Abstract
The invention relates to a high-position linkage filling device which is assembled on a filling machine body. The high-position linkage filling device comprises an input pipeline, an output pipeline and an injector, wherein the input pipeline, the output pipeline and the output port of the syringe type injector are mutually communicated respectively through a three-way valve, and the syringe type injector is connected with a transmission assembly through a connecting rod; and the three-way valve is set in such a way that the input pipeline is opened and the output pipeline is closed when the injector is in a drawing state, and the output pipeline is opened and the input pipeline is closed when the injector is in an injection state. By replacing a cylinder body and a piston arranged inside the filling machine with the syringe type injector, when the filling is finished or a raw material needs to be changed, the syringe type injector only needs to be taken down from a fixing frame and replaced with a new syringe type injector, and a cleaning procedure is unnecessary, thereby the process is greatly simplified.

The cylinder body and the piston arranged in the filling machine are replaced by the syringe type injector, when filling is finished or raw materials need to be replaced, the syringe type injector only needs to be taken down from the fixing frame to be replaced by a new syringe type injector, a cleaning procedure is not needed, and the process is greatly simplified.
In a further development of the invention, the transmission assembly is coupled to the three-way valve via a third connecting rod. Therefore, when the injector is in the extraction state, the input pipeline is opened and the output pipeline is closed; when the injector is in the injection state, the output pipeline is opened and the input pipeline is closed.
A further development of the invention is that the transmission assembly is in driving connection with the motor of the filling machine. Therefore, the syringe type injector can be directly driven by the original motor of the filling machine without adding an additional power mechanism.
The invention has the further improvement that the transmission assembly comprises a disc, a guide groove is radially formed in one surface of the disc, a screw rod is inserted into the guide groove, the second connecting rod is in transmission connection with the screw rod through a positioning shaft, one end of the positioning shaft is pivoted to the tail end of the second connecting rod, and the other end of the positioning shaft is screwed on the screw rod. The stroke of the push rod can be adjusted by rotating the screw rod, so that the filling amount at each time is controlled.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the high-order linkage filling device for adhesives of the present invention comprises a syringe type injector 10, an input pipeline 20 and an output pipeline 30, wherein the output port 11 of the syringe type injector 10, the input pipeline 20 and the output pipeline 30 are communicated with each other through a three-way valve 40; wherein,
the syringe type injector 10 comprises a cylinder 12 and a push rod 13 arranged in the cylinder 12 in a sliding way, wherein an output port 11 is formed at the upper part of the cylinder 12, and an injector joint 14 is combined on the output port 11 and is used for connecting a first inlet 41 of a three-way valve 40;
the tail end 131 of the push rod 13 is connected with a first connecting rod 15, the first connecting rod 15 is further connected with the transmission assembly 50 through a second connecting rod 16, two ends of the second connecting rod 16 are respectively pivoted with the first connecting rod 15 and the transmission assembly 50, and the first connecting rod 15 is erected on the filling machine body through two guide clamps 17, so that the first connecting rod 15 is only axially displaced in the transmission process;

the three-way valve 40 comprises a three-way valve body 44, the three-way valve body 44 is provided with a first inlet 41, a second inlet 42 and a third inlet 43, an inner sleeve 45 is arranged in the three-way valve body 44, through holes 451 are respectively formed in the positions, corresponding to the first inlet 41, the second inlet 42 and the third inlet 43, of the inner sleeve 45, a three-way shaft 46 is further arranged in the inner sleeve 45, and a first channel 47, a second channel 48 and a third channel 49 are also formed in the three-way shaft 46; when the injector 10 is in the extraction state, the tee shaft 46 is rotated to align the first channel 47 with the first inlet 41, the third channel 49 with the second inlet 42, and the third channel 49 is opposite to the third inlet 43, so that the input pipeline is opened and the output pipeline is closed; when the injector 10 is in the injection state, the three-way shaft 46 is rotated again to align the first channel 47 with the third inlet 43, the second channel 48 with the first inlet 41, and the third channel 49 and the second inlet 42 are staggered, so that the output pipeline is opened and the input pipeline is closed; as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the tail end of the three-way shaft 46 is connected to one end of a third connecting rod 70, and the other end of the third connecting rod 70 is further connected to the transmission assembly 50 through a cam 71, and by properly setting the cam 71, the three-way valve 40 of the transmission assembly 50 can keep linking, that is, when the syringe 10 is in the pumping state, the input pipeline is opened and the output pipeline is closed; the design of the cam to open the outlet line and close the inlet line when the injector 10 is in the injection state is well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
When the high-position linkage filling device works, the motor transmits power to the disc 51 through the transmission assembly 50, the height of the screw 512 is rotated to ensure that the tail end 131 of the second connecting rod 16 and the disc 51 are in eccentric transmission and the stroke of the push rod 13 is controlled; when the syringe type injector 10 is in the extraction state, the cam 71 drives the third connecting rod 70 to further drive the three-way shaft 46 to rotate, the input pipeline 20 is opened, the output pipeline 30 is closed, and a certain amount of adhesive is extracted into the cylinder 12; when the syringe type injector 10 is in an injection state, the cam 71 also drives the third connecting rod 70 to further drive the three-way shaft 46 to rotate again, the output pipeline 30 is opened and the input pipeline 20 is closed, and at this time, the adhesive extracted into the cylinder 12 is extruded out of the cylinder 12 and enters the output pipeline 30; and continuously repeating the actions to complete the filling of the adhesive.
The invention utilizes the syringe type injector 10 to replace a cylinder body and a piston arranged in the filling machine, when the filling is finished or the raw material needs to be replaced, the syringe type injector 10 only needs to be taken down from the fixed frame to be replaced by a new one, the cleaning procedure is not needed, and the process is greatly simplified.
