Abstract
功率偏置上报方法、调制信号发送方法、移动终端及基站,所述功率偏置上报方法包括:根据移动终端的无线环境状态参数和解调性能参数生成功率偏置;向基站上报所述功率偏置。由于本发明实施例中的功率偏置由终端侧根据自身实际情况获取并直接上报,而不是由基站根据测量报告计算得出,因此提高了基站所使用功率偏置的精度。
