本发明属于土层或岩层开采分部,矿山或隧道与边坡等地下结构工程的试验装置,深部开采,边坡失稳,地下工程稳定性的技术领域,涉及一种用于相似实验模型的侧向加力装置。该装置由加力模块托架和加力模块组成,加力模块置于所述加力模块托架上;其中,加力模块由上挡板、下挡板,加力弹簧和限位卡扣构成,上挡板与下挡板之间设置加力弹簧,限位卡口一端上挡板固接,另一端与下挡板固接。本发明可以为地下工程和采矿工程以及水利工程提供更加接近实际地质条件的实验设备,改进了原来的实验装置,可为实际的采矿和建设工程提供可靠实验装备。从而可获得更加精确的实验结果,可提高实验结果的精度,减少材料浪费创造更好经济效益。

一种相似实验模型的侧向加力装置
技术领域
本专利涉及金属矿山、非金属矿山、深基坑工程、隧道工程、城市地铁工程、边坡工程等,尤其是深部地下工程。按国际专利分类表(IPC)划分属于建筑物部,土层或岩层开采分部,矿山或隧道与边坡等地下结构工程的试验装置,深部开采,边坡失稳,地下工程稳定性的技术领域。
背景技术        
随着社会发展,大型土木工程的兴建,基坑深度不断增加;城市化进程加快,地铁工程的兴建,复杂地下工程的稳定性研究。以及社会发展导致资源消耗量的增多,矿体的开采不断向深部延深,更加精确的解决开采过程中基坑、隧道、地铁、边坡、巷道及复杂地下工程的稳定性问题。需要对基坑开挖、复杂地下工程的稳定性以及矿山开采过程中的巷道和坡体的稳定性给出更加符合实际的研究成果。
发明内容
为了上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种考虑水平构造应力作用的实验设备,该设备不仅能够考虑水平构造应力,而且能够考虑水平构造应力的梯度变化,使得实验条件更加符合实际地质情况,结果更加可靠的侧向加力装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于相似实验模型的侧向加力装置,该装置由加力托架和加力模块组成;其中,所述加力模块由上挡板、下挡板,加力弹簧和限位卡扣构成,所述上挡板与所述下挡板之间设置所述加力弹簧,所述限位卡扣一端上挡板固接,另一端与所述下挡板固接。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,本发明可以为地下工程和采矿工程以及水利工程提供更加接近实际地质条件的实验设备,改进了原来的实验装置,使其考虑的实验初始条件更加符合实际情况,可为实际的采矿和建设工程提供可靠实验装备。从而可获得更加精确的实验结果,可提高实验结果的精度,减少材料浪费创造更好经济效益。

具体实施方式:
下面附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
 图1所示为一种用于相似实验模型的侧向加力装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,该装置由加力模块托架1和加力模块2组成;加力模块2置于所述加力模块托架2上,其中,加力模块2由上挡板21、下挡板22,加力弹簧23和限位卡扣24构成,上挡板21通过加力弹簧23与下挡板22连接,限位卡扣24安装在上挡板21和下挡板22两侧。
本发明使用方法和工作原理为:首先通过实际的水平构造应力,及其构造应力的梯度变化大小,选择合适的侧向加力模块2,选择好侧向加力模块后,调整加力模块内部的加力弹簧23,使所有加力模块的位移量相同并且能够达到实际要求的构造应力水平,然后锁紧限位卡扣24以保证模块不发生位移,接着浇注模型,待模型达到实际强度时,解除限位卡扣24,使其模块内部由限位卡扣24和加力弹簧组成的自平衡力转化为侧向水平构造应力施加于模型侧面,形成了模型的实际水平构造应力场。

1. 一种用于相似实验模型的侧向加力装置,其特征在于,该装置由加力模块托架(1)和加力模块(2)组成,所述加力模块(2)置于所述加力模块托架(2)上;其中,所述加力模块(2)由上挡板(21)、下挡板(22),加力弹簧(23)和限位卡扣(24)构成,所述上挡板(21)与所述下挡板(22)之间设置所述加力弹簧(23),所述限位卡扣(24)一端所述上挡板(21)固接,另一端与所述下挡板(22)固接。
