本发明公开了一种空气源热水器改良结构，包括两组空气源热泵热水机组、加热水箱、控制柜，加热水箱内设有热水取水装置，所述加热水箱上部设有相互连通的热平衡管道，所述热平衡管道上设有调节水泵，两个所述加热水箱上部均设有与所述调节水泵控制系统连通的温度探测器，所述调节水泵控制系统根据两个温度探测器探测的温差值及温度大小触发调节水泵的运行状态，当两个温度探测器探测的温差到达设定值时，调节水泵运行，将水温高的加热水箱内的热水送入水温低的加热水箱。

本发明涉及涉及空气源热水器。
背景技术
一般空气源热水器由若干组工作单元组成，每组工作单元由空气源热泵热水机组及加热水箱组成，但现有的加热水箱间互通性差，由于用水量的不同，造成有的加热水箱热水过余，有的加热水箱流量过快使得热水温度不够高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气源热水器改良结构，可以优化空气源热水器的热量分配，节约能源，降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案，一种空气源热水器改良结构，包括两组空气源热泵热水机组、与所述空气源热泵热水机组配对的加热水箱及与空气源热泵热水机组连接的控制柜，空气源热泵热水机组与加热水箱之间设有进水管与出水管，加热水箱内设有热水取水装置，其特征在于：所述加热水箱上部设有相互连通的热平衡管道，所述热平衡管道上设有调节水泵，两个所述加热水箱上部均设有与所述调节水泵控制系统连通的温度探测器，所述调节水泵控制系统根据两个温度探测器探测的温差值及温度大小触发调节水泵的运行状态，当两个温度探测器探测的温差到达设定值时，调节水泵运行，将水温高的加热水箱内的热水送入水温低的加热水箱。
优选的，所述温差值选择5~8℃。
所述热水取水装置包括取水管，取水管内穿设螺旋弹簧，取水管出水口固定在加热水箱底部，取水管进水口处设置一浮球，并与螺旋弹簧连接。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，可以优化空气源热水器的热量分配，节约能源，降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，为本发明一种空气源热水器改良结构，包括两组空气源热泵热水机组1、与所述空气源热泵热水机组配对的加热水箱3及与空气源热泵热水机组连接的控制柜2，空气源热泵热水机组与加热水箱之间设有进水管35与出水管34，加热水箱3内设有热水取水装置，所述热水取水装置包括取水管5，取水管5内穿设螺旋弹簧51，取水管5出水口固定在加热水箱3底部，取水管进水口处设置一浮球52，并与螺旋弹簧51连接。所述加热水箱上部设有相互连通的热平衡管道4，所述热平衡管道上设有调节水泵6，两个所述加热水箱上部均设有与所述调节水泵控制系统7连通的温度探测器8，所述调节水泵控制系统根据两个温度探测器探测的温差值及温度大小触发调节水泵的运行状态，当两个温度探测器探测的温差到达设定值时，如5℃、8℃等，调节水泵运行，将水温高的加热水箱内的热水送入水温低的加热水箱。

1.一种空气源热水器改良结构，包括两组空气源热泵热水机组、与所述空气源热泵热水机组配对的加热水箱及与空气源热泵热水机组连接的控制柜，空气源热泵热水机组与加热水箱之间设有进水管与出水管，加热水箱内设有热水取水装置，其特征在于：所述加热水箱上部设有相互连通的热平衡管道，所述热平衡管道上设有调节水泵，两个所述加热水箱上部均设有与所述调节水泵控制系统连通的温度探测器，所述调节水泵控制系统根据两个温度探测器探测的温差值及温度大小触发调节水泵的运行状态，当两个温度探测器探测的温差到达设定值时，调节水泵运行，将水温高的加热水箱内的热水送入水温低的加热水箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气源热水器改良结构，其特征在于：所述温差值选择5～8℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气源热水器改良结构，其特征在于：所述热水取水装置包括取水管，取水管内穿设螺旋弹簧，取水管出水口固定在加热水箱底部，取水管进水口处设置一浮球，并与螺旋弹簧连接。
