Abstract

本发明涉及一种海浪动力往复式柱塞泵及高位储水发电系统。其原理是:数个半潜安装在近海底部的海浪动力往复式柱塞泵,利用海浪水位变化所产生的动力,使泵体柱塞往复运动,将海水泵入高位储水池中,高位储水池中的水使发电机运转发电,发出的电接入电网之中,从而形成完整的海浪发电系统。

Description

海浪动力往复式柱塞泵及高位储水发电系统
本发明涉及一种海浪动力往复式柱塞泵及高位储水发电系统。其原理是:利用海浪上下浮动的能量,推拉设置在近海底部的半潜往复式柱塞泵,将海水泵至高位储能,再用高位储能的海水发电。
下面,结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述:

首先参见图1:一组(图中只画出一个)半潜安装在近海底部的海浪动力往复式柱塞泵1,利用海浪水位变化所产生的动力,使泵体柱塞往复运动,并将海水泵入高位储水池2中。高位储水池2中的水使海水发电机3运转发电,发出的电接入电网之中,从而形成完整的海浪发电系统。在此系统中海浪动力往复式柱塞泵是核心部件。下面将详细描述柱塞泵是怎样利用海浪动力完成海水高位储能的任务。
参看图2:安装在近海底部的柱塞泵支架2,各方向设置一带磁极的的道轨2-2,此道轨与浮箱1各方向的带弹簧磁性滚轮1-1配合安装,使浮箱在水面上的无序浮动调整为沿支架2道轨2-2的上下往复运动。
参看图3;浮箱1由周边注水,中间留出安装柱塞缸3空间的箱体构成。箱内注水的数量,可以调节浮箱往复运动时产生的推拉力。
再看图2:在柱塞泵支架2的底部中心位置,设置柱塞缸3的固定安装座3-8。在柱塞泵支架2的顶部中心位置,设置柱塞缸3的固定安装座3-10。泵缸3就垂直安装在两支座中间,与柱塞泵支架成为一体,半潜固定安装在海底。
在浮箱顶部加强梁上,设置一组传力杆3-9与传力座3-11相联,将浮箱的上下往复运动转变为柱塞杆3-3,带动柱塞3-2在柱塞缸3中间的往复运动。当浮箱在海浪推动下上升时,柱塞杆3-3在传力杆3-9及传力座3-11的拉动下向上移动,此时,在柱塞3-2的作用下,柱塞缸体下部的入水管3-4打开了止逆阀,海水流入缸中;同时,由于柱塞向上推动的作用,缸体内的海水在压力下打开上位出水管3-7的止逆阀,海水被压入压力调节缸4中。海浪下降时浮箱因注水后的箱体自重而沿着道轨下滑,此时,传力杆将柱塞杆往下推,启动柱塞缸上位入水管3-6的此逆阀,海水流入缸内。与此同时,压力打开了下位出水管3-5的止逆阀,海水被压入压力调节缸4内。完成了往复泵水的任务。
由于海浪力度的不确定性,加设一压力调节缸4。此缸固定在柱塞泵架上,安装有不同管径带止逆阀的出水管数根(例如:图中的4-1、4-2)。当海浪力度小时自动开启小管径的止逆阀;海浪力度大时,自动开启大管径的止逆阀。使柱塞泵的水压力,最大限度地注入高位储水池。海浪小时也有用。
高位储水发电,是成熟的技术,只要将海浪动力往复式柱塞泵的泵水量与发电机的耗水量相匹配,设置多个供水,就形成了完整的海浪发电系统。
需要指出的是,浮箱注(排)水及压力调节缸均有用电脑操控的可能。另外,磁性滚轮及道轨有可能发展成磁悬浮道轨。(参见图4、图5)
海浪发电系统在运作中可能产生的一切安全问题,现有的技术均能解决。设备制造、安装及管理,现有的技术和知识也已足够运用。

Claims (8)

1.一种海浪为动力的发电系统,它由海浪动力往复式柱塞泵、高位储水池及水力发电机组成;
2.根据权利要求1所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统,其特征在于:海浪能量的利用由半潜安装在近海底部的海浪动力往复式柱塞泵来完成;
3.根据权利要求1、2所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统,半潜安装在近海底部的海浪动力往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:泵体支架内,有一个中心位置可安装柱塞缸的浮箱;
4.根据权利要求3所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统的往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:浮箱各方向有带弹簧的磁性滚轮,或磁套环安装在泵体支架相应的道轨上。道轨装有与滚轮同极的磁条或磁套,可发展为磁悬浮道轨。(参见图4、图5)
5.根据权利要求3、4所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:浮箱在海浪的作用下,沿道轨上下浮动,并通过传力杆带动安装在支架中心的柱塞缸中的柱塞,将海水泵入高位储水池;
6.根据权利要求3、4、5所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:浮箱内可注水,并可操控注水数量。操控的方法用电脑,目地是更有效的利用海浪;
7.根据权利要求2、3、4、5、6所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:泵体支架上架设一压力调节缸,安装不同管径的出水管直达高位储水池;
8.根据权利要求2、3、4、5、6、7所限定的海浪为动力的发电系统往复式柱塞泵,其特征在于:压力调节缸不同管径的出水管,是配合海浪大小自动开启的,目地是保证出水管所需的水压能达到高位储水池,海浪小时也有效。其操控用电脑系统。
