本发明的立式永磁悬浮风力发电机是轴向充磁大磁环(1)与轴向充磁大磁环(2)极性相对、轴向平行排列,产生高密度环形干扰波;轴向充磁小磁环(3)与大磁环(1)极性相反,安装在大磁环(1)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(4)与大磁环(2)极性相反安装在大磁环(2)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(5)安装在大磁环(2)的外侧;小磁环(3)、小磁环(4)、小磁环(5)全部安装在主轴(6)上,此时产生两个极性相反的小磁环环形干扰波,其中上部的干扰波与大磁环干扰波极性相同;叶轮(7)安装在主轴上;当主轴受到叶轮(7)的重量向下移动时,小磁环上面的干扰波与大磁环干扰波接近,就会带动主轴(6)向中间移动,使主轴(6)自动位于大磁环的中心位置。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式永磁悬浮风力发电机,该风力发电机是利用两个轴向充磁大磁环同极相对、轴向平行排列安装在一起,使两个同极磁场相互干扰,产生永磁干扰波;再把两个轴向充磁小磁环与大磁环极性相反,安装在大磁环中间,同时再在其上端安装一个轴向充磁小磁环,三个小磁环之间全部极性相对,此时产生两个极性相反的环形干扰波;三个小磁环全部安装在同一轴上,风力发电机叶轮安装在主轴的上部,这样就可以使风力发电机叶轮实现轴向径向悬浮。属于磁悬浮技术领域。
背景技术
目前,轴向永磁悬浮的主要办法是用两个磁环同极相对相互挤压,用一个磁环的端面磁场顶推另外一个磁环同极端面磁场,实现轴向悬浮。但是由于磁环端面磁场密度比较低,而且会产生较大的径向偏力,导致设备必然产生径向机械摩擦。所以端面相互挤压实现轴向悬浮时,其效率比较低。虽然单环反极互套也能够实现轴向悬浮,但是效率仍然不足够高。为了进一步提高轴向磁悬浮的工作效率和稳定性,我们在用多环互套轴向磁悬浮轴承安装在风力发电机叶轮下面,使风力发电机叶轮和主轴实现完全无摩擦磁悬浮。
发明内容
本发明的原理是用两个轴向充磁大磁环同极相对、轴向平行排列安装在一起,使同极磁场产生干扰波;再把两个轴向充磁小磁环与大磁环极性相反,安装在大磁环中间,同时再在其上部安装一个轴向充磁小磁环,三个小磁环之间全部极性相对,使其产生两个环形干扰波;三个小磁环全部安装在同一轴上,风力发电机叶轮安装在主轴上部。

图1中,轴向充磁大磁环(1)、轴向充磁大磁环(2)、轴向充磁小磁环(3)、轴向充磁小磁环(4)、轴向充磁小磁环(5)、主轴(6)、水轮机叶轮(7)等;轴向充磁大磁环(1)与轴向充磁大磁环(2)极性相对、轴向平行排列,产生高密度环形干扰波;轴向充磁小磁环(3)与大磁环(1)极性相反,安装在大磁环(1)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(4)与大磁环(2)极性相反安装在大磁环(2)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(5)安装在大磁环(2)的外侧;小磁环(3)、小磁环(4)、小磁环(5)全部安装在主轴(6)上,此时产生两个小磁环环形干扰波,其中上部的干扰波与大磁环干扰波极性相同;叶轮(7)安装在主轴上;当主轴受到叶轮(7)的重量向下移动时,小磁环上面的干扰波与大磁环干扰波接近,就会带动主轴(6)向中间移动,使主轴(6)自动位于大磁环的中心位置。
上述平行排列磁环之间有间隙,只有这样,才能够防止磁环退磁,保持设备长期稳定运转。

1.一种立式永磁悬浮风力发电机,其特征是:轴向充磁大磁环(1)与轴向充磁大磁环(2)极性相对、轴向平行排列,产生高密度环形干扰波;轴向充磁小磁环(3)与大磁环(1)极性相反,安装在大磁环(1)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(4)与大磁环(2)极性相反安装在大磁环(2)的中间;轴向充磁小磁环(5)安装在大磁环(2)的外侧;小磁环(3)、小磁环(4)、小磁环(5)全部安装在主轴(6)上,此时产生两个极性相反的小磁环环形干扰波,其中上部的干扰波与大磁环干扰波极性相同;叶轮(7)安装在主轴上;当主轴受到叶轮(7)的重量向下移动时,小磁环上面的干扰波与大磁环干扰波接近,就会带动主轴(6)向中间移动,使主轴(6)自动位于大磁环的中心位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大径向间距的强力径向磁悬浮轴承,其特征是:平行排列磁环之间能够有间隙。
