本发明公开了一种沼液浓缩和清液达标排放的方法,包括下列步骤:沉淀处理,硝化处理,膜浓缩处理,养分调配处理和消毒处理等5个部分,通过硝化处理实现沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,减少出水中的氮排放,使氮保留在浓缩液中,实现浓缩液有效养分提高2倍以上,清水回收率80%左右,同时实现透过液达标排放或消毒后回用,本发明还公开了用于实现上述方法的设备,本发明公开的方法和设备同时实现沼液的减量化高值利用和透过液的达标排放,减少环境污染。

背景技术
[0002] 随着我国规模化养殖比例不断増加,废弃物产生的量大而且集中,如果不处理和处理不当将会造成严重的环境污染问题,采用厌氧消化处理畜禽场粪便和污水是ー种非常有效的废弃物处理与利用途径,通过厌氧发酵,不仅能够实现废弃物无害化处理,还能产生大量的沼气用于取暖、炊事和发电等用途,同时发酵后的沼渣和沼液中含有丰富的营养物、矿物质和有机质,可以作为肥料和土壌调理剂施用于农田。
[0003] 但是规模化沼气工程沼液产生量大,沼液中有效成分相对含量较低,废弃物处理工程周围没有足够农田消纳,长距离运输成本増加,造成沼液施用的局限性,加之我国农田土地管理分散、农户拥有土地面积小,使得沼液还田在我国仍无法广泛实施。不合理利用将会导致沼液直接排放,造成环境的二次污染,因此如何使沼液高值利用,提高其利用价值和避免环境污染具有可创性。
[0004] 应用膜生物反应器处理沼液,使其浓缩,方便储存或运输。浓缩后的沼液用于施月巴,可以实现资源循环利用的目的,而滤过液可达标排放或回用。为此,相关发明者利用膜分离技术进行了沼液浓缩方面的研究,如CN101402530公开了本申请人利用微絮凝微滤和纳滤的方式对沼液进行浓縮,CN101269999公开了选用不同级别的膜对沼液有效成分根据分子量大小进行分段分离浓縮,CN101712555公开了采用砂滤和反滲透的方法进行沼液浓縮,但是这些申请人都是直接对厌氧发酵液进行膜过滤,而以畜禽养殖场废弃物为主的沼液工程中,沼液中的氮主要以铵态氮的形态存在,其分子量与水的分子量相当,如果不进行氮形态的转化,利用膜过滤技术很难将铵态氮截留,导致透过液中氨氮浓度高,无法实现透过液达标排放,而以沼液为原料实现浓缩和清液达标排放还未见相关报道。

[0007] 本发明实施方式提供一种沼液浓缩和清液达标排放的方法,包括以下步骤:
[0008] A)沉淀处理:对所述的从厌氧反应器中排出的沼液进行预处理,使沼液中的大颗粒固形物和大部分悬浮固体沉淀,作为沼渣进行农田利用,上清液进行下一歩处理;
[0009] B)硝化处理:对所述沉淀处理后的沼液进行好氧硝化处理,使沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,同时降解沼液中的有机物;
[0010] C)膜浓缩处理:对所述的硝化处理后的出水进行膜浓缩处理,通过膜浓缩处理得到的浓缩液进行后续处理,透过液达标排放或回用;
[0011] D)调配处理:对所述的膜浓缩处理的浓缩液进行养分调配处理,得到有机沼液营养液;
[0012] E)消毒处理:对透过液进行消毒处理,消毒后的透过液可以回用冲洗畜禽舍或达标排放。
[0013] 所述的沉淀处理可以采用重力沉淀或投加絮凝剂进行沉淀分离。
[0014] 所述的膜浓缩处理采用浸没式中空纤维膜膜生物反应器进行浓缩,所述的中空纤维膜组件的膜孔径为O. I-ο. 2μπι,采用负压抽吸的方式抽取透过液,通过膜浓缩处理后的浓缩液有效养分提高2倍以上,清水回收率80%以上。

[0018] 沼液沉淀槽I、硝化反应池3、膜浓缩池4、浓缩液贮存池13和清液贮存池14 ;其中:沼液沉淀槽I中的上清液经沼液2提升到硝化反应池3中,在硝化反应池3中将沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,并对部分有机物进行去除,沼液在硝化反应池进行硝化反应进行氮的形态转化后,从底部进入膜浓缩池4,通过放置在膜浓缩池4中的膜组件5和抽吸泵6抽吸清液出水进入清液贮存池14中进行消毒处理后排放或者作为圈舍冲洗水回用,在膜浓缩池4的底部设有浓缩液回流和排出ロ,部分浓缩液通过回流泵10回流至硝化反应池3中进行进一歩硝化处理,部分浓缩液排入浓缩液贮存池13进行养分调配,制成有机营养液。

[0020] 所述的硝化反应池3和膜浓缩池4底部都有提供溶解氧的曝气装置,供氧风机8通过管路和硝化反应池供氧流量计9后与硝化反应池3中的微孔曝气器7连通,而进入膜浓缩区的气体供氧风机8通过管路和膜浓缩池供氧流量计11后与穿孔曝气管12连通。[0021 ] 由上述本发明所述的沼液浓缩和清液达标排放的方法技术方案可以看出,本发明通过沉淀处理、硝化处理和膜浓缩处理后,使沼液中有效成分浓缩,同时实现透过液达标排放,该方法具有如下优点和效果:(I)采用沉淀处理可以初步去除沼液中含有的固体物质,減少后续处理负荷;(2)沼液浓缩之前进行硝化反应,将铵态氮转化为硝态氮,将氮保留在浓缩液中,同时实现透过液的达标排放或回用;(3)浓缩液只占沼液原液的20%左右,有效养分提高2倍以上,便于远距离运输,降低运输成本;(4)整个生产过程操作简单,可以实现自动控制,该方法能够实现沼液的高值利用和透过液的达标排放,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。

[0026] 为便于理解,下面结合附图2和具体实施例对本发明进ー步说明。沼液沉淀槽I中的上清液经沼液2提升到硝化反应池3中,在硝化反应池3中将沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,并对部分有机物进行去除,硝化反应池3和膜浓缩池4合建,硝化反应池3和膜浓缩池4中间用隔墙隔开,底部连通。硝化反应池3和膜浓缩池4底部都有提供溶解氧的曝气装置,曝气风机8通过管路和硝化反应池气体流量计9后与硝化反应池3中的微孔曝气器7连通,而进入膜浓缩区的气体曝气风机8通过管路和膜浓缩池气体流量计11后与穿孔曝气管12连通,沼液在硝化反应池进行硝化反应进行氮的形态转化后,从底部进入膜浓缩池4,通过放置在膜浓缩池4中的膜组件5和抽吸泵6抽吸清液出水进入清液贮存池14中进行消毒处理后排放或者作为圈舍冲洗水回用,在膜浓缩池4的底部设有浓缩液回流和排出口,部分浓缩液通过回流泵10回流至硝化反应池3中維持硝化反应池中的高污泥浓度,部分浓缩液排入浓缩液贮存池13进行养分调配,制成有机营养液。
Claims (8)
1. 一种沼液浓缩和清液达标排放的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: A)沉淀处理:对从厌氧反应器中排出的沼液进行预处理,使沼液中的大颗粒固形物和大部分悬浮固体沉淀,作为沼渣进行农田利用,上清液进行下一歩处理; B)硝化处理:对所述沉淀处理后的沼液进行好氧硝化处理,使沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,同时降解沼液中的有机物; C)膜浓缩处理:对所述的硝化处理后的出水进行膜浓缩处理,通过膜浓缩处理得到的浓缩液进行后续处理,透过液达标排放或回用; D)调配处理:对所述的膜浓缩处理的浓缩液进行养分调配处理,得到有机沼液营养液; E)消毒处理:对透过液进行消毒处理,消毒后的透过液回用冲洗畜禽舎或达标排放。
2.根据权利要求I所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的沉淀处理采用重力沉淀或投加絮凝剂进行沉淀分离。
3.根据权利要求I所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的膜浓缩处理采用浸没式中空纤维膜膜生物反应器进行浓缩,中空纤维膜组件的膜孔径为O. 1-0. 2 μ m,采用负压抽吸的方式抽取透过液,通过膜浓缩处理后的浓缩液有效养分提高2倍以上,清水回收率80%以上。
4.根据权利要求I所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的膜浓缩处理浓缩液部分回流至硝化处理单元。
5.根据权利要求I所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的硝化处理采用微孔曝气,膜浓缩处理采用穿孔管曝气。
6. 一种用于实现权利要求I方法的设备,该设备主要包括:沼液沉淀槽(I)、硝化反应池(3)、膜浓缩池(4)、浓缩液贮存池(13)和清液贮存池(14);其中:沼液沉淀槽(I)中的上清液经沼液泵(2)提升到硝化反应池(3)中,在硝化反应池(3)中将沼液中的铵态氮转化为硝态氮,并对部分有机物进行去除,沼液在硝化反应池进行硝化反应进行氮的形态转化后,从底部进入膜浓缩池(4),通过放置在膜浓缩池(4)中的膜组件(5)和抽吸泵(6)抽吸清液出水进入清液贮存池(14)中进行消毒处理后排放或者作为圈舍冲洗水回用,在膜浓缩池(4)的底部设有浓缩液回流和排出ロ,部分浓缩液通过回流泵(10)回流至硝化反应池(3)中进行进一歩硝化处理,部分浓缩液排入浓缩液贮存池(13)进行养分调配,制成有机营养液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于:所述的硝化反应池(3)和膜浓缩池(4)合建,底部相通。
8.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于:所述的硝化反应池(3)和膜浓缩池(4)底部有提供溶解氧的曝气装置,曝气风机(8)通过管路和硝化反应池气体流量计(9)后与硝化反应池(3)中的微孔曝气器(7)连通,此外,曝气风机(8)通过管路和膜浓缩池气体流量计(11)后与膜浓缩池⑷中穿孔曝气管(12)连通。
