背景技术
在对工件进行蜡封的工艺中,用于熔融的蜡水不易控制,对工件蜡封后,蜡容易残留在工件顶部的螺纹上,清理费事、费时。具体说被蜡封的工件M的口部有螺纹,工件被蜡封后,需要将螺母盖把工件口部盖住。在原先的工序中,被蜡封的工件蜡封后,由于蜡的多少不易控制,工件口部的螺纹常常残留有很多蜡,螺母盖无法旋入,需要人工清理及其麻烦,特别是使用了自动化蜡封流水线后,人工来不及清理。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种避免清理螺纹中残留蜡的挤蜡方法,其目的旨在解决蜡封后,蜡残留在工件顶部螺纹上难以清理的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案:其特征是先将工件注入熔融的蜡水,然后将挤蜡柱旋入工件口部,待蜡冷却后,取出挤蜡柱,将螺母盖旋入工件口部,当蜡冷却时,蜡体积会收缩,蜡冷却后,小孔内的蜡就会缩入工件中,从而与挤蜡柱上部的蜡分离。
本发明的优点:减少了复杂反锁的清理余蜡工序,清理余蜡彻底,工件口部的螺纹无残留蜡。方法简便,清理余蜡效果显著。

具体实施方式
对照附图,挤蜡柱的结构是挤蜡柱的底径D3>螺母盖的底径D1,挤蜡柱的顶径D4>螺母盖的顶径D2的最大值,挤蜡柱中心留有小孔。
挤蜡时,先将工件注入熔融的蜡水,然后将挤蜡柱旋入工件口部,待蜡冷却后,取出挤蜡柱,将螺母盖旋入工件口部。
上述工艺中,工件M口部的螺纹、挤蜡柱的螺纹、螺母盖的螺纹三者的基本尺寸相同,但挤蜡柱的底径D3>螺母盖的底径D1,挤蜡柱的顶径D4>螺母盖的顶径D2的最大值,这样可以保证螺母盖可以轻易地旋入工件口部。
所述挤蜡柱留有小孔的作用是,当蜡冷却时,其体积会收缩。蜡冷却后,小孔内的蜡就会缩入工件中,从而与挤蜡柱上部的蜡分离。小孔的直径大约在1mm~2mm为宜。

1.挤蜡方法,其特征是先将工件注入熔融的蜡水,然后将挤蜡柱旋入工件口部,待蜡冷却后,取出挤蜡柱,将螺母盖旋入工件口部,当蜡冷却时,蜡体积会收缩,蜡冷却后,小孔内的蜡就会缩入工件中,从而与挤蜡柱上部的蜡分离;挤蜡柱的底径(D3)>螺母盖的底径(D1),挤蜡柱的顶径(D4)>螺母盖的顶径(D2)的最大值,挤蜡柱中心留有小孔,小孔的直径1mm~2mm。
