Abstract

本发明涉及一种卫生用品，具体指一种处理人体排泄物的纸尿裤。该腰带式纸尿裤由纸尿片及可将纸尿片固定的腰带构成，纸尿片的前后两端设有配合腰带固定的机构。本发明所述腰带式纸尿裤具有固定性好，节约成本，腰带可重复使用，减少环境污染，穿戴方便的优势。

腰带式纸尿裤
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种卫生用品，具体指一种处理人体排泄物的纸尿裤。
背景技术
目前市场上的纸尿裤在使用时大多采用弹性闭合系统来固定，整个弹性闭合系统由前腰贴、弹性腰围、魔术扣组成。参见图1，即在纸尿裤的前片上加装前腰贴9，后片上加装弹性腰围8，由纸尿裤的后片左右两侧的魔术扣7环过使用者的腰，粘在纸尿裤前腰贴9上面。还有一种是类似内裤的形式，商品名为拉拉裤或训练裤，因为采用了环抱式的弹性部件，贴身效果更好，但使用时需要像内裤一样穿脱。
这些方式，优点在于能固定纸尿裤，使其较贴身，使排泄物不至于侧漏或后漏，但同样具有诸多缺点：
（1）纸尿裤前片需要加装前腰贴，后片要加装弹性腰围，后片左右两侧还要加装魔术扣，增加了纸尿裤的生产成本及使用成本。
（2）加装的前腰贴、弹性腰围和魔术扣作为起紧固作用的闭合系统，用完即弃，加大了对环境的污染，不环保。
（3）加装的魔术扣的棱角很容易伤害到人体的皮肤。
（4）使用在婴儿身上时，检查或更换纸尿裤，需撕开魔术扣，撕扯魔术扣的声响很大，容易惊醒熟睡的婴儿。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对现有技术的不足，提供一种腰带式纸尿裤，使用腰带来代替通常的弹性闭合系统，腰带可拆卸下来重复使用，节约成本，穿脱方便。
本发明采用的技术方案是，一种腰带式纸尿裤，由纸尿片及可将纸尿片固定的腰带构成，纸尿片的前后两端设有配合腰带固定的机构。
以下对本发明作进一步描述。
所述纸尿片上配合腰带固定的机构为在纸尿片背面加装附加衬布层，并在纸尿片背面前、后端分别与附加衬布层之间设有连通纸尿片左右端的通道；所述腰带具有弹性，可依次穿过纸尿片背面的前、后端的通道，并固结在纸尿片一侧，且腰带上设有可调节腰带长度并固结腰带的结构。
所述调节腰带长度并固结腰带的结构为设在腰带一端的扣子和在腰带长度方向上均匀排布的与扣子对应的孔。
所述附加衬布层为两片附加衬布层分别加装在纸尿片主体背面前后两端，每片面料在纸尿片前后方向上的两端固定，中间设有通道。
所述附加衬布层为设有N个开口的两片附加衬布层分别加装在纸尿片两端，开口将附加衬布层分隔成互连的N+1段，各段间隔固定在纸尿片上，且腰带从开口中交错穿过，N为正整数。
所述附加衬布层加装在整个纸尿片背面， 附加衬布层中间固定在纸尿片背面，且附加衬布层的前后两端分别设有N个开口，开口将附加衬布层的前后两端分隔成互连的N+1段，各段间隔固定在纸尿片上，且腰带从开口中交错穿过，N为正整数。
在附加衬布层前后端分别设有魔术扣，通过两端分别向中间折叠，使魔术扣粘贴在附加衬布层上而形成通道。
所述附加衬布层为无纺布。
在纸尿片背面加装附加衬布层，可以确保所设通道的强度，不会影响纸尿片的结构和吸收性能，且可将腰带压在纸尿裤外侧，固定性好。在给使用者穿戴纸尿裤前可事先将腰带穿过通道，穿上后可依据使用者的腰围将腰带上的扣子扣在合适的孔内，腰带具有弹性，且对人体皮肤没有伤害，穿戴舒适。
由以上可知，本发明所述腰带式纸尿裤具有固定性好，节约成本，腰带可重复使用，减少环境污染，穿戴方便的优势。

具体实施方式
    一种腰带式纸尿裤，由纸尿片1及可将纸尿片1固定的腰带2构成，纸尿片1的前后两端设有配合腰带2固定的机构。纸尿片1上配合腰带2固定的机构为在纸尿片1背面加装附加衬布层3，并在纸尿片1背面前、后端分别与附加衬布层3之间设有连通纸尿片1左右端的通道；腰带2具有弹性，可依次穿过纸尿片1背面的前、后端的通道，并固结在纸尿片1一侧，在腰带一端设有扣子5，并在腰带长度方向上均匀排布与扣子5对应的孔4。
实施例1
如图2、图3所示，附加衬布层3为设有N个开口的两片附加衬布层分别加装在纸尿片1两端，开口将附加衬布层3分隔成互连的N+1段，各段间隔固定在纸尿片1上，且腰带2从开口中交错穿过，N为正整数。
实施例2
如图4所示，附加衬布层3为两片附加衬布层分别加装在纸尿片主体1背面前后两端，每片面料在纸尿片1前后方向上的两端固定，中间设有通道。
实施例3
如图5所示，附加衬布层3加装在整个纸尿片1背面， 附加衬布层3中间固定在纸尿片1背面，且附加衬布层3的前后两端分别设有N个开口，开口将附加衬布层3的前后两端分隔成互连的N+1段，各段间隔固定在纸尿片1上，且腰带2从开口中交错穿过，N为正整数。
实施例4
如图6、图7所示，在附加衬布层3前后端分别设有魔术扣6，通过附加衬布层3两端分别向中间折叠，使魔术扣6粘贴在附加衬布层3上而形成通道。
以上实施例中实施例1为优选方案。

Claims (3)

1.一种腰带式纸尿裤，其特征是：由纸尿片（1）及可将纸尿片（1）固定的腰带（2）构成，纸尿片（1）的前后两端设有配合腰带（2）固定的机构，所述纸尿片（1）上配合腰带（2）固定的机构为：在纸尿片（1）背面加装附加衬布层（3），并在纸尿片（1）背面前、后端分别与附加衬布层（3）之间设有连通纸尿片（1）左右端的通道；所述腰带（2）具有弹性，可依次穿过纸尿片（1）背面的前、后端的所述通道，并固结在纸尿片（1）一侧，且腰带（2）上设有可调节腰带（2）长度并固结腰带（2）的结构；在附加衬布层（3）前后端分别设有魔术扣（6），通过附加衬布层（3）两端分别向中间折叠，使魔术扣（6）粘贴在附加衬布层（3）上而形成通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种腰带式纸尿裤，其特征是，所述调节腰带（2）长度并固结腰带的结构为设在腰带（2）一端的扣子（5）和在腰带（2）长度方向上均匀排布的与扣子（5）对应的孔（4）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种腰带式纸尿裤，其特征是，所述附加衬布层（3）为无纺布。
