7. The system of claim 6, wherein the source subtitle file has a corresponding description; the system also comprises a description mode judging module and a description conversion module which are positioned at the caption making end:
the description mode judging module is used for judging whether the basic attribute information and the user customized attribute information of the subtitles match a preset description mode, if so, the description generating module is triggered: if not, triggering the description conversion module;
the description conversion module is used for converting the basic attribute information and the user customized attribute information of the subtitles into a matched description mode and then triggering the description generation module.

The system of claim 6 or 7, wherein the basic attribute information of the subtitle comprises: file description information of subtitles, contents of subtitle segments, and display attribute information. The XML metadata includes description information of a subtitle file as first metadata, content and display attribute information of a subtitle segment as second metadata, and user-customized attribute information as third metadata, and the description generation module further includes:
a first metadata writing sub-module, configured to write first metadata in an XML file, where the first metadata nested sub-metadata includes: the method comprises the steps of identifying identification of a caption file, format version number of the caption file, number of a character set used by the caption file, title name of the caption file, television system supported by the caption file and the number of caption sections;
the second metadata writing sub-module is used for writing second metadata in the XML file, and the nested sub-metadata of the second metadata comprise: caption segment identification information, caption segment structure information and caption screen content information;
and the third metadata writing submodule is used for writing the third metadata in the XML file.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the parsing playout module further comprises:
the analysis submodule is used for analyzing the subtitle XML file to obtain each XML metadata and a description mode thereof;
the matching conversion sub-module is used for converting the description mode into the description mode supported by the current system when the current system does not support the description mode;
and the broadcasting sub-module is used for broadcasting the corresponding subtitles according to the converted description mode.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the subtitles comprise character subtitles, motion subtitles, or roll subtitles.
