本发明涉及动植物保健及环境保护技术领域,具体地说是一种千层石原液的制备工艺,其特征在于采用如下工艺步骤制备:(a)原料筛选;(b)水洗;(c)晒干;(d)萃取及分离:千层石原料与无机酸按照重量比为1∶1,将千层石原料放入无机酸中进行浸泡、搅拌,再将得到的溶液与矿渣采用筛网进行分离,分离矿渣后的溶液即为初级萃取液;(e)过滤:进一步去渣后得到千层石原液;(f)检验:对千层石原液进行检验,确定其含盐量在20%以上且不含有毒物质和有害重金属。本发明从各种矿物中筛选出国产千层石为原料,并采用无机酸萃取获得千层石原液,成本低、耗能少、工艺简单;可广泛应用于动植物保健及环境保护等领域。

Description

千层石原液的制备工艺
[技术领域]
本发明涉及动植物保健及环境保护技术领域,具体地说是一种千层石原液的制备工艺。
[背景技术]
宠物和人生活在同一个环境中,因此人和宠物都需要保持自身健康,并保证环境良好,才能健康快乐的生活。但是,宠物又有不同于人的特性,它们主要有排泄物恶臭、人畜共患病、寄生虫和过敏等特性,影响人和宠物的生活质量,其主要原因是要解决水被污染的问题,需要一种无毒、无害、无二次污染、成本低的制品来满足需要。
自然界的水不是单个分子存在,而是互相结合的大分子团,主要作用是载体和搬运,分子团的半径越小,它的能力越强,越是活性水越是对有机体有益的水。水是不会腐败变质的,只有异物如在水中的有机质在细菌的作用下腐败、分解,而使水不能很好利用。根据水是被有机物影响而变坏的原因,要选用纯无机物来处理。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,采用无机酸从千层石中萃取出纯无机矿物质溶液的生产方法,达到作为动植物保健品、环境水处理以及环境保护上的应用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种千层石原液的制备工艺,其特征在于采用如下工艺步骤制备:(a)原料筛选:筛选出含有20种以上矿物质、不含有害重金属和有毒物质的一种国产千层石为原料;(b)水洗:洗去千层石原料表层的泥土及杂质,水洗10分钟即可;(c)晒干:在太阳下曝晒8~10小时;(d)萃取及分离:千层石原料与无机酸按照重量比为1∶1,将千层石原料放入无机酸中进行浸泡、搅拌,再将得到的溶液与矿渣采用筛网进行分离,分离矿渣后的溶液即为初级萃取液;(e)过滤:对初级萃取液采用板框进行过滤,进一步去渣后得到千层石原液;(f)检验:对千层石原液进行检验,确定其含盐量在20%以上且不含有毒物质和有害重金属。
所述的千层石原液呈茶褐色,比重为1.15-1.16,PH=0.5-1.0,沸点为100℃,冰点为-10℃,水溶解度在10℃时为100%。
所述的无机酸通常采用浓硫酸。
本发明从各种矿物中筛选出国产千层石为原料,并采用无机酸萃取获得千层石原液,成本低、耗能少、工艺简单;可广泛应用于动植物保健及环境保护等领域。

[具体实施方式]
现结合实施例说明本发明的实施和产生的效果,但不构成对本发明实施方案的限定。
实施例1
首先要在国内找到符合要求的矿石原料。查询《矿物志》,在各种矿物中选出不含有害重金属和有毒物质的矿石“千层石”,而千层石也有很多种,筛选出无机矿物质含量在20种以上,不含有机物的一种千层石为合格原料,收购时选择已经粉碎好的千层石原料。选择国产千层石可以有效节约成本,减少耗能。
把精心筛选出合格的千层石原料,通过水洗、晒干后,按重量比1∶1的比例加浓硫酸进行浸泡、搅拌,萃取后采用筛网分离出矿渣的溶液为初级萃取液,把初级萃取液采用板框过滤后即为原液,因为是用千层石做原料生产的故称“千层石原液”。水洗后的水经过处理可反复使用,节约了水资源。千层石原液中含有Al,Fe,Mg,K,P,Ti,Ca,Mn,Na,V,Rn,Si,Zn,W,Co,Li,Cu,Se,Ni,Mo,Be等20多种矿物质成分的硫酸盐,或硫酸盐的复盐、络盐和酸化物,可溶于水,以离子状态存在。
千层石原液呈茶褐色,比重为1.15-1.16,PH=0.5-1.0,沸点为100℃,冰点为-10℃,水溶解度在10℃时为100%。
实施例2
把千层石原液,PH=0.5-1.0,加水稀释为PH=1.9-2.0,即得到“千层石离子水溶液”,可作商品出售和应用,其物理化学制备和矿物质含量如下表:

1.一种千层石原液的制备工艺,其特征在于采用如下工艺步骤制备:(a)原料筛选:筛选出含有20种以上矿物质、不含有害重金属和有毒物质的一种国产千层石为原料;(b)水洗:洗去千层石原料表层的泥土及杂质,水洗10分钟即可;(c)晒干:在太阳下曝晒8~10小时;(d)萃取及分离:千层石原料与无机酸按照重量比为1∶1,将千层石原料放入无机酸中进行浸泡、搅拌,再将得到的溶液与矿渣采用筛网进行分离,分离矿渣后的溶液即为初级萃取液;(e)过滤:对初级萃取液采用板框进行过滤,进一步去渣后得到千层石原液;(f)检验:对千层石原液进行检验,确定其含盐量在20%以上且不含有毒物质和有害重金属。
2.根据权利要求1所述的千层石原液的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的千层石原液呈茶褐色,比重为1.15-1.16,PH=0.5-1.0,沸点为100℃,冰点为-10℃,水溶解度在10℃时为100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的千层石原液的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的无机酸采用浓硫酸。
