Abstract
The invention provides a bidirectional RF (Radio-Frequency) water heater and a control method. The water heater and a matched radio remote controller are respectively provided with a microprocessor, a data encoder, a data decoder, an RF transmitter and an RF receiver. A user can transmit a signal instruction to a water heater host which can transmit a signal to the radio remote controller trough information fed back by a self sensor so that the water heater host and the radio remote controller can transfer information mutually, and a user can know the working state of the water heater at any time and adjust related parameters through the remote controller to be in an intentional state. The radio remote controller can be arranged in a living room, a bed room, a study, a kitchen or a bathroom so as to be convenient for a user to operate, know the use condition of the water heater anytime and optionally adjust parameters, such as heating temperature, water quantity, heating efficiency, heating time, and the like through radio remote operation and more conveniently and practically use the water heater.

The invention relates to the field of water heaters, in particular to a bidirectional radio frequency water heater and a remote control method.
Background
The water heater is a necessity of daily life of people and can be roughly divided into a gas water heater, an electric water heater and a solar water heater; most of water heaters in the market at present are provided with remote control boards, so that remote control temperature adjustment can be realized, but remote control is mainly realized through infrared signals and the like, and the water heaters have the defects of poor directivity, small remote control distance and large obstacle interference; meanwhile, the water heater and the matching remote control board on the market are in one-way signal transmission, namely, the remote control board transmits signals to the host to realize the functions required by a user, so that the user cannot know the working state of the host of the water heater before being controlled remotely. a two-way radio frequency water heater comprises a water heater host and a wireless remote controller matched with the host, and is characterized in that a host control unit is arranged on the host and comprises a host microprocessor, a host data encoder, a host data decoder, a host radio frequency transmitter, a host radio frequency receiver, a plurality of groups of sensors for detecting various parameters of the water heater, a control circuit for executing commands of the host microprocessor and a power supply for providing voltage for the host control unit; the wireless remote controller is provided with a remote control board control unit which comprises a remote control board microprocessor, a remote control board data encoder, a remote control board data decoder, a remote control board radio frequency transmitter, a remote control board radio frequency receiver, a command input end for adjusting parameters, a data display end for displaying various parameter information and a power supply for providing voltage for the remote control board control unit.
A method for remotely controlling the water heater is characterized by comprising two aspects of transmitting information to a host by a wireless remote controller and transmitting information to the wireless remote controller by the host; wherein,
when the wireless remote controller transmits information to the host, the method comprises the following steps:
a. through a data display end of the remote control board, a user adjusts various parameters on the remote control board according to actual conditions, the data display end transmits various parameter information to a microprocessor of the remote control board, the microprocessor of the remote control board transmits digital signals to a data encoder of the remote control board to compile codes, and information obtained by the data encoder after the codes are compiled is transmitted by a radio frequency transmitter of the remote control board;
b. the power supply in the host control unit provides power for the host control unit, and the host radio frequency receiver receives radio frequency signals transmitted by the remote control board control unit;
c. the host data decoder decodes the data and transmits the decoded data to the host microprocessor for data processing;
d. the host microprocessor converts the decoded data content into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the control circuit so as to control the water heater;
when the host computer transmits information to the wireless remote controller, the method comprises the following steps:
A. the host microprocessor sends digital signals to the host data encoder to encode and decode passwords, and the data encoder encodes and decodes the passwords and then sends the information to the host radio frequency transmitter;
B. the wireless remote controller power supply provides power for the remote control board control unit, and the remote control board radio frequency receiver receives signals transmitted by the host machine radio frequency transmitter;
C. after decoding, the remote control board data decoder transmits information to the remote control board microprocessor for data processing;
D. the remote control board microprocessor converts the decoded data content into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the data display end for display;
E. and the user determines whether to change the parameters according to the display information of the data display end of the remote control board.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the bidirectional radio frequency water heater comprises a water heater host 1, a wireless remote controller 2 matched with the host 1 and arranged in a living room, a bedroom, a study room, a kitchen or a bathroom of a user for the user to take conveniently, wherein the water heater host 1 is arranged at a proper place in the home of the user.
As shown in fig. 2, the host 1 is provided with a host control unit, which can be installed inside the host 1 or outside the host 1, and includes a host microprocessor 101 for executing the functions of the control unit and the arithmetic logic unit; a host data encoder 102 for compiling and converting signals and data into devices that can be used to transmit information; a host data decoder 103 for translating the received code into an output signal to represent its original meaning; a host radio frequency transmitter 104 for transmitting radio frequency information; a host rf receiver 105 for receiving rf information; a plurality of groups of sensors 106 for detecting various parameters of the water heater; a control circuit 107 for executing host microprocessor 101 commands; a power supply 108 for providing voltage to the host control unit.
As shown in fig. 3, the wireless remote controller 2 is provided with a remote control panel control unit, which includes a remote control panel microprocessor 201 for executing the functions of the control unit and the arithmetic logic unit; a remote control panel data encoder 202 for compiling and converting the signals and data into information for transmission; a remote control board data decoder 203 for translating the received code into an output signal to represent its original meaning; a remote control panel radio frequency transmitter 204 for transmitting radio frequency information; a remote control board radio frequency receiver 205 for receiving radio frequency information; a command input terminal 206 for adjusting parameters, a data display terminal 207 for displaying information on various parameters, and a power supply 208 for supplying voltage to the remote control panel control unit.
Referring to fig. 4, in the using process of the present invention, the wireless remote controller 2 can transmit information to the host 1, and the host 1 can also transmit information to the wireless remote controller 2, and the working principle is as follows:
when the wireless remote controller 2 transmits information to the host 1, the method comprises the following steps:
a. through the data display end 207 of the remote control panel, a user adjusts various parameters on the remote control panel according to actual conditions, the data display end 207 transmits various parameter information to the microprocessor 201 of the remote control panel, the microprocessor 201 of the remote control panel transmits digital signals to the data encoder 202 of the remote control panel to compile codes, and the information after the data encoder 202 compiles the codes is transmitted by the radio frequency transmitter 204 of the remote control panel;

A two-way radio frequency water heater comprises a water heater host (1) and a wireless remote controller (2) matched with the host (1), and is characterized in that a host control unit is arranged on the host (1) and comprises a host microprocessor (101), a host data encoder (102), a host data decoder (103), a host radio frequency transmitter (104), a host radio frequency receiver (105), a plurality of groups of sensors (106) for detecting various parameters of the water heater, a control circuit (107) for executing commands of the host microprocessor (101), and a power supply (108) for providing voltage for the host control unit; the wireless remote controller (2) is provided with a remote control board control unit which comprises a remote control board microprocessor (201), a remote control board data encoder (202), a remote control board data decoder (203), a remote control board radio frequency transmitter (204), a remote control board radio frequency receiver (205), a command input end (206) for adjusting parameters, a data display end (207) for displaying various parameter information, and a power supply (208) for providing voltage for the remote control board control unit.
2. A method for remotely controlling the water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises two aspects of transmitting information from the wireless remote controller (2) to the host (1) and transmitting information from the host (1) to the wireless remote controller (2); wherein,
when the wireless remote controller (2) transmits information to the host (1), the method comprises the following steps:
a. through a remote control board data display end (207), a user adjusts various parameters on the remote control board according to actual conditions, the data display end (207) transmits various parameter information to a remote control board microprocessor (201), the remote control board microprocessor (201) transmits digital signals to a remote control board data encoder (202) for encoding and decoding, and the data encoder (202) encodes and transmits information through a remote control board radio frequency transmitter (204);
