本发明涉及气弹簧技术,特别是气弹簧的阀针用密封件(O形圈)技术领域。
背景技术
目前自锁型气弹簧的阀针密封用O形圈的硬度一般在邵尔A 60~80,在气弹簧内部高压气体的作用下,硬度低的O形圈会产生相对较大的变形,增大了对阀针的抱紧力,开启力增大,降低了阀针复位速度。导制自锁型气弹簧锁定迟缓或锁不住等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于设计一种减少密封件变形的自锁型气弹簧阀针用密封件。
本发明技术方案是:采用密封件的硬度为邵尔A 95~100。
在截面径相同的阀针以及其它条件相同的情况下,将O形圈硬度从邵尔A 65,提高到邵尔A 95可解决气弹簧长时间静置后,阀针无法复位和复位缓慢等问题,以加大自锁型气弹簧的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
自锁型气弹簧的阀针,采用密封圈硬度为邵尔A 95~100。
