Abstract
本发明提供一种电池盖锁持机构,其包括壳体、盖于壳体上的电池盖、设于壳体上的至少一卡钩、设于电池盖的至少一卡持孔和可旋转地装设于电池盖的操作键,该操作键设有至少一弧形端,该卡钩卡锁于该卡持孔内,以锁持电池盖于壳体上,通过旋转该操作键相对电池盖转动,使该弧形端推动该卡钩相对该卡持孔解锁。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种电池盖锁持机构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的电池盖锁持机构。
背景技术
移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,这些便携式电子装置多采用电池作为其能量来源。此类电池一般是通过一与便携式电子装置机壳机体插接的电池盖将其装设于便携式电子装置中,以给其提供电能。在便携式电子装置使用过程中,经常需要对便携式电子装置的电池进行更换,因此现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖一般需要能够方便地拆卸和装配,以便更换电池。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖上设置卡钩及锁销,对应的在壳体上设置卡槽及扣锁孔,从而来卡固电池盖于壳体上。该类电池盖安装后与壳体结合紧密且牢固,但拆装时较为费力、且不方便。另一种电池盖卡锁结构设有顶出装置、按钮和弹性元件,按钮上设有卡合部,弹性元件抵持于按钮与机体之间,卡合部通过按钮在机体上的滑动与电池盖上的卡扣件卡合或脱离,顶出装置设置于机体与电池盖之间,用于顶出电池盖。该类电池盖拆装时操作方便,但组件较多,制造成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种组件较少且操作方便的电池盖锁持机构。
一种电池盖锁持机构,其包括壳体、盖于壳体上的电池盖、设于壳体上的至少一卡钩、设于电池盖的至少一卡持孔和可旋转地装设于电池盖的操作键,该操作键设有至少一弧形端,该卡钩卡锁于该卡持孔内,以锁持电池盖于壳体上,通过旋转该操作键相对电池盖转动,使该弧形端推动该卡钩相对该卡持孔解锁。
相较于现有技术,所述电池盖锁持机构通过设于壳体的卡与设于电池盖的卡持孔实现电池盖与壳体的锁持,通过可旋转地装设于电池盖的片体的抵推块抵推设于壳体的卡钩实现所述电池盖与壳体上的开启。所述电池盖锁持机构组件较少,操作方便。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电池盖锁持机构,其适用于移动电话、PDA等便携式电子装置。图1至图5所示电池盖锁持机构为本发明应用于移动电话上之具体实施例。
请参阅图1,该电池盖锁持机构包括一壳体10、一与壳体10相配合的电池盖20和一操作键30。
所述壳体10为移动电话的机体,其具有一外表面101、一凹设于该外表面101的矩形容置部105和一配合部107。该容置部105用于收容电池(图未示)。该配合部107由该外表面101的一部分外缘凹陷而形成,其用于配合装设所述电池盖20。该外表面101一端的中部位置处凹设一矩形凹槽11。该凹槽11设有底壁111。底壁111上凸设二大致呈L形(即竖直突出后水平延伸)的塑胶材质卡钩15。每一卡钩15上分别设有一卡钩部151。两个卡钩15相互错开设置,而且两个卡钩部151水平上并不直接对准,而是一定距离错开地相对。
请一并参阅图2,该电池盖20包括一大致呈矩形片状的主体201和由主体201的三个端部弯折延伸形成的二相对侧壁202和一端壁203。该端壁203连接于且位于二侧壁202之间。该电池盖20的二侧壁202与所述配合部107相配合,以将该主体201盖设于该壳体10的外表面101上。该电池盖20还设有一开孔22、一与该凹槽11相对应的安装槽23和一固定板24。该开孔22开设于该端壁203中部,并且该开孔22的一侧的端壁203上凹设有一与开孔22贯通的卡槽221。该安装槽23为矩形槽,其由凸设于主体201上的三槽端壁(图未标)围成,并与该开孔22贯通。该安装槽23的槽底壁(图未标)上凸设有一圆柱凸起231。凸起231邻接且位于开孔22下方。该凸起231内凹设有一第一圆孔232。该安装槽23与该开孔22相对的槽侧壁(图未标)上朝向开孔22延伸一挡块234。挡块234与卡槽221错开相对并与凸起231保持一定的间隔。
该固定板24的形状及尺寸与安装槽23的槽口大致相当,可盖设于该安装槽23上,封闭槽口。固定板24对应该凸起231的第一圆孔232凹设有一第二圆孔241。该固定板24还对应该壳体10上的二卡钩15开设有二贯通的矩形卡持孔26。
该操作键30包括一凸轮状的片体31、二弧形端32、二抵推块33、一第一轴体35和一第二轴体36。该片体31设有二相对的表面310。该二弧形端32为该片体31错开相对的两端且均与该二表面310连接;其中一弧形端32部分表面设有多个齿部321,用于拨动操作键30时增加人手与操作键30的摩擦。该二抵推块33分别由该二弧形端32相交的部分远离该片体31延伸形成,该二抵推块33错开相对。该第一轴体35和第二轴体36为圆柱状,分别凸设于该二表面310上,一同位于该片体31中心位置且上下对准。
请参阅图3,组装时,先将该操作键30装于安装槽23内,该操作键30的第二轴体36可旋转的装设于该电池盖20的第一圆孔232内,一抵推块33与该挡块234抵持;该操作键30具有齿部321的弧形端32由该开孔22露出于电池盖20外部;再将该固定板24盖于该安装槽23上,该第一轴体35可旋转地装设于该第二圆孔241内。
安装所述电池盖20于壳体10上时,该二卡钩15穿过该二卡持孔26,通过卡钩部151卡持于该卡持孔26内,此时,该操作键30位于该二卡钩15之间,且卡钩部151分别抵于该二弧形端32上;该二抵推块33分别与挡板234及卡槽221抵持,如此即将电池盖20锁持于壳体10上。
请一并参阅图4,当开启所述电池盖20时,拨动该操作键30的设有齿部321的弧形端32,使该操作键30通过第一轴体35和第二轴体36旋转,从而使弧形端32抵推二卡钩15的卡钩部151相对张开,从而与卡持孔26解锁,即可打开电池盖20。
所述电池盖锁持机构的壳体10通过卡钩15与电池盖20锁持,并通过旋转设有抵推块33的操作键30实现所述电池盖20与壳体10上的开启。所述电池盖锁持机构结构简单,操作方便。
Claims (10)
1.一种电池盖锁持机构,其包括壳体和盖于壳体上的电池盖,其特征在于:该电池盖锁持机构还包括设于壳体上的至少一卡钩、设于电池盖的至少一卡持孔和可旋转地装设于电池盖的操作键,该操作键设有至少一弧形端,该卡钩卡锁于该卡持孔内,以锁持电池盖于壳体上,通过旋转该操作键相对电池盖转动,使该弧形端推动该卡钩相对该卡持孔解锁。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该操作键为还包括凸轮状的片体,该弧形端为两个且为该片体的错开相对的端部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该片体设有二相对表面,该操作键还包括分别设于该二表面的第一轴体和第二轴体。
4.如权利要求2所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该电池盖设有一凸起和一固定板,该凸起端部开设有一第一圆孔,该固定板相对第一圆孔设有一第二圆孔,该操作键的第一轴体和第二轴体分别可旋转装设于该第二圆孔和该第一圆孔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该电池盖还设有一开孔,该操作键的一弧形端的一部份露出开孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该电池盖还设有一与开孔贯通的安装槽,该凸起设于该安装槽内,该操作键装设于该安装槽内,该固定板盖设于该安装槽上。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该片体还延伸有二错开相对的抵推块,该安装槽的槽侧壁上设有挡块,该开孔一侧设有与挡块错开相对的卡槽,该二抵推块分别与挡块及卡槽抵持。
8.如权利要求4所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:该壳体上相对安装槽设有一凹槽,所述卡钩为两个,其错开的相对设于该凹槽内。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:所述卡持孔为两个,其对应该二卡钩开设于该固定板上。
10.如权利要求8所述的电池盖锁持机构,其特征在于:每一卡钩上分别设有一卡钩部且两个卡钩部水平上并不直接对准。
