Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to people's the hair or the instrument of eyelashes applied cosmetics, relate to the cosmetic applicators assembly that comprises with the polymer brush of turning round the double injection moulding that line brush complementally engages particularly.More particularly, the polymer brush of double injection moulding of the present invention comprises elongate polymer core that is formed by the relative first harder polymeric material and a plurality of polymer pointed tooths that stretch out that formed by the relative second softer polymeric material.
Background technology
Cosmetic brush is generally used for to application zone for example user's hair or eyelashes applied cosmetics (for example mascara etc.).Such cosmetic brush also can be used for separately hair or eyelashes, and can be used for removing unnecessary cosmetics from hair or eyelashes.
A kind of cosmetic brush of general type comprises turns round the line brush, this is turned round line and brushes following formation: at first monometallic wire is converted into the structure of U-shaped roughly and the line segment of pair of parallel is provided, arrange between a part of length of this line segment that then a plurality of softer bristles (are also referred to as filament or fiber, usually form by the nylon thigh), described a part of length keeps or the soft bristle of clamping reliably at the middle part of soft bristle, thereby make these line segments form spirality core (being also referred to as the core portion of turning round) around reversing each other or rotating afterwards, wherein soft bristle radially extends from this core with the spiral or the mode of spiraling.Radially common formation of the soft bristle of Yan Shening turned round bristle portion or the bristle head that line is brushed, and it can be used for using the coating of mascara or other cosmetics on user's hair or eyelashes. The flexible soft bristle of turning round line brush is being sent out fine, soft fur or eyelashes provide good clamping and allow and are coated on aspect hair or the eyelashes mascara especially effective fully.
Yet, be coated with the hair or the mutual easily adhesion of eyelashes of mascara and form inaesthetic.Although the above-mentioned line brush turned round with soft bristle is effectively using on hair or eyelashes aspect the mascara, the hair of caking or eyelashes are separated from each other fully.Lump for eliminating or reducing, line is brushed or more preferably utilize the independent comb with hard tooth can to utilize independent the turning round with harder bristle, uses the back and repairs or put in order step, to separate the hair or the eyelashes of caking.
For avoiding having to utilize independent instrument to carry out the inconvenience of each step of applying and repairing/arrangement step, it is integrated and form single cosmetic applicators with hard stripping fork that expectation makes soft bristle turn round the line brush.Multiple existing list of references discloses this incorporate cosmetic applicators of turning round line brush and comb with different layouts and structure. For example, U.S. Patent No. 3,921,650 disclose a kind of cosmetic applicators, and it has handle and rod, and an end of this rod comprises: have from the comb of the vertically extending hard tooth of a side of base portion; Have and turn round the line brush from the vertically extending softer bristle of opposite side of base portion; And in the sawtooth portion of the end of rod.U.S. Patent No. 6,408,857 disclose a kind of cosmetic applicators, and it comprises turns round the line brush, and this turns round the line brushing tool the softer bristle that is bent into closed hoop, is inserted with the comb that has from the hard tooth of either side or both sides extension in this ring.Broach is offset from the bristle of turning round the line brush, thereby makes cosmetic applicators have the cross section of similar "T"-shaped (if comb only has the tooth that extends from a side) or "+" shape (if comb has the tooth that extends from both sides).US patent application publication No.2004/0221865 discloses a kind of mascara brush of using brush portion and arrangement brush portion that comprises. The arrangement brush portion comprises the comb with hard tooth that injection moulding forms, and use brush portion comprise have a softer bristle turn round the line brush.Arrangement brush portion and use brush portion and interfix makes broach from turning round the bristle skew of line brush, has the two brush of hard tooth and soft bristle thereby form.
Comb in the incorporate cosmetic applicators of above-mentioned prior art is formed by single injection molding technique usually, wherein at first the molten polymer of heat is expelled in the mould, makes its cooling then and forms moulded products.Correspondingly, broach and comb core are all formed by same polymer.Because the comb core provides support structure for whole comb, the polymer that therefore forms this core must be enough hard so that required support structure to be provided.Yet when being formed by same hard polymer, broach can be too hard or too firm and the clamping of forfeiture on hair or eyelashes, and can not arrive between the hair or eyelashes of caking.Thereby the comb of the incorporate cosmetic applicators of above-mentioned prior art may not separate the hair or the eyelashes of caking effectively.
Therefore, exist to improve the demand of dual-use function cosmetic applicators, this dual-use function cosmetic applicators promptly can be used for carrying out cosmetic application function and hair/eyelashes arrangement function but does not have the cosmetic applicators of the above-mentioned defective of prior art instrument always.
