Abstract

本发明公开了一种砂浆增稠剂及其制备方法,属于水泥添加剂材料领域。砂浆增稠剂由下述质量分数计的原料组成:减水剂:10-35份;保水剂:20-30份;纤维素醚:15-25份;填充剂:30-70份;其中所述减水剂为β-奈磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、木质素磺酸钠盐、磺化丙酮-甲醛缩合物或糖钙减水剂,保水剂为聚乙二醇,纤维素醚为HK100000s、HK80000s、HK150000s、HK40000s的纤维素醚;填充剂为石灰石粉、粉煤灰或矿粉。将上述比例的原料混合,经搅拌均匀即可得到砂浆增稠剂。本发明的砂浆增稠剂的制备方法非常简单,能够提高施工质量、避免抹灰后墙体龟裂。

砂浆增稠剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水泥添加剂材料领域,具体涉及砂浆增稠剂及其制备方法,属于水泥添加剂材料领域。
背景技术
近年来,由于能源危机及环境污染,人们环保节能意识不断增强。尤其是在建筑领域,因其耗能大、涉及面广,国家对此相关颁布实施了一系列有关工业及民用建筑环保、节能法规。禁止砌筑砂浆、抹灰砂浆的现场搅拌,必须使用预拌砂浆。
传统的抹灰砂浆采用主要原料为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、膨润土,在使用上存在明显缺陷如墙体龟裂、粘结处形成空鼓。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术中抹灰砂浆容易导致墙体龟裂、粘结处形成空鼓的不足。提供一种能够提高施工质量、避免抹灰后墙体龟裂、起鼓的砂浆增稠剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
砂浆增稠剂由下述质量分数计的原料组成:
减水剂:10-35份
保水剂:20-30份
纤维素醚:15-25份
填充剂:30-70份;
其中所述减水剂为β-奈磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、木质素磺酸钠盐、磺化丙酮-甲醛缩合物或糖钙减水剂;其中所述保水剂为聚乙二醇,其中所述纤维素醚为HK100000s、HK80000s、HK150000s、HK40000s的纤维素醚;其中所述填充剂为石灰石粉、粉煤灰或矿粉。
砂浆增稠剂的制作方法:
将上述比例的原料混合,经搅拌均匀即可得到砂浆增稠剂。
本发明有益效果:本发明的砂浆增稠剂的制备方法非常简单,能够提高施工质量、避免抹灰后墙体龟裂。
具体实施方式
实施例1β-奈磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐:10克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚HK100000s:18克;石灰石的石粉52克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌30分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例2β-奈磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐:20克;聚乙二醇:30克;纤维素醚HK150000s:18克;石灰石的石粉32克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌35分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例3木质磺酸钠盐:15克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚HK80000:20克;II级粉煤灰:45克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌35分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例4木质素磺酸钠盐:20克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚HK80000s:20克;II级粉煤灰:40克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌35分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例5磺化丙酮-甲醛缩合物:20克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚HK40000s:25克;S95级矿粉:35克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌25分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例6磺化丙酮-甲醛缩合物:20克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚粘度HK150000:15克;S95级矿粉:45克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌30分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例7糖钙减水剂:10克;聚乙二醇:20克;纤维素醚HK100000:15克;I级粉煤灰:55克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌30分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
实施例8糖钙减水剂:20克;聚乙二醇:25克;纤维素醚HK80000:20克;S95矿粉35克。将四种原材料投入搅拌机内,开启电动机搅拌30分钟制成砂浆增稠剂。
将以上实例1至实例8不添加任何砂浆外加剂和河南某建材有限公司砂浆王进行试验对比。砂浆的设计配方按照《砌筑砂浆配合比设计规程》JGJ98-2000、试验方法按照《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法》JGJ70-2009、试验指标按照《预拌砂浆技术规程》DGJ32/J13-2005。
砂浆增稠剂掺量为2.5%,砂浆王掺量为5‰,按DPM15型号预拌抹灰砂浆为例,试验数据如下表,由上表可以看出本发明实施例1-8所制备的样品在稠度、保水性、分层度、终凝时间、28d强度等指标均优于现有技术产品。说明本发明的产品能够提高施工质量、避免抹灰后墙体龟裂。

Claims (3)

1.一种砂浆增稠剂,其特征在于由下述质量分数计的原料组成:
减水剂:     10-35份
保水剂:     20-30份
纤维素醚:   15-25份
填充剂: 30-70份;
其中所述减水剂为β-奈磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、木质素磺酸钠盐、磺化丙酮-甲醛缩合物或糖钙减水剂;其中所述保水剂为聚乙二醇其中所述的填充剂为石灰石粉、粉煤灰或矿粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的砂浆增稠剂,其特征在于其中所述纤维素醚为HK100000s、HK80000s、HK150000s或HK40000s的纤维素醚。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的砂浆增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于将上述比例的原料混合,经搅拌均匀即可得到砂浆增稠剂。
