Abstract

本发明专利公开了一种用于渔业养殖的深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置。网箱、水下液压站、锚固油缸、浮动绞车、配重沉垫、导向杆和锚杆组成深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置。其主要连接方式为：水下液压站、锚固油缸和浮动绞车通过液压管道相互连接。正常工作状态，通过锚固油缸将锚杆插入海底，实现配重沉垫海底固定，浮动绞车处于施放工况，网箱处于导向杆顶部。应急工作状态，当台风来临之前，工作人员可及时启动浮动绞车，浮动绞车收绳使得网箱沿着导向杆向下浮动一定深度，以达到躲避风浪袭击的目的，消除台风、海流对深水网箱的破坏影响。调节状态，根据养殖需要，工作人员启动浮动绞车，使得网箱沿着导向杆浮动，以达到变换养殖水深的需要。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及的是用于渔业养殖的深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置，属于机械领域。
背景技术
网箱养殖具有集约化、高密度、高效益特点，是我国渔业新兴产业的生力军，已成为捕捞渔民转产转业、渔业结构调整的优先发展产业。然而，在网箱养殖蓬勃发展的同时，因养殖密度过大、环境污染等因素的影响，鱼类病害频繁发生，一些养殖海域每天都有不同程度的鱼类死亡，有时还相当严重，甚至全军覆没。尤其台风来临所产生的狂风巨浪致使网箱移位、养殖鱼擦伤、逃逸、相互扎伤，甚至彻底损毁网箱和养殖设施。这种情况下，就迫切要求加快深水网箱技术的研究与开发，为此提出了深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置。
本发明专利正是为解决上述问题而设计的，目的在于消除台风、海流对深水网箱的破坏影响，实现深水网箱可靠海底锚固与水深调节，安全度过台风袭击。
发明专利内容
本发明专利要解决的技术问题是提供一套用于渔业养殖的深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置，该装置能够有效地消除台风、海流对深水网箱的破坏影响，避免造成养殖重大经济损失，实现深水网箱可靠海底锚固与水深调节，本发明专利的目的是为渔业网箱养殖提供一套安全可靠的海底锚固与浮动装置。
为解决上述问题，本发明专利是这样实现的：本发明专利主要包括网箱、水下液压站、锚固油缸、浮动绞车、配重沉垫、导向杆和锚杆。其特征之一是水下液压站、锚固油缸和浮动绞车通过液压管道相互连接。其特征之二是锚固油缸的活塞杆与锚杆相连接。其特征之三是配重沉垫上安装有水下液压站、锚固油缸、浮动绞车和导向杆。其特征之四是网箱上开有导向孔，通过导向杆，网箱与配重沉垫滑动连接。其特征之五是网箱通过绳索与浮动绞车相连接。
本深水网箱海底锚固与浮动装置的工作原理是：正常工作状态，通过锚固油缸将锚杆插入海底，实现配重沉垫海底固定，浮动绞车处于施放工况，网箱处于导向杆顶部。应急工作状态，当台风来临之前，工作人员及时启动浮动绞车，浮动绞车收绳使得网箱沿着导向杆向下浮动一定深度，以达到躲避风浪袭击作用。调节状态，根据养殖需要，工作人员启动浮动绞车，使得网箱沿着导向杆浮动，以达到变换养殖水深的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，本发明专利主要包括网箱1、水下液压站2、锚固油缸3、浮动绞车4、配重沉垫5、导向杆6和锚杆7。其特征之一是水下液压站2、锚固油缸3和浮动绞车4通过液压管道相互连接。其特征之二是锚固油缸3的活塞杆与锚杆7相连接。其特征之三是配重沉垫5上安装有水下液压站2、锚固油缸3、浮动绞车4和导向杆6。其特征之四是网箱1上开有导向孔，通过导向杆6，网箱1与配重沉垫5滑动连接。其特征之五是网箱1通过绳索与浮动绞车4相连接。
