技术领域
本发明涉及一种大缸处引纸工具。
背景技术
由于造纸法再造烟叶浆料强度低、下大缸湿度大等特性，片基抄造过程中一直存在大缸处断纸频繁、粘缸等问题。大缸附近空间位置狭小，对操作人员操作存在一定的局限性，断纸、粘缸时，操作人员处理困难，再次引纸时极不方便，甚至出现被迫停机等情况；此外，在出现断纸、粘缸时，为了尽快恢复生产，操作人员不得不被迫登高作业，用手进行引纸，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种大缸处引纸工具，可显著提高大缸处引纸效率，该处损纸量大大降低，生产消耗减少，工具使用方便。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：大缸处引纸工具，包括空心杆体，空心杆体下端设有手动阀门和空心手柄，空心手柄下端与压缩空气源连通，空心杆体上端设有弧形的空心喷头体。
所述的空心喷头体的喷口为鸭嘴形。
所述的空心杆体外侧设有挂钩。
所述的空心杆体、空心喷头体、手动阀门和空心手柄均由不锈钢制成。
本发明可显著提高大缸处引纸效率，该处损纸量大大降低，生产消耗减少，潜在经济效益明显；工具使用方便，消除了安全隐患，操作人员评价良好。
本发明利用压缩空气吹纸、自制工具扶纸有机结合，结构简单、功能实用。在引纸或粘缸断纸时从撕裂处用压缩空气进行强吹，横向移动至大缸边缘使完整纸幅通过。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图1所示，大缸处引纸工具，包括空心杆体3，空心杆体3下端设有手动阀门4和空心手柄5，空心手柄5下端通过管道6与压缩空气源连通，空心杆体3上端设有弧形的空心喷头体1。空心喷头体1的喷口为鸭嘴形。空心杆体3外侧设有挂钩2。空心杆体3、空心喷头体1、手动阀门4和空心手柄5均由不锈钢制成。
具体实施时，利用快速接头接入压缩空气，同时在尾部手柄上设置灵活的手动阀门，这样，操作人员很容易手提工具移动并且随时控制压缩空气流量；在头部，根据现场操作空间，将工具弯成一定弧度，这样时操作人员在引纸时站姿更加舒服，增加弧度的另一个原因是考虑到引纸后清理刮刀的方便性，使一个工具实现多种用途，用一个工具完成操作人员在该现场的一系列操作；在主要工作点即压缩空气喷嘴处，经过了多次改进，最后选择了鸭嘴形状，这样，出气效果及工作面积大大增强，同时，消除了因操作不当可能导致的对大缸的伤害。在工具中部，考虑到现场的条件，加装挂钩一个，并设定了悬挂位置，这样，当发生紧急断纸等情况，操作人员很容易迅速拿到工具恢复生产。
一、本发明和普通吹气装置的不同：
1，结构上：普通吹气装置多为圆形吹口，本发明采用鸭嘴型；普通吹气装置多采用直管状，本发明为了适合应用，采用弯管设计；
2，用途上：本发明能够稳定、连续供气，气量均匀可调，调整方便，而普通吹气装置气量调整不方便，无法实现本发明的效果。
二、普通吹气装置不能直接应用：
1，普通吹气装置直接应用方便性不够，可能会导致引纸困难，划伤大缸表面，更有可能导致其带入设备产生安全问题，达不到本发明的效果；
2，普通吹气装置移动不方便，对操作人员进行快速处理粘缸等问题不利。

1.大缸处引纸工具，其特征在于：包括空心杆体，空心杆体下端设有手动阀门和空心手柄，空心手柄下端与压缩空气源连通，空心杆体上端设有弧形的空心喷头体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大缸处引纸工具，其特征在于：所述的空心喷头体的喷口为鸭嘴形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的大缸处引纸工具，其特征在于：所述的空心杆体外侧设有挂钩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大缸处引纸工具，其特征在于：所述的空心杆体、空心喷头体、手动阀门和空心手柄均由不锈钢制成。
