Referring to fig. 6 in combination, an embodiment of the present invention provides an advertisement gateway device, including:
the receiving module 600 is configured to receive a first request message sent by a receiver and forwarded by a multimedia message center MMSC, where the first request message is sent by the receiver according to a notification message sent by the received MMSC, and the notification message is sent by the MMSC according to a multimedia message sent by a receiver and sender, where the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device.
An embedding module 602 for embedding the advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message.
A sending module 604, configured to send the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the MMSC, so that the MMSC sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the recipient.
Referring to fig. 7 in combination, an embodiment of the present invention provides an advertisement gateway device, including: a receiving module 700, an embedding module 702, a sending module 704, and a subscription management module 706. The subscription management module 706 is an optional module. In particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
a receiving module 700, configured to receive a first request message sent by a receiver and forwarded by a multimedia message center MMSC, where the first request message is sent by the receiver according to a notification message sent by the received MMSC, and the notification message is sent by the MMSC according to a multimedia message sent by a receiver and sender, where the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device.
An embedding module 702 is configured to embed advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message.
Specifically, the embedded module 702 may include: an obtaining unit 7020, configured to obtain, according to the first request message received by the receiving module 700, the multimedia message sent by the sender from the multimedia message center. Acquiring unit 7020 acquires the multimedia message sent by the sender from the MMSC according to the address information of the MMSC in the first request message.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 7020 obtains the receiver identification information and the extension information thereof from an HTTP packet header in the multimedia message returned by the multimedia message center MMSC, where the receiver information includes the following: receiving a user identification: x-up-closing-line-id, receiving user IP address: x-forwarded-for, accepting the terminal type of the user: user-agent. The advertisement gateway device obtains the Sender identification information from the Sender address field of the MM1.retrieve. RES response message body returned by the MMSC.
Acquiring unit 7020 acquires the advertisement content after determining unit 7022 determines that it is necessary to embed an advertisement in the multimedia message. The source of the advertisement content acquired by the acquiring unit 7020 may be pre-stored, downloaded to a network terminal or a network server in real time, or provided by another user.
A determining unit 7022, configured to determine whether to embed an advertisement content in the multimedia message according to the subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver. The contract information of the sender and/or the receiver may be stored in the contract information management module 706 in the advertisement gateway device, or may be provided by a device other than the advertisement gateway device.
The determining unit 7022 determines whether to embed advertisement content in the multimedia message according to the subscription information of the sending user terminal and/or the receiving user terminal.
Specifically, determining unit 7022 queries subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver according to the sender identification information and the receiver identification information acquired by acquiring unit 7020, determines whether embedded advertisements are needed, and if needed, acquires advertisement content according to the sender identification information, the receiver identification information, and terminal information of the sender and the receiver.
A processing unit 7024, configured to embed the advertisement content into the multimedia message acquired by the acquiring unit 7020 if the determining unit 7022 determines that the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message.
The processing unit 7024 may embed the advertisement content in the front, middle, and rear portions of the multimedia message.
The subscription information management module 706 is configured to provide subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver, where the subscription information at least includes information on whether to receive the advertisement content and/or request to send the advertisement content.
Optionally, the subscription information management module 706 is further configured to receive a subscription request of a sender, and store the subscription information of the sender, where the subscription request at least includes a request for receiving an advertisement content and a request for sending an advertisement content; the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender; or,
the system comprises a receiving part, a server and a server, wherein the receiving part is used for receiving a signing request of a receiving part and storing signing information of the receiving part, and the signing request at least comprises a request for sending advertisement content; the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the receiver; or,
the system comprises a receiving part and a sending part, wherein the receiving part is used for receiving contract signing requests of the sending part and the receiving part and storing contract signing information of the sending part and the receiving part, and the contract signing requests at least comprise advertisement receiving requests of the sending part and advertisement sending requests and/or advertisement sending requests of the receiving part.
A sending module 704, configured to send the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content by the embedding module 702 to the MMSC, so that the MMSC sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the recipient.
In the process of transmitting the multimedia message, the embodiment of the invention transmits a notification message to a receiver according to the multimedia message transmitted by a transmitter, wherein the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device, receives a request message which is transmitted by the receiver to the advertisement gateway device according to the notification message, and transmits the request message to the advertisement gateway device, so that the advertisement gateway embeds advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the request message, and transmits the multimedia message with embedded advertisement content to the receiver after receiving the multimedia message with embedded advertisement content returned by the advertisement gateway device, thereby realizing the transmission of the multimedia message. On one hand, the notification message carries the address information of the advertisement gateway device, so that the receiver can request the multimedia message to return the multimedia message to the advertisement gateway of the address information according to the address information, and the advertisement gateway device can embed the advertisement content according to the received request message. On the other hand, because the advertisement gateway device is used for embedding the advertisement content into the multimedia message, the load of a multimedia message center is lightened, and the service quality of the multimedia message service is improved.
Meanwhile, whether the embedded advertisement is needed or not is judged, and if yes, the advertisement content is obtained according to the sender identification information, the receiver identification information and the terminal information of the sender and the receiver. And judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message or not through the subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver. On one hand, the problem that the advertisement gateway device needs to embed advertisement content into each multimedia message, so that the load of the advertisement gateway device for processing the multimedia message is large, and the service quality of the system is reduced is solved; on the other hand, whether the advertisement is embedded in the multimedia message is judged according to the subscription information of the user, personalized selection of the user can be met, the situation that the user who does not need the advertisement content receives the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content is avoided, and experience of the user on the multimedia message is improved.
As will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure, all or part of the steps of the above method can also be implemented by hardware associated with program instructions, and the program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as: ROM, RAM, or optical disks, etc.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. A method of transmitting a multimedia message, the method comprising:
receiving a multimedia message sent by a sender;
sending a notification message to a receiver according to the multimedia message, wherein the notification message carries address information of the advertisement gateway device;
receiving a first request message sent by the receiver according to the notification message;
sending the first request message to the advertisement gateway device according to the address information so that the advertisement gateway device embeds advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message;
receiving a multimedia message which is returned by the advertisement gateway device and is embedded with advertisement content;
and sending the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the receiving party.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and setting the message body content address parameter in the notification message as the address information of the advertisement gateway device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the first request message to the advertising gateway device according to the address information comprises:
the request message is sent to the advertising gateway device through a standard interface MM1 according to the address information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the advertising gateway device embedding advertising content into the multimedia message according to the first request message comprises:
receiving a second request message for acquiring the multimedia message sent by the advertisement gateway device according to the first request message;
and sending the multimedia message to the advertisement gateway device according to the second request message so that the advertisement gateway device can embed advertisement content into the multimedia message.
5. A method of transmitting a multimedia message, the method comprising:
receiving a first request message sent by a receiver and forwarded by a multimedia message center (MMSC), wherein the first request message is sent by the receiver according to a notification message sent by the MMSC, the notification message is sent by the MMSC according to a multimedia message sent by a receiver-sender, and the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device;
embedding advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message;
and sending the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the MMSC so that the MMSC sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the receiver.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said embedding the retrieved advertising content into the multimedia message in accordance with the first request message comprises:
and acquiring the multimedia message sent by the sender from the multimedia message center according to the first request message, judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver, and embedding the advertisement content into the multimedia message if the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a signing request of a sender, and managing signing information of the sender, wherein the signing request at least comprises a request for receiving advertisement content and a request for sending the advertisement content;
the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender; or,
receiving a signing request of a receiver and managing signing information of the receiver, wherein the signing request at least comprises a request for sending advertisement content;
the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the receiver; or,
the method comprises the steps of receiving signing requests of a sender and a receiver, and managing signing information of the sender and the receiver, wherein the signing requests at least comprise requests of the sender for receiving advertisement contents and sending the advertisement contents and/or requests of the receiver for sending the advertisement contents.
8. A system for transmitting multimedia messages, the system comprising:
the multimedia message center MMSC is used for receiving a multimedia message sent by a sender, sending a notification message to a receiver according to the multimedia message, wherein the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device, receiving a first request message sent by the receiver according to the notification message, sending the first request message to the advertisement gateway device according to the address information, so that the advertisement gateway device embeds advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message, receives the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content returned by the advertisement gateway device, and sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the receiver;
the advertisement gateway device is configured to receive the first request message, embed the advertisement content in the multimedia message, and send the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the MMSC, so that the MMSC sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the recipient.
9. An apparatus for transmitting a multimedia message, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the multimedia message sent by the sender;
the notification module is used for sending a notification message to a receiver according to the multimedia message, wherein the notification message carries address information of the advertisement gateway device;
a second receiving module, configured to receive a first request message sent by the receiving party according to the notification message;
a first sending module, configured to send the first request message to the advertisement gateway device according to the address information, so that the advertisement gateway device embeds advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message;
a third receiving module, configured to receive a multimedia message embedded with advertisement content and returned by the advertisement gateway device;
and the second sending module is used for sending the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the receiving party.
10. An advertising gateway apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
a receiving module, configured to receive a first request message sent by a receiver and forwarded by a multimedia message center MMSC, where the first request message is sent by the receiver according to a notification message sent by the MMSC, and the notification message is sent by the MMSC according to a multimedia message sent by a receiver-sender, where the notification message carries address information of an advertisement gateway device;
an embedding module, configured to embed advertisement content into the multimedia message according to the first request message;
and the sending module is used for sending the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the MMSC so that the MMSC sends the multimedia message embedded with the advertisement content to the receiver.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the embedding module comprises:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the multimedia message sent by the sender from the multimedia message center according to the first request message;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message or not according to the subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver;
and the processing unit is used for embedding the advertisement content into the multimedia message if the judging unit judges that the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the contract information management module is used for providing contract information of a sender and/or a receiver, and the contract information at least comprises information whether to receive the advertisement content and/or request to send the advertisement content.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the subscription information management module is further to:
the system comprises a server and a server, wherein the server is used for receiving a signing request of a sender and storing signing information of the sender, and the signing request at least comprises advertisement content receiving request and advertisement content sending request; the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender; or,
the system comprises a receiving part, a server and a server, wherein the receiving part is used for receiving a signing request of a receiving part and storing signing information of the receiving part, and the signing request at least comprises a request for sending advertisement content; the judging whether the advertisement content needs to be embedded into the multimedia message according to the pre-stored subscription information of the sender and/or the receiver comprises the following steps: judging whether the multimedia message needs to be embedded with advertisement content according to the pre-stored subscription information of the receiver; or,
the system comprises a receiving part and a sending part, wherein the receiving part is used for receiving contract signing requests of the sending part and the receiving part and storing contract signing information of the sending part and the receiving part, and the contract signing requests at least comprise advertisement receiving requests of the sending part and advertisement sending requests and/or advertisement sending requests of the receiving part.
