Abstract

本发明提供了一种LED装置的遥控电路,其包括发射单元、红外线接收头、单片机、晶体管和二极管。发射单元将用户的调光指令进行编码并发送,红外线接收头接收编码信号并放大,单片机将红外线接收头输出的编码信号解码,晶体管的基极接收单片机输出的解码信号,其发射极接地。二极管的阴极与晶体管的集电极相连,其阳极输出调光信号。用户可在室内的远端位置,依靠遥控电路稳定地调节LED装置中的LED光源亮度、颜色等,以满足室内照明要求,实现人性化的智能控制,使用方便、节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED装置的遥控电路。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)具有功耗小、使用寿命长、低成本等优点,其被广泛地应用于照明、显示等领域,如LED照明灯、LED显示屏、LED灯饰等。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对LED灯光的照明环境提出了更高的要求。人们希望根据自己的需要调节照明效果,如照明灯光的亮度、颜色、温度等。传统的LED装置包括LED电源、LED驱动电路和LED调光电路。LED调光电路接收调光信号并产生控制电流,LED驱动电路根据控制电流驱动LED电源发光。如中国专利ZL 20082014.X就公开了一种用于动态调节LED亮度的控制装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可对LED装置进行远端遥控调光的遥控电路。
本发明LED装置的遥控电路包括发射单元、红外线接收头、单片机、晶体管和二极管。发射单元将用户的调光指令进行编码并发送,红外线接收头接收编码信号并放大,单片机将红外线接收头输出的编码信号解码,晶体管的基极接收单片机输出的解码信号,其发射极接地,二极管的阴极与晶体管的集电极相连,其阳极输出调光信号;二极管为单片双开关二极管,其两阴极连接在一起并与晶体管的集电极相连,其两阳极连接在一起并输出调光信号;单片机的解码信号输出引脚通过限流电阻与晶体管的基极相连;晶体管的基极与发射极之间并联一偏置电阻与一隔离电容。
在本发明较佳实施例中,发射单元包括遥控按钮、编码电路和发射电路,用户通过所述遥控按钮发出调节指令,编码电路对调节指令编码,发射电路将编码信号以红外方式发送。
用户可在室内的远端位置,依靠遥控电路稳定地调节LED装置中的LED光源亮度、颜色等,以满足室内照明要求,实现人性化的智能控制,使用方便、节能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明LED(发光二极管)装置的遥控电路包括发射单元10、红外线接收头IRM、单片机U4、晶体管Q5和二极管D6。
发射单元10包括遥控按钮、编码电路和发射电路。用户通过遥控按钮发出LED亮度调节指令,然后编码电路对调节指令按一定的方式进行编码,发射电路中的红外二极管将编码信号以红外方式发送。红外线接收头IRM的电源VCC与5V电压端子相连,输入端接收远端发送过来的编码信号,并进行放大处理,红外线接收头IRM的输出端OUT输出放大的编码信号。单片机U4的GP2/AN2引脚与红外线接收头IRM的输出端OUT相连,对红外线接收头IRM输出的编码信号解码。
单片机U4的GP1/AN1引脚通过限流电阻R32与晶体管Q5的基极相连,用于控制晶体管Q5的导通与关断时间。偏置电阻R33与隔离电容C21并联于晶体管Q5的基极与发射极之间,晶体管Q5的发射极接地。晶体管Q5起开关作用,用于控制基准电压端REF的电压幅宽。二极管D6为单片双开关二极管,其两阴极连接在一起并与晶体管Q5的集电极相连,其两阳极与基准电压端REF连接在一起并输出调光信号。二极管D6可以防止单片机U4的GP1/AN1引脚输出的信号干扰调光信号的输出,如此,可获得稳定的调光信号。
本发明LED装置的遥控电路产生的调光信号输入至调光电路,由调光电路产生控制电流,再由LED驱动电路根据控制电流驱动LED电源发光。
应用时,遥控电路的发射单元10设置于用户可触摸的遥控设备内,而红外线接收头IRM、单片机U4、晶体管Q5和二极管D6设置于LED装置内。用户可在室内的远端位置,依靠遥控电路稳定地调节LED装置中的LED光源亮度、颜色等,以满足室内照明要求,实现人性化的智能控制,使用方便、节能。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1. 一种LED装置的遥控电路,用于产生一调光信号给LED装置,其特征在于,所述LED装置的遥控电路包括:
一发射单元,其将用户的调光指令进行编码并发送;
一红外线接收头,其接收编码信号并放大;
一单片机,其将红外线接收头输出的编码信号解码;
一晶体管,其基极接收单片机输出的解码信号,其发射极接地;
一二极管,其阴极与晶体管的集电极相连,其阳极输出所述调光信号;
所述二极管为单片双开关二极管,其两阴极连接在一起并与晶体管的集电极相连,其两阳极连接在一起并输出调光信号;
单片机的解码信号输出引脚通过限流电阻与晶体管的基极相连;
所述晶体管的基极与发射极之间并联一偏置电阻与一隔离电容。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED装置的遥控电路,其特征在于,所述发射单元包括遥控按钮、编码电路和发射电路,用户通过所述遥控按钮发出调节指令,编码电路对调节指令编码,发射电路将编码信号以红外方式发送。
