便携式液氮冷冻器
技术领域
本发明涉及需进行液氮冷冻治疗皮肤病的医疗器械,具体说是一种便携式液氮冷冻器。
背景技术
对于患有皮肤病的患者,在许多情况下需要采用液氮冷冻技术进行治疗。目前的治疗现状是:医生根据患者皮肤上患病面积的大小,使用小刀削尖棉签头部,然后再卷上药棉,使棉签头部大小与皮肤患病处大小相应,然后蘸上液氮液体进行冷冻,其冷冻的时间和压力全靠医生的治疗经验进行控制,因而每次治疗的效果多取决于实施治疗医生的经验是否丰富。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服目前在液氮冷冻治疗过程中液氮易挥发、携带不方便、操作时单凭经验、操作数据不能量化等问题,提供一种治疗皮肤病的便携式液氮冷冻器,主要用于适用液氮冷冻治疗的皮肤病。
本发明采用下述技术方案解决其技术问题:
一种便携式液氮冷冻器,包括液氮贮存器,液氮贮存器前端设一冷冻头座,冷冻头座上连接有计时器和压力指示器,冷冻头座前部套装一冷冻头,冷冻头内前端设一冷冻头芯,冷冻头后端与计时器触头、压力指示器触头相接,所述冷冻头座外部套装一冷冻头盖,所述液氮贮存器后端设有液氮推杆。
 所述冷冻头设有1mm2、2mm2、3mm2、5mm2、7mm2及9mm2的不同规格。
所述冷冻头芯为一次性冷冻头芯。
所述冷冻头座与冷冻头之间装一弹簧。
本发明使目前使用的液氮冷冻治疗皮肤病方法由仅凭经验的人工治疗方法向前推进一步,可以科学的控制液氮冷冻的时间、压力和冷冻面积,使治疗更加合理,能够为医生提供可靠的治疗参数。可以将医生成功的治疗经验用科学的方法量化,并将具体参数显示出来,使治疗方案更加科学和合理。它将使目前液氮冷冻治疗术所使用的存储液氮的器材和治疗时使用的器材得到很大改善,使治疗操作、保管更为方便、安全、可靠。液氮冷冻治疗往往需进行多次治疗,为解决外地患者治疗中断的问题,本发明设计为便携式,使患者能够随身携带并进行后续的自我治疗成为可能。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种便携式液氮冷冻器,包括液氮贮存器10,液氮贮存器10前端连接一冷冻头座1,冷冻头座1上连接有计时器8和压力指示器9,冷冻头座1前部套装一冷冻头4,冷冻头座1与冷冻头4之间装一弹簧2。冷冻头4内前端装一冷冻头芯5,冷冻头4的后端与计时器触头6、压力指示器触头7相接。冷冻头4设有1mm2、2mm2、3mm2、5mm2、7mm2及9mm2的不同规格。冷冻头座1外部套装一冷冻头盖3。液氮贮存器10后端设有液氮推杆11。为避免疾病相互感染,冷冻头芯5可采用一次性冷冻头芯。不可重复使用。
本发明的冷冻器上设计有计时器可按照治疗要求控制冷冻时间。压力指示器可控制冷冻时对患处施加的冷冻压力,从而能有效控制冷冻过程所使用参数,保证治疗效果安全可靠。贮存器由隔热材料抽真空制成,确保液氮挥发少而慢,不泄露,且液氮灌注使用方便。
具体操作如下:
1.首先由医生确诊患者病情,根据病情选用相应规格的液氮冷冻头。
2.设定治疗时所需的冷冻时间和压力参数。
3.检查液氮冷冻器是否完好,安装好已选定的液氮冷冻头组件。
4.对准患者患病部位,按医生确定的冷冻参数进行冷冻治疗。
5.治疗完毕,使液氮冷冻器恢复原状,并取出使用过的冷冻头芯,将其丢弃,对冷冻头进行消毒处理后,重新装上新的冷冻头芯,放置备用。

1.一种便携式液氮冷冻器,其特征在于包括液氮贮存器(10),液氮贮存器(10)前端设一冷冻头座(1),冷冻头座(1)前部套装一冷冻头(4),冷冻头(4)内前端设一冷冻头芯(5),冷冻头(4)后端与计时器触头(6)、压力指示器触头(7)相接;所述冷冻头座(1)外部套装一冷冻头盖(3),冷冻头盖(3)上安装有计时器(8)和压力指示器(9);所述液氮贮存器(10)后端设有液氮推杆(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式液氮冷冻器,其特征在于所述冷冻头座(1)与冷冻头(4)之间装一弹簧(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式液氮冷冻器,其特征在于所述冷冻头(4)设有1mm2、2mm2、3mm2、5mm2、7mm2及9mm2的不同规格。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式液氮冷冻器,其特征在于所述冷冻头芯(5)为一次性零件。
