Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻型龙门数控切割机,包括支架、相互垂直的横向导轨和纵向导轨、主控制器、以及与主控制器电连接的割头和纵向传动装置,纵向导轨又包括相对独立的主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架,横向导轨一端通过纵向传动装置和滑块与主动侧双轨支撑架连接,另一端通过支撑滚轮放置在从动侧单边支撑架上。纵向导轨的双轨设计和分体结构以及可调节支脚支撑,简化了切割机的安装过程、方便了拆装调试、保证了使用质量,加工精度高、性能可靠。铝型材的支架重量轻,搬运方便、运输灵活,可广泛适用于各种切割产品的加工生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种龙门数控切割机,特别涉及一种稳定性高、易于拆装的轻型龙门数控切割机,属于金属切割加工设备领域。
背景技术
随着数控切割行业的不断发展,数控切割机已广泛应用在铁路、机械制造、金属构件、压力容器、模型制作业、广告业等行业领域中。
数控切割机按结构形式分为龙门式和悬臂式两种。
龙门式数控切割机采用龙门结构支撑工作主机水平移动,结构稳定性高,结实、耐用,采用双边驱动的方式运行平稳、移动准确,加工质量好、精度高,在大规模生产和高精度切割要求的工件加工中使用较多,是现代工业生产中板材切割生产的首选设备。但现有龙门式数控切割机底座由工字钢支撑,结构庞大、重量较重、不易运输;而且,为保证切割质量和切割精度,现有龙门式数控切割机对用户安装要求较高,必须在安装中保证双边的平行度和水平度,给实际安装过程增加了难度,也容易造成安装精度不够影响加工质量的问题。
悬臂式数控切割机主要由相互成90度夹角的横向和纵向传导机构组成,工作主机通过横向和纵向传导机构实现水平方向的移动、定位,其体积小、重量轻,占用空间少,易于组装、运输,适合在一些场地小、加工工件批量少的企业使用。但受自身结构的限制,现有悬臂式数控切割机的切割质量和切割精度往往达不到龙门式数控切割机的高精度和高稳定性标准。
如何根据上述两种数控切割机的结构优点对现有数控切割机进行结构改进,保证加工精度的前提下提高结构安装的灵活性和运输的方便性,就成为本发明首要解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有数控切割机的结构特点和存在的不足,本发明旨在提供一种组装灵活、运输方便、性能稳定、加工精度高的轻型龙门数控切割机,以扩大其适用范围,满足不断增长的工业化生产需要。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
轻型龙门数控切割机,包括支架、相互垂直的横向导轨和纵向导轨、主控制器、以及与主控制器电连接的割头和纵向传动装置,割头连接在横向导轨上,横向导轨连接在纵向传动装置上,纵向传动装置与纵向导轨连接,纵向导轨连接在支架上,主控制器连接在横向导轨一端,纵向导轨包括相对独立的主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架,主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架分别连接在支架上并位于横向导轨两端,主动侧双轨相互平行并间隔一定的距离,横向导轨一端通过纵向传动装置和双滑块与主动侧双轨支撑架连接,横向导轨另一端通过支撑滚轮放置在从动侧单边支撑架上。
所述主动侧双轨分别为双轴芯导轨。
所述支架为铝型材。
所述支架底部还设有可调节支腿。
所述纵向传动装置与横向导轨之间还设有斜拉支架。
本发明所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,采用分体结构设计,将体积较大、安装精度要求较高的纵向导轨拆分成主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架两部分,主动侧双轨支撑架上直接加工完成两条相互平行并带有一定间隔的导轨,在对横向导轨起到支撑和传导作用的同时,双导轨间的平行度和水平度只与加工精度有关,不受安装精度的影响,易于安装、调试,特别解决了生产厂家安装调试工程师上门服务的必要,节约了人力物力,响应了低碳号召。而从动侧单边支撑架对横向导轨另一端只起到滚动支撑作用,以平衡横向导轨的重心,对安装精度要求较低,其结果大大降低了对使用前安装过程的要求,简化了安装,甚至不需专业人士就可自行拆装,提高了使用灵活性。同时,在支架上采用可调节支脚进行地面支撑,受地面水平度影响较小,调节方便、组装快捷,利于在各种场地上使用。铝型材制成的支架,重量较轻,搬运方便。斜拉支架保证了横向导轨与纵向传动装置间的结构稳定性,提高了连接可靠性。整体结构设计简单、组装方便、搬运灵活,适于长途运输使用,组装后的切割机加工精度高、性能可靠,既保留了龙门式的结构特点,又发挥了悬臂式的优点,改进效果突出,实用性强。

具体实施方式
本发明的中心思想是利用龙门式数控切割机结构稳定性高、加工精度好的优点,与悬臂式数控切割机组装灵活、运输方便的优点相结合,设计一种更轻巧、更稳定、更可靠、又拆装方便的轻型龙门数控切割机,以满足不断提高的工业化生产需要。其设计的前提是在保证足够的加工精度下,能更好地组装、运输。
下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步的描述:
本发明所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,其结构保留了龙门式的结构特点,同时,又改进并简化了传动导轨、支架等结构。其结构具体包括支架2、可调节支腿1、相互垂直的横向导轨7和纵向导轨、主控制器9、以及与主控制器9电连接的割头8和纵向传动装置4。
割头8作为切割过程的主要工具,被连接在横向导轨7上,割头8自身可根据加工需要自动调节上、下位置,以保证割头8与被加工工件的有效作用距离,使切割过程顺利进行。
横向导轨7为一条横向排列的水平导轨,其为割头8提供X轴方向的水平移动。横向导轨7底部连接在纵向传动装置4上,纵向传动装置4主要由驱动电机、齿轮、齿条、壳体等组成。纵向传动装置4连接在纵向导轨上,纵向传动装置4通过驱动电机及纵向导轨等带动横向导轨7和割头8在Y轴方向上水平移动。
纵向导轨包括相对独立的主动侧双轨支撑架3和从动侧单边支撑架6,主动侧双轨支撑架3和从动侧单边支撑架6分别连接在支架2上并位于横向导轨7两端。主动侧双导轨分别为双轴芯导轨,安装滑块时能自动居中,不会发生偏斜现象,一体结构的主动侧双轨支撑架3保证了两条导轨的平行度和水平度要求,避免了安装中带来的位置调节麻烦。由于改进后的主动侧双轨支撑架3对横向导轨7主要起到支撑、传导作用,其结构将直接影响到传动精度的高低,故双导轨在保持平行的前提下,还需相互间隔一定的距离,使两条导轨真正起到平行传导、共同支撑的作用,避免了一条纵向导轨易发生倾斜、偏移的现象。位于横向导轨7的另一端通过支撑滚轮10放置在从动侧单边支撑架6上,从动侧单边支撑架6主要对横向导轨7的另一端进行滚动过程的支撑,其只需保持滚轮10在从动侧单边支撑架6上即可,并不需要对横向导轨7起到限制传导的作用,简化了纵向导轨的安装过程。
为减轻重量,支架2选用铝型材制成,铝型材的底部设有可调节支腿1,利用可调节支腿1进行整体结构支撑,可降低安装过程对地面的要求,提高安装可靠性和灵活性。而为了提高轻型龙门数控切割机的结构稳定性,在纵向传动装置4与横向导轨7之间还设有斜拉支架5,利用三角形的结构稳定性增强切割机的整体刚性,保证使用质量。
主控制器9连接在横向导轨7一端,主控制器9分别与割头8和纵向传动装置4电连接,主控制器9随着横向导轨7的水平移动而移动。
当运输过程中,支架2、可调节支腿1、横向导轨7、主动侧双轨支撑架3、从动侧单边支撑架6、纵向传动装置4、主控制器9和割头8相互拆分后各自包装运输,体积小、易于移动,支架2采用铝型材制成,重量较轻,搬运方便。组装时,利用可调节支脚1进行地面支撑,整体结构受地面水平度影响较小,调节方便。主动侧双轨支撑架3上的双导轨为直接加工完成,导轨间平行度和水平度不需后期调整,调试安装简单、方便。位于横向导轨7另一端的从动侧单边支撑架6只对横向导轨7起到滚动支撑作用,以分担部分横向导轨7的重量,保持重心平衡,故其安装不会对精度要求较高,只需保证滚轮10不滑出从动侧单边支撑架6即可。组装完成后的轻型龙门数控切割机既保留了龙门式的结构特点,又发挥了悬臂式的结构优点,改进效果突出,使用效果明显改善。

Claims (5)

1.轻型龙门数控切割机,包括支架、相互垂直的横向导轨和纵向导轨、主控制器、以及与主控制器电连接的割头和纵向传动装置,所述割头连接在横向导轨上,横向导轨连接在纵向传动装置上,纵向传动装置与纵向导轨连接,纵向导轨连接在支架上,主控制器连接在横向导轨一端,其特征在于,所述纵向导轨包括相对独立的主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架,主动侧双轨支撑架和从动侧单边支撑架分别连接在支架上并位于横向导轨两端,主动侧双轨相互平行并间隔一定的距离;所述横向导轨一端通过纵向传动装置和双滑块与主动侧双轨支撑架连接,横向导轨另一端通过支撑滚轮放置在从动侧单边支撑架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,其特征在于,所述主动侧双轨分别为双轴芯导轨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,其特征在于,所述支架为铝型材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,其特征在于,所述支架底部还设有可调节支腿。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的轻型龙门数控切割机,其特征在于,所述纵向传动装置与横向导轨之间还设有斜拉支架。
