Abstract

本发明公开了一种高浓度水溶性有机钾肥及生产方法。该肥以富含有机质和钾元素的原料为主要成份,辅以尿素、磷酸、四硼酸钾、特色高效成份聚天冬氨酸、钛液及植物生长促进剂配制而成的广谱型有机钾肥。生产方法是将氢氧化钾溶于自来水,用磷酸中和后依次加入尿素、钛液、四硼酸钾、植物生长促进剂、聚天冬氨酸,整个生产过程中将温度控制在80℃以下,冷却灌装即为成品。施用时以800-1200倍喷施于作物叶面,可促进作物开花结实,提高作物抗寒、抗旱与抗病虫害的能力。

一种有机钾肥及生产方法
1.技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机钾肥及生产方法。
2.背景技术
钾,是植物必需的三大营养元素之一,在植物生长发育过程中参与60多种酶的活化及蛋白质的合成,促进糖分及淀粉的运输,增强植物茎秆强度与作物抗逆性,提高产量,改善作物品质,在作物一生中扮演着极其重要的角色。
土壤中的钾包含三种形态:矿物钾、缓效性钾及速效性钾。矿物钾与缓效性钾难以被植物吸收利用,可被植物吸收利用的速效性钾含量仅占土壤全钾含量的0.1%-2%,这一含量还要受到耕作措施及缓效性钾转化速率的限制。随着中国农业的快速发展,复种指数高以及高产品种的引入,农业生产中对钾肥的需求日趋迫切。
大量无机钾肥的施用,造成了土壤的板结和酸化,不利于农业生产的可持续发展。研究开发能够满足我国农业需求,高效环保的有机钾肥适合我国国情,可加快我国农业现代化、科技化进程。
一种有机钾肥除了含有植物生长必需的氮、磷、钾元素和有机质之外,还添加了聚天冬氨酸、钛液和植物生长促进剂等特效成分,使其从众多钾肥中脱颖而出,具备了自己独特的优势。
植物体内除十六种必需元素外,还含有一些有益元素。有益元素的使用也会收到增产的效果。目前多数学者认为,对植物生长和提高有良好作用的有益元素钛便是其中之一。国内外许多试验一致证明钛对植物生长确实有刺激和促进作用,增产效果非常显著。其有益作用主要表现在增加叶片中叶绿素的含量、提高光合作用效率、激活植物体内酶的活性、促进植物对土壤中养分的吸收、提高作物的抗逆性以及改善农产品的品质等方面。
聚天冬氨酸是一种新型肥料增效剂,具有可生物降解、无毒、不破坏环境等优点,被人们誉为“绿色产品”。该产品可增加作物对肥料的吸收,提高作物产量,减少肥料用量,可减少由于滥施肥料导致的地表污染,是一种长效的肥料增效剂。在全球绿色环保意识越来越强的今天,聚天冬氨酸越来越受到全球各大化学公司的关注,美国NANOCHEM公司还为此获得了1996年美国总统绿色化学奖。
植物生长促进剂可提高叶片光合速率,促进干物质的形成,加速氨基酸、蛋白质的合成,防止作物早衰,它具有高效、广谱、微量、低毒等多个优点,在现代农业生产中得到了广泛的应用。
3.发明内容
本发明将提供富含氮、磷、钾元素、微量元素硼、有机质以及特效成分的一种有机钾肥及生产方法。本产品环保高效,生产过程中无“三废”排放,使用方便,可按一定比例稀释后直接喷于叶面施用。
本发明由自来水、氢氧化钾、磷酸、尿素、四硼酸钾、钛液、聚天冬氨酸及植物生长促进剂共8种原料制成,各种原料重量配比范围为:
本发明的生产方法为:
(1)溶解:将自来水加入反应釜中,开启搅拌器,缓慢加入氢氧化钾;
(2)中和:缓慢加入磷酸,进行中和反应;整个反应过程中,将温度控制在80℃以下;
(3)溶解降温:将尿素缓慢加入反应釜,溶解降温;
(4)溶解:待所加原料完全溶解且溶液温度降至50℃以下时,依次加入钛液、四硼酸钾、植物生长促进剂、聚天冬氨酸,各组分加入间隔时间为15-20分钟,待前一组分完全溶解后加入后一组分;所有组分全部加入后,继续搅拌30-45分钟冷却即为成品。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)产品配方合理:富含植物生长发育所需的大量元素、微量元素及有机质,可有效供给植物生长发育所需营养,增强作物新陈代谢能力,提高作物抗逆性,提高作物产量及品质;
(2)富含的聚天冬氨酸是一种α-氨基酸,是数种氨基酸的原料,为蛋白质的构造单位,可有效提供作物新陈代谢所需营养;
(3)粘着性强:喷施后,能黏附于叶面之上,耐雨水冲刷,提高作物吸收利用率;
(4)广谱高效:该产品不含氯离子,能够在烟草、大豆、马铃薯等忌氯作物及其它作物上广泛使用;成份中富含的增效剂聚天冬氨酸、钛液即植物生长促进剂,可有效增强作物对肥料的吸收利用,增强植物的光合作用;
(5)产品环保无污染:整个生产过程无“三废”排放,各成分安全高效,无毒副作用,适合生产绿色有机农产品;
(6)施用方便:滴灌、叶面喷施均可。可与杀虫、杀菌剂混用相互增效。
4.本发明的具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例的一种有机钾肥,每1千升成品由以下原料组成:
本实施例中钛液的生产方法如下:
(1)溶解:将32KG自来水加入塑料桶后,称取3KG乙二胺四乙酸二钠,缓缓搅拌至完全溶解,生成乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液;
(2)鳌合:称取4.5千克硫酸钛,缓慢加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液中,搅拌10分钟即成钛液;
有机钾肥生产方法如下:
(1)溶解:在反应釜中加入650公斤自来水,开启搅拌;缓慢加入270公斤氢氧化钾;
(2)中和:缓慢加入200公斤磷酸,进行中和反应;整个反应过程中将温度控制在80℃以下;
(3)溶解降温:将100公斤尿素缓慢加入反应釜,待所加原料完全溶解且温度降至50℃以下;
(4)溶解:依次加入钛液30公斤,四硼酸钾40公斤,植物生长促进剂20公斤和聚天冬氨酸230公斤;各组分加入间隔时间为15-20分钟,待前一组分完全溶解后加入后一组分;所有组分全部加入后,继续搅拌30-45分钟冷却即为成品。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种有机钾肥,每1千升成品由以下原料组成:

本实施例中钛液生产方法如下:
(1)溶解:将64KG自来水加入塑料桶后,称取6KG乙二胺四乙酸二钠,缓缓搅拌至完全溶解,生成乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液;
(2)鳌合:称取7千克四氯化钛,2千克四溴化钛缓慢加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液中,搅拌10分钟即成钛液;
有机钾肥生产方法如下:
(1)溶解:在反应釜中加入530公斤自来水,开启搅拌;缓慢加入210公斤氢氧化钾;
(2)中和:缓慢加入175公斤磷酸,进行中和反应;整个反应过程中将温度控制在80℃以下;
(3)溶解降温:将120公斤尿素缓慢加入反应釜,待所加原料完全溶解且温度降至50℃以下;
(4)溶解:依次加入钛液50公斤,四硼酸钾30公斤,植物生长促进剂20公斤和聚天冬氨酸180公斤;各组分加入间隔时间为15-20分钟,待前一组分完全溶解后加入后一组分;所有组分全部加入后,继续搅拌30-45分钟冷却即为成品;
实施例3:
本实施例的一种有机钾肥,每1千升成品由以下原料组成:

本实施例中钛液生产方法如下:

(2)中和:缓慢加入180公斤磷酸,进行中和反应;整个反应过程中将温度控制在80℃以下;
(3)溶解降温:将50公斤尿素缓慢加入反应釜,待所加原料完全溶解且温度降至50℃以下;
(4)溶解:依次加入钛液70公斤,四硼酸钾20公斤,植物生长促进剂50公斤和聚天冬氨酸100公斤;各组分加入间隔时间为15-20分钟,待前一组分完全溶解后加入后一组分;所有组分全部加入后,继续搅拌30-45分钟冷却即为成品;
本发明的实施效果如下:
试验1:一种有机钾肥实验结果:
实验方案:在西安市杨凌区西大寨大棚番茄上做等价试验,试验设二个处理,四个重复,采用完全随机区组设计,单一小区面积为10平方米。以小区产量(公斤)作为统计性状(详见表一),所得数据用SPASS软件进行单因素方差分析。多重比较后可知,处理一相比CK差异达到极显著水平,施用一种有机钾肥的番茄增产效果明显。

注:表一中,处理一为本发明品;CK为清水对照,稀释倍数均为1000倍。
试验2:一种有机钾肥对黄瓜品质的影响
实验方案:将本发明品稀释800倍,在陕西省咸阳市兴平大棚黄瓜上于花期至采收期每隔10天喷施一次。试验设两个处理,四个重复,采用完全随机区组设计,单一小区面积为10平方米。以黄瓜部分品质指标(维生素C含量、可溶性蛋白含量及可溶性糖含量)作为统计性状,所得数据用SPASS软件进行单因素方差分析,差异达到显著水平。

从表二可以看出,喷施本发明品的黄瓜较清水对照维生素C含量增加46.29mg/kg,可溶性蛋白质增加0.91mg/kg,可溶性糖含量增加0.83mg/kg。施用一种有机钾肥可以明显提升黄瓜品质。
试验3:一种有机钾肥在苹果上的试验效果
实验方案:将本发明品稀释800倍,在陕西省白水县苹果上于花期至采收期每隔10天喷施一次。试验设两个处理,四个重复,采用完全随机区组设计,单一小区面积为10平方米。以小区产量(公斤)以及苹果部分品质指标作为统计性状(详见表三),所得数据用SPASS软件进行单因素方差分析,差异达到极显著水平。
表三本发明品对苹果品质及产量影响
从表三可以看出,苹果喷施本发明品后,在产量方面:亩产较对照增产15.4%;单果重较对照增加18.1%;品质方面:可溶性固形物含量较对照提高1.5%,着色度较对照提高16%,含糖量较对照增加1.3%,总酸度较对照增加0.16%,产量和品质均明显提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种有机钾肥,其特征在于,每1千升该有机钾肥中,各种原料的质量分别为:
自来水500-700公斤
氢氧化钾200-300公斤
磷酸175-350公斤
尿素50-150公斤
四硼酸钾20-40公斤
聚天冬氨酸100-250公斤
钛液30-70公斤
植物生长促进剂10-70公斤
一种有机钾肥的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)溶解:将自来水加入反应釜中,开启搅拌器后缓慢加入氢氧化钾;
(2)中和:缓慢加入磷酸,进行中和反应;整个反应过程中,将温度控制在80℃以下;
(3)溶解降温:将尿素缓慢加入反应釜,待所加原料完全溶解且温度降至50℃以下;
(4)容解:依次加入钛液、四硼酸钾、植物生长促进剂、聚天冬氨酸;各组分加入间隔时间为15-20分钟,待前一组分完全溶解后方能加入后一组分;所有组分全部加入后,继续搅拌30-45分钟冷却即为成品。
2.权利要求1所述的一种有机钾肥,其特征在于,所述的氢氧化钾符合HG/T3688-2000标准,所述的磷酸符合GB/T2091-2008工业级85%磷酸液标准,所述的尿素符合GB2440-2001标准。
3.权利要求1所述的一种有机钾肥,其特征在于,所述的植物生长促进剂为复酞核酸98%、胺鲜脂98%、芸苔素内酯95%中的一种或多种。
4.权利要求1所述的一种有机钾肥,其特征在于,所述的钛液由硫酸钛、四溴化钛、四氯化钛中的一种或多种与乙二胺四乙酸二钠螯合而成。
