Abstract

一种轴向保护轴承,属于磁悬浮轴承系统领域。该轴向保护轴承,包括螺钉(1)、端盖(2)、滚动轴承、开缝护套组件(4)、转子组件(5)、机座(7)。该轴向保护轴承,可承受轴向载荷,通过开缝护套组件(4)在离心力作用下,开缝段沿着径向变形来减小转子组件(5)与滚动轴承内圈(6)之间的轴向间隙,同时在轴向形成悬臂梁结构,利用轴向的弹性变形来吸收大部分由振动与冲击而产生的能量,并且大大简化了轴向保护轴承的结构,提高了保护轴承的寿命。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种轴向保护轴承,属于磁悬浮轴承系统领域。
背景技术
在磁悬浮轴承系统中,为了确保系统的可靠性与安全性,一般需要一套保护轴承(也称为辅助轴承,或备用轴承,或应急轴承),其中之一就是承受轴向载荷的轴向保护轴承,目的是在磁悬浮轴承失效时在轴向临时支承高速旋转的转子,保护磁悬浮装备不受损坏。由于磁悬浮轴承的转速一般都很高,并且转子组件与滚动轴承内圈之间有较大的轴向间隙,转子组件在跌落到保护轴承上时会产生很大的冲击。现有保护轴承抵抗冲击的能力较差,常常发生保护轴承烧坏而损坏设备的严重事故。传统结构中通过弹性阻尼器来吸收由于转子组件和滚动轴承内圈之间的轴向间隙而产生的冲击能量,结构非常复杂,没有从根本上解决冲击问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种由滚动轴承和开缝护套组件组成的轴向保护轴承,可以满足高速磁悬浮轴承系统的需要,提高了保护轴承的可靠性和安全性,减小冲击产生的能量。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种轴向保护轴承,包括螺钉、端盖、滚动轴承、转子组件、机座、其中,端盖通过螺钉固定在机座上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈固定在机座的内孔上,其特征在于还包括开缝护套组件,开缝护套组件与转子组件装配在一起,开缝护套组件的开缝侧的台阶面正对于滚动轴承的内圈的侧面,并存在轴向间隙。
本发明的有益效果如下:
通过开缝护套组件在离心力作用下,开缝段沿着径向变形来减小转子组件与滚动轴承内圈之间的轴向间隙,同时在轴向形成悬臂梁结构,代替了传统结构中的弹性阻尼器,在轴向上为系统提供了弹性阻尼,进而降低了冲击产生的能量,简化了弹性保护轴承的结构,提高了保护轴承的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造的工作原理做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种轴向保护轴承,包括螺钉1、端盖2、滚动轴承、转子组件5、机座7、其中,端盖2通过螺钉1固定在机座7上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈3固定在机座7的内孔上,其特征在于还包括由两个开缝护套所组成的开缝护套组件4,开缝护套组件4与转子组件5装配在一起,开缝护套组件4的开缝侧的台阶面正对于滚动轴承的内圈6的侧面,并存在一定的轴向间隙。
开缝护套如图2所示,作为磁悬浮轴承系统中承受轴向载荷的轴向保护轴承,由于滚动轴承的内圈与转子组件在轴向方向有0.2mm左右的间隙,转子组件跌落到轴向保护轴承上时在轴向会产生很大的冲击,容易导致保护轴承的损坏。本发明在轴向设计了一个开缝护套组件,由于开缝护套组件4通过过盈配合与转子组件5装配在一起,因此开缝护套组件4跟着转子组件5一起旋转。开缝护套组件4的开缝侧的端面为台阶面,当转子组件5静止时,开缝护套组件4的开缝侧的外圆环面正对于滚动轴承的内圈6的侧面;当转子组件5旋转时,由于开缝护套组件4在开缝处类似于悬臂梁结构,故开缝护套组件4的开缝段在离心力作用下会沿径向变形,此时,开缝护套组件4的开缝侧的内圆环面正对于滚动轴承的内圈6的侧面,因此可以减小开缝护套组件4与滚动轴承的内圈6的侧面之间的轴向间隙,同时开缝段形成悬臂梁结构,代替了传统结构中的弹性阻尼器,从而降低了轴向上冲击产生的能量。当磁悬浮轴承失效时,这种轴向保护轴承能够在轴向保护磁悬浮装备不受冲击损坏。
本发明采用滚动轴承和开缝护套组件组成一个轴向保护轴承。在径向方向,将滚动轴承的内圈6装配在机座7中,将开缝护套组件4装配在转子组件5上。这样组合起来的轴向保护轴承能够适应更高的工作转速,更大的轴向间隙,并能减小由冲击而产生的能量。

1.一种轴向保护轴承,包括螺钉(1)、端盖(2)、滚动轴承、转子组件(5)、机座(7)、其中,端盖(2)通过螺钉(1)固定在机座(7)上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈(3)固定在机座(7)的内孔中,其特征在于还包括由两个开缝护套所组成的开缝护套组件(4),开缝护套组件(4)与转子组件(5)装配在一起,开缝护套组件(4)的开缝侧的台阶面正对于滚动轴承的内圈(6)的侧面,并存在轴向间隙。
