Abstract

本发明涉及香精香料的评测方法,具体涉及一种测定香精稳定性、预测保质期的方法,该方法是将香精样品依次放置在冷冻环境、室温环境、高温高湿环境和高温干燥环境中一定时间,测定所得产品的参数,如此循环多次,将参数与标准样品的参数进行比较,获得香精稳定性数据以及保质期预测值。本发明的方法具有科学性、可操作性,重复性强。而且所用仪器和设施简单。

Description

一种测定烟用香精稳定性、预测保质期的方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及香精评价测试技术,具体涉及一种用于测定烟用香精稳定性、并预测其保质期的方法。
【背景技术】
评价香料、香精的稳定性主要取决于两个方面:香型或香气的稳定性,即香料、香精的香气或香型在经过一定时间和条件的存放后是否能够在一定程度上保持不变;香料、香精在其介质(或基质)中能否保持物理化学性质的稳定,特别是经过一定时间储存,并且在存储过程中遇热、遇光照或与空气接触后是否会发生质量变化。
烟用香精的主要有效成分包括合成香料和天然香料。一般情况下,对于只由合成香料复配而成的烟用香精,在不受光、热、潮湿、空气氧化影响,或储放不过久、不受污染的情况下,它们的香气大多数能够保持前后较一致,其质量比较稳定。但如果烟用香精配方中含有天然香料、提取物或糖浆等原料,由于这些原料是有多成分组成的混合物,成分含量不一,物量化学性质也不同,并且不同成分具有活性差异,常温条件下会经常发生化学反应或与微生物接触发生生化反应,造成存放一段时间之后经常出现香气、香型前后差异较明显的现象。
为此,本申请人提供一种通过对烟用香精产品进行实验,用以预测香精稳定性以及预测保质期的方法,该方法不但适用于烟用香精产品稳定性测试,而且也适用于绝大多数单体香料。并且,代替了传统依靠经验预测的手段,为保持烟用香精稳定性提供了一套科学性的方法。
【发明内容】
[发明要解决的问题]
本发明的目的是克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种能够适用于多种香精香料、特别是烟用香精的稳定测试方法,同时用于预测被测产品的保质期。
[技术方案]
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种测定烟用香精稳定性、预测保质期的方法,所述方法步骤如下:
(1)取烟用香精样品放置在温度为-4-0℃、湿度为50-70%的冷冻环境中40-48小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产品放置在温度为20℃、湿度为50-70%的室温环境中40-48小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得产品放置在温度为90-110℃、湿度为80-100%的高温高湿环境中40-48小时;
(4)将步骤(3)所得产品放置在温度为80-100℃、湿度为0-30%的高温干燥环境中40-48小时;
(5)以上述4个步骤循环一次为一个周期,每个周期结束后测定所得产品的参数并与标准样品进行比较,如此循环12-24个周期。
如果若干个周期结束后的检测结果与标准样品的检测结果之间没有明显差异,则判断样品尚未变质,以此预测保质期。
在本发明中,需要测定的参数包括香精样品的酸值、挥发性、折光率、密度和香气及颜色特征。
优选地,所述香精是烟用香精。
在本发明中,香精样品挥发性的检测方法依据国标YC/T 145.9-1998|烟用香精挥发性成分总量通用检测方法中记载的手段进行检测。
在本发明中,烟用香精产品理化指标检测所用仪器包括:用于测定密度的anto paar公司生产的DMA4500密度仪;用于测定折光率的KEM公司生产的RA-510M折光仪;用于测定酸值的METTLER公司生产的RE50酸度仪。
将本发明用于烟用香精香料产品稳定性测试及其保质期研究,产品检测方法按照烟草行业标准执行,主要测定酸值、挥发性、折光、密度等指标。
[有益效果]
本发明烟用香精稳定性测定以及保质期确定的方法具有科学性、可操作性,重复性强。对于预测产品稳定性和货架期具有科学性指导意义,为保障烟用香精产品质量,尤其是天然提取类香精产品稳定性判断具有显著的效果。并且实验仪器和设施简单。
【具体实施方式】
下面非限制性实施例用于更详细地说明本发明。
实施例1
取烟用香精产品样品200g,在冷冻温度-4℃、湿度60%条件下存放42小时,然后将样品转移到室温20℃、湿度60%条件下放置42小时后,再转移到温度100℃、湿度90%下放置42小时,再将产品转移到温度98℃、湿度20%条件下放置42小时。测定产品酸值、挥发性、折光、密度。将上述步骤循环一次为一个周期,每个周期均测定一次参数,以此循环12个周期,所有数据与标准样品进行比较。比较结果如下:

稳定性的判断为:从上述产品控制指标测定结果可以看出,该烟用香精产品性能稳定性,而且经过12周期后各项参数的检测结果与初始数值没有明显差异,判断为没有变质。因此预测其保质期约为:12个月。

Claims (1)

1.一种测定烟用香精稳定性的方法,其特征在于所述方法步骤如下:
(1)取烟用香精样品放置在温度为-4-0℃、湿度为50-70%的冷冻环境中40-48小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得产品放置在温度为20℃、湿度为50-70%的室温环境中40-48小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得产品放置在温度为90-110℃、湿度为80-100%的高温高湿环境中40-48小时;
(4)将步骤(3)所得产品放置在温度为80-100℃、湿度为0-30%的高温干燥环境中40-48小时;
(5)以上述4个步骤循环一次为一个周期,每个周期结束后测定所得产品的参数,将参数与标准样品的参数进行比较,如此循环12-24个周期;所述参数包括烟用香精样品的酸值、挥发性、折光率、密度和香气及颜色特征。
