合有一个版本的本发明改进结构。此盒对应于美国公开专利申请第2007/0234868中附图所示的盒。如图1所示,封围在红色塑料中的导线在其一端通过金属支架和金属刷连接于铝夹辊(对应于美国公开专利申请第2007/0234868中图5所示的辊6)以及(通过同一金属支架)连接于金属弹簧,该金属弹簧在分配器盖被关闭时与该分配器盖电接触。图2中以放大图示出了这种近端连接的细节。在其远端,导线连接到电池室的负极端子,并因此当分配器使用时连接到电池的负极侧,如图3详细所示。

Claims (15)

1.一种非手动式分配器,用于分配吸收性片材产品段,所述分配器包括:
容纳分配机构的分配器本体;
手传感器,用于检测使用者的手在分配器附近的出现;
位于分配器本体内的电池室;
细长金属导电元件,其近端与相对于所述手传感器处于第一位置的所述分配器的至少一个干涉金属表面进行电联通,其远端与相对于所述手传感器位于第二位置的至少一个电荷接收器进行电联通,所述第二位置比第一位置距手传感器的距离更远,所述电荷接收器为电池室的金属负极端子,由此通过在所述至少一个干涉金属表面和更朝后定位的电池室之间提供导电路径来改进手传感器的性能。
2.一种非手动式分配器,用于分配吸收性片材产品段,所述分配器包括:
容纳分配机构的分配器本体;
手传感器,用于检测使用者的手在分配器附近的出现,手传感器位于分配机构的前部;
位于分配机构的后部的至少电荷接收器;
细长金属导电元件,其近端与相对于所述手传感器处于第一位置的所述分配器的至少一个干涉金属表面进行电联通,其远端与相对于所述手传感器位于第二位置的所述至少一个电荷接收器进行电联通,所述第二位置比第一位置距手传感器的距离更远,由此通过在所述至少一个干涉金属表面和更朝后定位的至少一个电荷接收器之间提供导电路径来改进手传感器的性能。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述细长金属导电元件是导线。
4.如权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述导线在其近端和远端之间的中间区域被封围在绝缘材料中。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述细长金属导电元件被完全容纳在所述分配器本体内。

9.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述细长金属导电元件是柔性金属板或页。
10.如权利要求9所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述细长金属导电元件被安装在支架中,这些支架模制在所述分配器本体的至少一个内表面中。

在分配器本体内位于分配器本体的后部的电池室;
细长金属导电元件,其近端与相对于所述手传感器处于第一位置的所述分配器的至少一个干涉金属表面进行电联通,其远端与相对于所述手传感器位于第二位置的电池室的金属负极端子进行电联通,所述第二位置比第一位置距手传感器的距离更远,由此通过在所述干涉金属表面和更朝后定位的电池室之间提供导电路径来改进手传感器的性能。
