技术领域
本发明属于电力设备更换用工具技术领域,特别涉及一种侧搭式线路防震锤更换工具。
背景技术
在电力线路杆塔运行过程中,线路的防震锤是必备的配件,用于防止电线过量震动保护线路的,防震锤也有生命周期,达到使用寿命之后必须尽快拆除,避免达不到防震的目的,另外也防止防震锤从上面掉下来,伤害下面给过的人。在拆卸防震锤的过程中,因为防震锤离横担一般较远,中间还隔着绝缘子串,施工人员很难直接在横担上操作,往往在横担上与电线连接部位的侧部放置竹竿,然后将竹竿与横担固定,竹竿另一端放置在离防震锤较近的地儿,最后从竹竿、电线、绝缘子与横担形成的三角形上走过去操作施工。但是这之间一方面竹竿的远离横担的一端不稳定,容易带来安全隐患,另外施工人员过去以后,身体很难放稳,操作时提心吊胆,效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单实用、能有效提高安全性和可靠性的侧搭式线路防震锤更换工具。
一种侧搭式线路防震锤更换工具,包括与横担活动连接的两个坚固件,所述坚固件设置在倒“T”型杆尾部,倒“T”型杆的端部设置搭接杆,所述搭接杆上设置卡线槽。
所述倒“T”型杆的端部设置脚蹬。
所述倒“T”型杆上设置抽拉式伸缩机构。
由于本发明通过在倒“T”型杆上加装与横担活动连接的坚固件,保证了更换工具在电线上的稳定性,倒“T”型杆固定在横担上绝缘子的一侧,搭接杆上设置卡线槽卡住电线,施工人员可以很方便地从倒“T”型杆和绝缘子上移动到防震锤旁,进行操作更换,所述倒“T”型杆的端部设置脚蹬,使得施工人员脚有地方放,身体容易平衡。倒“T”型杆上设置抽拉式伸缩机构,一方面携带方便,另外一方面长度可在一定范围内可调,进一步提高本发明的应用范围。

如图1所示:一种侧搭式线路防震锤更换工具,包括与横担1活动连接的两个坚固件10,所述坚固件10设置在倒“T”型杆4尾部,倒“T”型杆4的端部设置搭接杆8,所述搭接杆8上设置卡线槽6。由于本发明通过在倒“T”型杆4上加装与横担1活动连接的坚固件10,保证了更换工具在电线2上的稳定性,倒“T”型杆4固定在横担1上绝缘子7的一侧,搭接杆8上设置卡线槽6卡住电线,施工人员可以很方便地从倒“T”型杆4和绝缘子7上移动到防震锤3旁,进行操作更换,
所述倒“T”型杆4的端部设置脚蹬9,使得施工人员脚有地方放,身体容易平衡。
所述倒“T”型杆4上设置抽拉式伸缩机构5,一方面携带方便,另外一方面长度可在一定范围内可调,进一步提高本发明的应用范围。

1.一种侧搭式线路防震锤更换工具,其特征在于:包括与横担活动连接的两个坚固件,所述坚固件设置在倒“T”型杆尾部,倒“T”型杆的端部设置搭接杆,所述搭接杆上设置卡线槽。
