Abstract

温控真空集热元件罩玻管散热工作点调整方法:在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道,对集热元件空晒保护。通过调整与吸收体、热力驱动件和罩玻管低热阻连接的传热件散热状态对其温控工作点进行调整。根据此方法制造的温控真空集热元件,由在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道构成。采用由与吸收体低热阻连接的热力驱动件与传热件组成的温控系统。本发明的有益效果包括:可控传热通道置于真空隔热层中不改变对现有集热元件的使用要求和习惯。采用热力驱动件可以集温控系统的检测、比较和执行环节于一体并且无需外部能源供应,结构紧凑、工作可靠。调整温控系统的工作点方便使用。结合附图给出一个实施例。

本发明涉及温控真空集热元件罩玻管散热工作点调整方法及器件。
背景技术
随着太阳能热利用产品产业实践的充分展开,需要空晒保护的太阳能真空集热元件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供温控真空集热元件罩玻管散热工作点调整方法及器件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方法:通过在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道,对集热元件进行空晒保护;可控传热通道由驱动件和置于罩玻管内的活动传热件构成;通过调整与吸收体、热力驱动件和罩玻管低热阻连接的传热件散热状态对其温控工作点进行调整。
本发明根据上述方法解决其技术问题采取的技术方案:在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道构成一个温控真空集热元件。可控传热通道由活动传热件和驱动件组成。采用一个由与吸收体低热阻连接的热力驱动件与传热件组成的温控系统。传热件与吸收体、热力驱动件和罩玻管低热阻连接。与传热件低热阻连接的罩玻管外侧含有可移动绝热件。
本发明的有益效果包括:可控传热通道置于真空隔热层中不改变对现有集热元件的使用要求和习惯。采用热力驱动件可以集温控系统的检测、比较和执行环节于一体并且无需外部能源供应,结构紧凑、工作可靠。温控系统的工作点可调方便使用。

具体实施方式
图1实施例,在吸收体1和罩玻管2之间设置采用顺磁材料制造的活动传热件3和与双金属片热力换能驱动件4相连接的传动磁排5组成一个热力驱动的可控传热通道。驱动件4与吸收体1低热阻连接。热力换能驱动件利用热能做功,包括双金属片、记忆合金和膜盒(又称弹性元件)驱动件,简称热力驱动件。传动磁排5受约束可沿其轴心线作往复直线运动,其上设置有多个磁块6用于同时驱动多处活动传热件3。
传热件7与吸收体1、驱动件4和罩玻管2低热阻连接,与传热件7低热阻连接的罩玻管2外侧缩颈段8处有一个可移动绝热件9。绝热件9与集热元件尾部通过移动副连接。
正常集热/空晒保护时,如图中虚线/实线示:工作点以下/上的温度使双金属片驱动件4右/左弯,传动磁排5右/左移,活动传热件3受到/不受磁块6吸引,与罩玻管2脱离/接触。吸收体1与罩玻管2之间处于高/低热阻状态。
调节绝热件9遮盖缩颈段8的面积,可在1~5瓦范围内改变传热件7通过缩颈段8的散热功率。相应地,空晒保护温度工作点也在一定范围内变动。即缩颈段8散热多/少,双金属片驱动件4的温度低/高,空晒保护工作点温度高/低。

Claims (3)

1.温控真空集热元件罩玻管散热工作点调整方法:通过在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道,对集热元件进行空晒保护;可控传热通道由驱动件和置于罩玻管内的活动传热件构成;通过调整与吸收体、热力驱动件和罩玻管低热阻连接的传热件散热状态对其温控工作点进行调整。
2.按权利要求1所述方法制造的温控真空集热元件,由在集热元件吸收体和罩玻管之间设置可控传热通道构成,可控传热通道由活动传热件和驱动件组成,其特征在于含有一个由与吸收体低热阻连接的热力驱动件与传热件组成的温控系统;传热件与吸收体、热力驱动件和罩玻管低热阻连接;与传热件低热阻连接的罩玻管外侧含有可移动绝热件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空集热元件,其特征在于含有由一个双金属片驱动件和传动磁排组成的可控传热通道。
