Abstract

本发明涉及一种可以双向调节发光角度的LED路灯。现有的LED路灯出光方向单一,设计繁琐。本发明由LED模组、散热体支架、M6螺丝、连接片、组合透镜、散热器、电杆固定支架和下盖构成,LED模组上面设置LED灯珠,LED模组中间设置铝基板,铝基板背面有散热器,散热器包括底板和散热片,LED模组上方设置组合透镜;LED模组之间由连接片连接;电杆固定支架和下盖之间设置电源。通过使用不同角度连接片(6)调整纵向出光,旋动M6螺丝调整横向出光。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,具体涉及一种可以双向调节发光角度的LED路灯。 
背景技术
目前,LED广泛应用于生活,特别在照明技术领域,不断有创新的产品供应于市场。LED照明系列,具有节能环保,使用寿命长,光线穿透力强,光能利用率高等优点,适合于居住环境,在交通设施方面,更加受青睐。现在,市场上大部分LED照明路灯出光方向单一,出光角度固定,虽然有些照明灯可以调节出光方向,但是要利用特殊光学系统来改变光源角度,这种设计成本较高,设计繁琐,不利于推广。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有LED路灯的技术缺陷,提供一种可以双向调节发光角度的LED路灯。 
本发明由LED模组、散热体支架、M6螺丝、连接片、组合透镜、散热器、电杆固定支架和下盖构成,LED模组为多个,LED模组上面设置若干LED灯珠,LED模组中间设置铝基板,铝基板表面设有电路,LED模组背面设置散热器,散热器包括底板和散热片,LED模组上方设置组合透镜;LED模组与模组之间由连接片连接;LED模组由螺丝连接并固定在散热体支架上,散热体支架和电杆固定支架由螺丝连接并与下盖固定,在固定支架下盖之间设置有电源。 
使用时,使用不同角度的连接片,调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组纵向出光;旋动M6螺丝,调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组横向出光。 
本发明的优点在于设计特别,节约成本,安全环保,生产工艺简单,操作使用方便,节能环保,利于推广。

下面结合附图对以最佳实施例本发明做进一步详细说明: 
本发明由LED模组、散热体支架(8)、M6螺丝(7)、连接片(6)、组合透镜(3)、散热器、电杆固定支架(1)和下盖(2)构成,LED模组为多个,LED模组上面设置若干LED灯珠(4),LED模组中间设置铝基板(5),铝基板(5)表面有电路,LED模组背面设置散热器,散热器包括底板(9)和散热片(10),LED模组上方设置组合透镜(3);LED模组与模组之间由连接片(6)连接;LED模组由M6螺丝(7)连 接并固定在散热体支架(8)上,散热体支架(8)和电杆固定支架(1)由M6螺丝(7)连接并固定在下盖(2)上;电杆固定支架(1)和下盖(2)之间设置有电源。 
本发明的制备工艺是: 
刮锡膏→贴片LED→测试LED→锁铝基板→装LED组合透镜→组装散热模组→锁散热体支架→装电杆固定支架→装电源→电性测试→防水测试→老化→装下盖→外观检查→包装。 
使用时,使用不同角度的连接片(6),调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组纵向出光;旋动M6螺丝(7),调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组横向出光。

1.一种可以双向调节发光角度的LED路灯,其特征在于它由LED模组、散热体支架(8)、M6螺丝(7)、连接片(6)、组合透镜(3),散热器、电杆固定支架(1)和下盖(2)构成,LED模组为多个,LED模组上面设置若干LED灯珠(4),LED模组中间设置铝基板(5),铝基板(5)表面有电路,LED模组背面设置散热器,散热器包括底板(9)和散热片(10),LED模组上方设置组合透镜(3);LED模组与模组之间由连接片(6)连接;LED模组由M6螺丝(7)连接并固定在散热体支架(8)上,散热体支架(8)和电杆固定支架(1)由M6螺丝(7)连接并固定在下盖(2)上;电杆固定支架(1)和下盖(2)之间设置有电源,使用时,使用不同角度的连接片(6),调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组纵向出光;旋动M6螺丝(7),调整LED模组位置,出光角度改变,光源模组横向出光。
