本发明涉及一种制鞋机械,特别涉及一种鞋机的撑台结构。
背景技术
鞋机中撑台结构,传统的都是由撑台油缸带动撑台总成实现上下运动,当时,没有变速,速度调块后,冲击力大,易撑破鞋帮报废率高。
发明内容
针对以上技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型的撑台总成自动变速装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:撑台总成自动变速装置,包括撑台总成,撑台总成由内撑台和外撑台组成,撑台总成下端连有撑台油缸,撑台油缸下部活动设置有触头,触头上设置有接近开关,接近开关控制撑台油缸运动,接近开关到触头时速度就会变慢。
本发明的有益效果:速度调快后,撑台马上到鞋底10mm左右,突然变慢,轻轻贴住鞋底,更不会破帮,不会有次品和报废品鞋发生。

具体实施方式
请参见附图说明其实施过程:撑台总成自动变速装置,包括撑台总成1,撑台总成1由内撑台12和外撑台11组成,撑台总成1下端连有撑台油缸2,撑台油缸2下部活动设置有触头3,触头3上升的最大位置旁设置有接近开关4,接近开关4控制撑台油缸2运动。工作时,撑台总成在撑台油缸的作用下上升,上升到接近最大值时,触头被感应开关感应到,感应开关把信号传输撑台油缸,撑台油缸减速运动,产生一个变速作用。

1.撑台总成自动变速装置,包括撑台总成(1),撑台总成(1)由内撑台(12)和外撑台(11)组成,撑台总成(1)下端连有撑台油缸(2),其特征在于,撑台油缸(2)下部活动设置有触头(3),触头(3)上升的最大位置旁设置有接近开关(4),接近开关(4)控制撑台油缸(2)运动。
