Abstract
本发明涉及沼气利用技术领域,具体地说是一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统。沼气的应用,大多固定式结构,产气受条件限制,无法存储。而养殖场等场所产生大量的牲畜粪便及废弃物,无法就地处理并加以利用,对环境污染严重。本发明包括空气压缩机、限压阀、压力表,还由发酵罐、加温罩、收集罐、储气罐组成;发酵罐外部均罩有加温罩,发酵罐产生沼气由收集罐收集,并装入储气罐储存。本发明利用太阳能为发酵桶加温,缩短发酵周期,便于运输的移动式设计,可运输至养殖场进行牲畜粪便处理,高效率处理养殖场等地牲畜粪便,解决现有技术中固定式结构的沼气池使用受限的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气利用技术领域,具体地说是一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统。
背景技术
沼气是以变质物、粪便等生物质作为原料,在适宜的温度下分解产生的可燃性气体,在广大的农村得到广泛的应用,目前该项技术的运用,大多采用水压式,即在地下建池作为沼气发酵间的固定式结构,体积较大,建成后无法移动,不易维修,其使用受地域、环境、温度等因素的限制,如当环境温度较低时,沼气的产量减少,气压不稳定,甚至停止发酵,不能持续供气,无法存储。而养殖场、牧场等场所,每天产生大量的牲畜粪便及废弃物,只能堆积或运往垃圾场处理,无法就地充分利用这些废弃物中存在的能量,而且对环境造成一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可移动的、快速高效地沼气生产和收集设备,可运输至养殖场进行牲畜粪便处理,解决现有技术中固定式结构的沼气池使用受限及环境污染问题。
本发明的技术方案是:包括空气压缩机、限压阀、压力表,还由发酵罐、加温罩、收集罐、储气罐组成;每个发酵罐外部均罩有加温罩,各发酵罐分别通过沼气收集管与收集罐连接,收集罐上连接有限压阀和压力表;收集罐上部的出气口通过输气管连接储气罐,收集罐下部设有废气排放阀及排水阀;收集罐和储气罐之间的输气管上安装有空气压缩机。
本发明的优点是:结构简单实用,利用阳光为发酵桶加温,发酵周期短,产气效率高,处理量大;移动式结构设计,便于运输,可将沼气收集储存,同时解决了现有技术中沼气发酵时间长、产气率低及养殖场等地牲畜粪便处理的问题。

具体实施方式
图中1发酵罐、2加温罩、3收集罐、4储气罐、5空气压缩机、6限压阀、7压力表、8废气排放阀、9排水阀、10沼气收集管、11输气管。
实施例1
从图1可知,包括空气压缩机5、限压阀6、压力表7,还由发酵罐1、加温罩2、收集罐3、储气罐4组成;本实施例中的发酵罐1罐体采用耐腐蚀材料制作,收集罐3采用橡胶材质罐体,每个发酵罐1外部均罩有加温罩2,加温罩2采用透明材料制成,具有良好的透光性和保温性;各发酵罐1分别通过沼气收集管10与收集罐3连接,收集罐3上连接有限压阀6和压力表7;收集罐3上部的出气口通过输气管11连接储气罐4,收集罐3下部设有废气排放阀8及排水阀9;收集罐3和储气罐4之间的输气管11上安装有空气压缩机5。
本发明采用移动式结构设计,可运输至养殖场等地操作。本系统的工作过程是:将牲畜粪便、废弃物等加入发酵罐1,并置于透明的加温罩2内,通过光照使加温罩2内的温度迅速升高,为发酵罐1内的发酵物升温,加速沼气原料快速、充分的分解产生沼气;沼气由发酵罐1排出,经沼气收集管10汇入收集罐3;随着收集罐3内的气体增多,使收集罐3的橡胶罐体膨胀;冷凝产生的水分汇集在收集罐3底部,由排水阀9排出,较重的废气位于收集罐3下部,由废气排放阀8排出。检验从废气排放阀8排出的气体中的沼气含量,当沼气的纯度达到要求时,关闭废气排放阀8和排水阀9。待收集罐3内的气体压力达到额定值后,打开空气压缩机5将收集罐3内的沼气压入储气罐5储存。
发酵后的沼渣、沼液等是优质有机肥料,可用于农业生产,沼液还可以作为杀虫剂加以利用。
实施例2
从图2可知,本实施例与实施例1不同的是,发酵罐1的底部装配有滚轮,便于移动。

1.一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统,包括空气压缩机(5)、限压阀(6)、压力表(7),其特征是:还由发酵罐(1)、加温罩(2)、收集罐(3)、储气罐(4)组成;每个发酵罐(1)外部均罩有加温罩(2),各发酵罐(1)分别通过沼气收集管(10)与收集罐(3)连接,收集罐(3)上连接有限压阀(6)和压力表(7);收集罐(3)上部的出气口通过输气管(11)连接储气罐(4),收集罐(3)下部设有废气排放阀(8)及排水阀(9);收集罐(3)和储气罐(4)之间的输气管(11)上安装有空气压缩机(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统,其特征是:所述的发酵罐(1)底部装配有滚轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统,其特征是:发酵罐(1)罐体采用耐腐蚀材料制作。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统,其特征是:所述的加温罩(2)采用透明材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种移动式沼气快速生产收集系统,其特征是:所述的收集罐(3)为橡胶材质罐体。
