一种吻合器尾部调节机构,包括调节螺母(1)、螺纹销(2)、调节螺杆(3)和调节螺母盖(4),螺纹销(2)旋在调节螺母(1)上,调节螺杆(3)安装在调节螺母(1)内部,还包括定位嵌件(5),定位嵌件(5)包胶在调节螺母盖(4)中,定位嵌件(5)的周边具有多个插脚(5-1),该插脚(5-1)嵌装在调节螺母盖(4)内侧对应的槽中。本发明不仅防止调节螺母盖打滑、破损,同时,还大大增加了手术的安全系数。

技术领域
本发明属于手术用医疗器械领域,具体地说,涉及一种吻合器尾部调节机构。
背景技术
现有的吻合器尾部调节机构中所用的调节螺母盖都是由塑料注塑而成,缺点是当调节用力过大时会导致调节螺母盖打滑,严重时造成调节螺母盖破损,以至手术的失败,存在着一定的手术风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能防止调节螺母盖打滑、破损的吻合器尾部调节机构。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种吻合器尾部调节机构,包括调节螺母、螺纹销、调节螺杆和调节螺母盖,螺纹销旋在调节螺母上,调节螺杆安装在调节螺母内部,还包括定位嵌件,定位嵌件包胶在调节螺母盖中,定位嵌件的周边具有多个插脚,该插脚嵌装在调节螺母盖内侧对应的槽中。
插脚有6个,并均匀分布在定位嵌件的周边。
定位嵌件由不锈钢制成。
采用上述技术方案后,吻合器尾部调节机构中增加了定位嵌件,定位嵌件包胶在调节螺母盖中,且定位嵌件的周边具有多个插脚,该插脚嵌装在调节螺母盖内侧对应的槽中,这样,定位嵌件与调节螺母盖很好的固定在一起,大大提高了调节螺母盖的强度和防滑性能,当手术时,即使用力过大,调节螺母盖也不会打滑和破损,使手术的安全系数大大增加。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~7所示,一种吻合器尾部调节机构,包括调节螺母1、螺纹销2、调节螺杆3和调节螺母盖4,螺纹销2旋在调节螺母1上,调节螺杆3安装在调节螺母1内部,还包括定位嵌件5,定位嵌件5包胶在调节螺母盖4中,定位嵌件5的周边具有多个插脚5-1,该插脚5-1嵌装在调节螺母盖4内侧对应的槽中。螺纹销2的前端可抵住调节螺杆3。
如图4所示,插脚5-1有6个,并均匀分布在定位嵌件5的周边。
定位嵌件5由不锈钢制成。
本发明的工作原理如下:旋转调节螺母1,调节螺杆3就可以在调节螺母1中做来回往复运动,以实现产品的伸缩。

1.一种吻合器尾部调节机构,包括调节螺母(1)、螺纹销(2)、调节螺杆(3)和调节螺母盖(4),螺纹销(2)旋在调节螺母(1)上,调节螺杆(3)安装在调节螺母(1)内部,其特征在于:还包括定位嵌件(5),定位嵌件(5)包胶在调节螺母盖(4)中,定位嵌件(5)的周边具有多个插脚(5-1),该插脚(5-1)嵌装在调节螺母盖(4)内侧对应的槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吻合器尾部调节机构,其特征在于:所述的插脚(5-1)有6个,并均匀分布在定位嵌件(5)的周边。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吻合器尾部调节机构,其特征在于:所述的定位嵌件(5)由不锈钢制成。
