技术领域

发明内容

重叠的把手部分60，62和64在纸板箱150的顶壁161中形成用于抓握和提携纸板箱的多层把手160。把手160的细长结构用于沿着形成纸板箱150的纸板的更大表面分配提升的应力。在把手160的任一侧的开口65，85也提供用于启动分配部分70的打开的方便起动点。在所示实施例中，把手160包括三层部分168，所述三层部分包括重叠把手部分60，62，64以及第一顶板30、第二顶板40和把手增强折板46的增强端部63的重叠部分。三层部分168在重叠顶板30、40的长度上延伸并且至少部分延伸到纸板箱150的闭合端中。在纸板箱150的闭合端中，三层部分168包括重叠的顶端折板32、42和把手增强折板的增强端部63。把手160的三层部分168可以以另外方式被成形、布置和/或配置而不脱离本公开。
分配部分70主要位于侧板20中，并且远离包括重叠把手部分60，62和64的纸板箱的顶部和端部的区域。该布置减小了限定分配区域70的周边的刻线对把手160的强度产生的不良作用。
图5显示了纸板箱150的一端，并且图6显示了纸板箱150的顶部。如图6中所示，在各自把手部分60，64的端部的弧形切口118和124从各自开口65，85延伸到被定位为朝着把手160的三层部分168向内延伸的端部119，125。所以，如果在由把手160提升期间纸板箱150在把手部分60，62和64的端部撕开，撕缝将朝着把手160的增强多层部分168向内。
参考图7和8，可以通过在撕裂线73撕开纸板箱去除分配板70而在一侧打开纸板箱150。可以通过抓握各自开口65，85和在撕裂线73撕开来去除分配板70中的一个或两者。然后可以通过产生的分配部开口180接近纸板箱内部的容器C。分配部开口180包括侧板20，26的部分和顶板30，40的部分。分配部开口180和分配板70可以比本文所示和所述的更大或更小。在所示实施例中，纸板箱150以3×4×2(三列、四行和两层)的结构容纳二十四个容器C，尽管根据本发明的原理可以采用其他容器结构。如图8中所示，上层的容器C搁置在分隔垫190上。例如，分配板70和分配部开口180可以延伸到侧板20，26中以在分隔垫190的下面，使得可以通过分配部开口接近在底层中的容器C。
根据以上实施例，转移应力刻线80和90以及分配部分70的位置和形状为把手160提供了增加的强度。把手160的细长形状进一步在整个纸板箱150上分配提升应力。
图9显示了根据本公开的第二实施例用于形成纸板箱(未显示)的坯件205的外表面203。坯件205具有与第一实施例的坯件5类似的特征。因此，实施例的相似或相同特征带有相似或类似的附图标记。第二实施例的坯件205包括在侧板20，26的每一个中的两个转移应力刻线80a，80b。在所示实施例中，刻线80a，80b为大体V形并且平行。刻线80a，80b在纵向中心线CL上居中，但是所述刻线可以以另外方式被成形、布置和/或省略。坯件205可以具有与第一实施例相似或不同的其他特征而不脱离本公开。
根据本公开的坯件例如可以由涂层纸板和类似材料形成。例如，坯件的内和/或外侧面可以涂覆有粘土涂层。粘粒涂层然后可以在上面印刷产品、广告、价格编码和其他信息或图像。坯件然后可以涂覆有清漆以保护印刷在坯件上的任何信息。坯件也可以在坯件的任一侧或两侧涂覆有例如防潮层。根据上述实施例，坯件可以由一个卡尺厚度的纸板构造使得它比普通纸更重和更硬。坯件也可以由其他材料构造，例如卡纸板、硬纸或具有适合于允许纸板箱至少大致如本文所述工作的性质的任何其他材料。坯件也可以在选定板或板部分层合或涂覆一个或多个片状材料。
根据本公开的上述实施例，折叠线可以是促进沿其折叠的任何基本线性的、尽管不一定是直的弱化形式。更具体地，但不是为了缩窄本公开的范围的目的，折叠线包括：刻线，例如用钝划刀或类似物形成的线，其沿着预期弱化线在材料中产生碎裂部分；切口，其沿着预期弱化线部分延伸到材料中，和/或一系列切口，其沿着预期弱化线部分延伸到材料中和/或完全延伸通过材料；以及这些特征的各种组合。
作为一个例子，撕裂线可以包括：狭缝，其沿着预期弱化线部分延伸到材料中，和/或一系列间隔狭缝，其沿着预期弱化线部分延伸到材料中和/或完全延伸通过材料，或这些特征的各种组合。作为更具体的例子，一种类型的撕裂线采用完全延伸通过材料的一系列间隔狭缝的形式，相邻的狭缝略微被间隔开，使得在相邻狭缝之间限定典型地用于暂时在撕裂线上连接材料的连接带(例如有点象桥形的一小块材料)。在沿着撕裂线撕开期间连接带被破坏。连接带典型地占撕裂线的较小比例，并且备选地连接带可以从撕裂线被省略或在撕裂线中被撕裂使得撕裂线是连续切割线。也就是说，用连续狭缝或类似物代替每个撕裂线在本公开的范围内。例如，切割线可以是连续狭缝或者可以宽于狭缝而不脱离本公开。
以上实施例可以被描述为在纸板箱实施例的竖立期间通过胶使一个或多个板粘附在一起。术语“胶”旨在涵盖通常用于将纸板箱板固定就位的粘合剂的所有方式。

Claims (24)

1.一种用于容纳多个物品的纸板箱，所述纸板箱包括：
至少部分围绕所述纸板箱的内部延伸的多个板，所述多个板包括第一顶板、第二顶板、底板、第一侧板和第二侧板，所述第一顶板和第二顶板至少部分重叠以形成所述纸板箱的顶壁；
至少两个端折板，其分别可折叠地附连到所述多个板的相应板，其中所述端折板相对于彼此重叠并且由此至少部分形成所述纸板箱的闭合端；以及
在所述纸板箱的所述顶壁中的把手，所述把手包括在所述第一顶板中的第一把手部分、在所述第二顶板中的第二把手部分、和可折叠地连接到所述第一顶板和第二顶板中的至少一个的把手增强折板；
所述第一把手部分、所述第二把手部分和所述把手增强折板成重叠关系以形成所述把手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱，其中所述把手增强折板可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸板箱，其中所述至少两个端折板包括可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板的至少一个顶端折板，所述把手增强折板可折叠地连接到所述顶端折板并且包括所述增强把手部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸板箱，其中所述把手增强折板粘合地固定到所述顶端折板。
5.根据权利要求3所述的纸板箱，其中所述把手增强折板与所述第二顶板的内表面面对面接触，并且所述第一顶板至少部分与所述第二顶板的外表面重叠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纸板箱，其中所述第一把手部分与所述第二把手部分面对面接触，并且所述第二把手部分与所述增强把手部分面对面接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱，还包括在所述第一顶板中的多个第一转移应力刻线和在所述第二顶板中的多个第二转移应力刻线。
8.根据权利要求7所述的纸板箱，其中所述多个第一转移应力刻线包括至少一组倾斜刻线。
9.根据权利要求8所述的纸板箱，其还包括用于允许接近所述纸板箱中的所述物品的分配部，所述分配部包括分配板，所述分配板至少部分由所述纸板箱中的撕裂线限定并且至少部分被去除以用于至少进一步打开分配部开口，
所述分配板具有：顶部，其包括所述第一和第二顶板中的至少一个的至少一部分；侧部，其包括所述第一和第二侧板中的至少一个的至少一部分，并且所述侧部包括邻近所述第一和第二顶板中的至少一个的所述转移应力刻线的至少一个转移应力刻线。
10.根据权利要求3所述的纸板箱，其中：
所述闭合端是第一闭合端；
所述端折板是相对于彼此重叠以形成第一闭合端的第一端折板，所述顶端折板是第一顶端折板；
所述纸板箱还包括分别可折叠地附连到所述多个板的相应板的至少两个第二端折板，其中所述第二端折板相对于彼此重叠以形成所述纸板箱的第二闭合端，所述至少两个第二端折板包括可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板的至少一个第二顶端折板；以及
所述把手增强折板包括分别从所述增强把手部分延伸的两个增强端部，每个增强端部与所述第二顶板的一部分以及所述第一顶端折板和第二顶端折板中的相应一个面对面接触。
11.一种用于形成纸板箱的坯件，其包括：
多个板，其包括第一顶板、第二顶板、底板、第一侧板和第二侧板；
至少两个端折板，其分别可折叠地附连到所述多个板的相应板；以及
在第一顶板和第二顶板中的部件，其中所述部件用于协作以在由所述坯件竖立的纸板箱中至少部分限定把手，
所述部件包括在所述第一顶板中的第一把手部分、在所述第二顶板中的第二把手部分、和可折叠地连接到所述第一顶板和所述第二顶板中的至少一个的把手增强折板。
12.根据权利要求1所述的坯件，其中所述把手增强折板可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板。
13.根据权利要求12所述的坯件，其中所述至少两个端折板包括可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板的至少一个顶端折板，所述把手增强折板可折叠地连接到所述顶端折板并且包括增强把手部分。
14.根据权利要求13所述的坯件，其中所述把手增强折板在折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述顶端折板，并且在于相应所述折叠线之间延伸的切割线处可除去地附连到所述第二把手部分。
15.根据权利要求14所述的坯件，其中所述切割线至少部分限定所述增强把手部分和所述第二把手部分。
16.根据权利要求1所述的坯件，其还包括在所述第一顶板中的多个第一转移应力刻线和在所述第二顶板中的多个第二转移应力刻线，所述多个第一转移应力刻线包括至少一组倾斜刻线。
17.根据权利要求16所述的坯件，其还包括至少部分由所述纸板箱中的撕裂线限定的分配板；
所述分配板具有：顶部，其包括所述第一和第二顶板中的至少一个的至少一部分；侧部，其包括所述第一和第二侧板中的至少一个的至少一部分，并且所述侧部包括邻近所述第一和第二顶板的至少一个中的所述转移应力刻线的至少一个转移应力刻线。
18.根据权利要求14所述的坯件，其中：
所述端折板是相对于彼此重叠以形成由所述坯件竖立的所述纸板箱的第一闭合端的第一端折板，所述顶端折板是第一顶端折板，并且所述折叠线是第一折叠线；
所述坯件还包括分别可折叠地附连到所述多个板的相应板的至少两个第二端折板，其中所述第二端折板相对于彼此重叠以形成由所述坯件竖立的所述纸板箱的第二闭合端，所述至少两个第二端折板包括可折叠地连接到第二顶板的至少一个第二顶端折板；以及
所述把手增强折板包括分别从所述增强把手部分延伸的两个增强端部，所述增强端部中的一个在所述第一折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶端折板和所述第二顶板，并且所述增强端部中的另一个在所述第二折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第二顶端折板和所述第二顶板。
19.一种组装纸板箱的方法，其包括：
提供坯件，所述坯件包括：多个板，其包括第一顶板、第二顶板、底板、第一侧板和第二侧板，所述第一顶板和第二顶板至少部分重叠以形成所述纸板箱的顶壁；至少两个端折板，其分别可折叠地附连到所述多个板的相应板，所述第一顶板包括第一把手部分，所述第二顶板包括第二把手部分；以及把手增强折板，其可折叠地连接到所述第一顶板和所述第二顶板中的至少一个；
通过至少部分重叠所述第一顶板和所述第二顶板形成所述纸板箱的顶壁，形成所述顶壁包括通过至少部分成重叠关系布置所述第一把手部分、所述第二把手部分和所述把手增强折板以形成把手而在所述顶壁中形成把手。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其包括将所述把手增强折板固定到所述第二顶板的内表面，并且将所述第一顶板固定到所述第二顶板的至少一部分。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法，其中所述至少两个端折板包括可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板的至少一个顶端折板，固定所述把手增强折板包括将所述把手增强折板粘附到所述第二顶板和所述至少一个顶端折板。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法，其中所述至少一个顶端折板是第一顶端折板，并且所述至少两个端折板包括可折叠地连接到所述第二顶板的第二顶端折板，固定所述把手增强折板还包括将所述把手增强折板粘附到所述第二顶端折板。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法，其中所述把手增强折板包括分别从所述把手增强部分延伸的两个增强端部，固定所述把手增强折板包括将所述增强端部中的一个附连到所述第一顶端折板和所述第二顶板，并且将所述增强端部中的另一个附连到所述第二顶端折板和所述第二顶板。
24.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其还包括给所述纸板箱装载多个容器，并且重叠所述至少两个端折板以闭合所述纸板箱的第一端。
