Abstract
The invention provides a combined structure of a base and an axle tube and a fan. The combined structure of a base and an axle tube comprises an axle tube, a base and a metal lantern ring. The base is provided with an axle seat for containing the axle tube; and an annular groove is formed on the inner surface of the axle seat. The metal lantern ring is arranged in the annular groove to contain the axle tube. By adopting the combined structure of the base and the axle tube, the axle tube can be firmly fixed in the axle seat of the base and the metal lantern ring; and the lantern ring can enhance the combination force of the axle tube and the base. Moreover, in the combination process, the axle seat can be prevented from cracking so as to improve the qualification rate of products; and the combined structure of the invention is conducive to the assembly and combination of other elements of a motor fan as well as the improvement of the qualification rate of the motor fan products.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a coupling structure, and more particularly, to a coupling structure of a base and a shaft tube.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown an exploded view of a known base and shaft tube. The known base-shaft tube combination 10 includes a base 11 and a shaft tube 12. The base 11 has a shaft seat 111 for receiving the shaft tube 12. In order to firmly couple the shaft tube 12 into the shaft seat 111, the inner diameter of the inner surface of the shaft seat 111 is generally smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft tube 12, so that the shaft tube 12 can be fixed in the shaft seat 111 by strong pressing.
However, since the base 11 is usually made of plastic and the shaft tube 12 is usually made of metal, the shaft seat 111 is sometimes broken during the process of strong pressing and combining, which results in a decrease in product yield. Furthermore, under the requirement of decreasing the size of the components, the length of the shaft seat 111 extending upward is reduced, so that the combination area of the shaft seat 111 and the shaft tube 12 is reduced, and the shaft tube 12 cannot be stably fixed to the shaft seat 111 of the base 11 because the base 11 and the shaft tube 12 are made of different materials.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an innovative and advanced combination structure of a base and a shaft tube to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a combination structure of a base and a shaft tube.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fan using the above combination structure of the base and the shaft tube.
The invention provides a combination structure of a base and a shaft tube, which comprises: a shaft tube, a base and a metal sleeve ring. The base is provided with a shaft seat for accommodating the shaft tube, and the inner surface of the shaft seat is provided with a ring groove. The metal lantern ring is arranged in the annular groove and used for containing the shaft tube.
The combination structure of the base and the shaft tube can ensure that the shaft tube is firmly fixed in the shaft seat of the base and the metal lantern ring, and the combination force of the shaft tube and the base can be enhanced by utilizing the metal lantern ring. In addition, in the process of combination, the situation of breakage of the shaft seat can be avoided, so that the qualification rate of products is improved.
The present invention further provides a fan, comprising: an axle tube, a base, a metal lantern ring, a bearing, a fan wheel, a coil and a circuit board. The base is provided with a shaft seat for accommodating the shaft tube, and the inner surface of the shaft seat is provided with a ring groove. The metal lantern ring is arranged in the annular groove and used for containing the shaft tube. The bearing is arranged in the shaft tube. The impeller has a mandrel, a magnet and a plurality of blades, and the mandrel is arranged in the bearing. The coil and the circuit board are arranged outside the shaft tube.
The fan of the invention can ensure that the axle tube is firmly fixed in the axle seat of the base and the metal sleeve ring, and can avoid the situation that the axle seat is broken, thereby being beneficial to the assembly and combination of other elements of the fan and improving the qualification rate of fan products.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, there is shown an exploded view of a coupling structure of a base and a shaft tube in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 4, it shows a combination diagram of the combination structure of the base and the axle tube applied to the fan according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the coupling structure 20 of the base and the shaft tube according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes: a shaft tube 21, a base 22 and a metal collar 23. The base 22 has a shaft seat 221 for receiving the shaft tube 21, and the inner surface of the shaft seat 221 has a ring groove 222. The metal collar 23 is disposed in the ring groove 222 for receiving the shaft tube 21.
During assembly, the metal collar 23 can be disposed in the ring groove 222 by a jig and then tightly combined with the shaft tube 21; in the present embodiment, the metal collar 23 can be fixed in the ring groove 222 by using adhesive or adhesive; alternatively, the metal collar 23 and the base 22 are integrally formed, so that the metal collar 23 is disposed in the ring recess 222, and preferably, the metal collar 23 has a plurality of grooves (not shown) formed on the surface where the metal collar 23 and the ring recess 222 are combined, which is beneficial to enhancing the stable combination of the metal collar 23 and the base 22 during the integrally formed manufacturing. Alternatively, the inner diameter of the ring groove 222 is smaller than the outer diameter of the metal collar 23, so that the metal collar 23 is strongly press-fitted into the ring groove 222, thereby firmly fixing the metal collar 23 in the ring groove 222.
In addition, for assembly, the ring groove 222 is disposed at the bottom of the base 22, so that the metal collar 23 can be disposed in the ring groove 222 from the bottom of the base 22.
After the metal collar 23 is disposed in the ring groove 222, the shaft tube 21 is disposed in the shaft seat 221 of the base 22 and the metal collar 23, in this embodiment, the shaft tube 21 is a metal shaft tube, and the shaft tube 21 is a blind shaft tube having a closed bottom 211. The inner diameter of the inner surface of the shaft seat 221 and the inner diameter of the metal collar 23 are both smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft tube 21, so that the shaft tube 21 is strongly pressed and combined into the shaft seat 221 of the base 22 and the metal collar 23, and the shaft tube 21 is firmly fixed in the shaft seat 221 of the base 22 and the metal collar 23. Moreover, the metal collar 23 can be a copper collar, and since the metal collar 23 and the shaft tube 21 are made of metal, the shaft tube 21 can be further fixed in the metal collar 23, so as to enhance the bonding force between the shaft tube 21 and the base 22.
In addition, in the process of strong pressing and combining, the metal lantern ring 23 can avoid the situation that the shaft seat 221 is broken, so as to improve the qualification rate of products.
Referring to fig. 4 again, the base-shaft tube combination structure 20 of the first embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fan 40, except for the shaft tube 21, the base 22 and the metal collar 23, a bearing 24 is disposed in the shaft tube 21, a shaft 251 of a fan wheel 25 is disposed in the bearing 24, the fan wheel 25 further includes a magnet 252 and a blade 253, a coil and a circuit board 26 are disposed outside the shaft tube 21, a retaining ring 27 is disposed in the shaft tube 21 and corresponds to a position of a ring groove 254 of the shaft 251 of the fan wheel 25, and a wear-resistant sheet 28 is disposed on a closed bottom 211 in the shaft tube 21, so that a top of the shaft 251 of the fan wheel 25 abuts against the wear-resistant sheet 28.
Therefore, the base-shaft tube combination structure 20 of the first embodiment of the present invention can firmly fix the shaft tube 21 in the shaft seat 221 of the base 22 and the metal collar 23, and can prevent the shaft seat 221 from being broken, thereby facilitating assembly and combination of other components of the fan 40 and improving the yield of the fan 40.
Referring to fig. 3, there is shown an exploded view of a coupling structure of a base and a shaft tube in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 5, it shows a combination diagram of the base and the shaft tube combination structure applied to the fan according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the base and axle tube combination structure 30 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes: a shaft tube 31, a base 32 and a metal collar 33. The base 32 has a shaft seat 321 for receiving the shaft tube 31, and the inner surface of the shaft seat 321 has a ring groove 322. The metal collar 33 is disposed in the ring groove 322 for receiving the shaft tube 31.
The base and axle tube combination structure 30 of the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the base and axle tube combination structure 20 of the first embodiment of the present invention in that the axle tube 31 is a non-blind axle tube, i.e. two ends of the axle tube 31 are connected to form a through hole.
Referring to fig. 5 again, the base and shaft tube combination structure 30 of the second embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fan 50, except for the shaft tube 31, the base 32 and the metal collar 33, a bearing 34 is disposed in the shaft tube 31, a spindle 351 of a fan wheel 35 is disposed in the bearing 34, the fan wheel 35 further includes a magnet 352 and a blade 353, a coil and a circuit board 36 are disposed outside the shaft tube 31, a top cover 37 is disposed in the bottom of the shaft tube 31 for sealing the bottom of the shaft tube 31, and a wear-resistant sheet 38 is disposed on the top cover 37 in the shaft tube 31, so that the top of the spindle 351 of the fan wheel 35 abuts against the wear-resistant sheet 38.
Therefore, the base-shaft tube combination structure 30 of the second embodiment of the present invention can firmly fix the shaft tube 31 in the shaft seat 321 of the base 32 and the metal collar 33, and can prevent the shaft seat 321 from being broken, thereby facilitating assembly and combination of other elements of the fan 50 and improving the yield of the fan 50.

Claims (26)
1. The utility model provides a combined structure of base and central siphon which characterized in that: the combination structure of the base and the axle tube comprises:
a shaft tube;
a base with a shaft seat for containing the shaft tube, the inner surface of the shaft seat is provided with a ring groove; and
a metal sleeve ring arranged in the ring groove for accommodating the shaft tube.
2. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the metal sleeve ring is adhered and fixed in the ring groove.
3. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the metal sleeve ring and the base are integrally formed.
4. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the metal sleeve ring is provided with a plurality of grooves which are formed on the surface of the metal sleeve ring combined with the ring groove.
5. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the shaft tube is a metal shaft tube.
6. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the shaft tube is a blind hole shaft tube and is provided with a closed bottom.
7. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the two ends of the shaft tube are communicated.
8. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the metal collar is a copper collar.
9. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the ring groove is arranged at the bottom of the base.
10. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the inner diameter of the inner surface of the shaft seat and the inner diameter of the metal lantern ring are both smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft tube.
11. The coupling structure of a base plate and a shaft tube as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the inner diameter of the ring groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the metal sleeve ring.
12. A fan, characterized by: the fan includes:
a shaft tube;
a base with a shaft seat for containing the shaft tube, the inner surface of the shaft seat is provided with a ring groove;
a metal sleeve ring arranged in the ring groove and used for accommodating the shaft tube;
a bearing arranged in the shaft tube;
the impeller is provided with a mandrel, a magnet and a plurality of blades, and the mandrel is arranged in the bearing;
a coil and a circuit board arranged outside the shaft tube.
13. The fan as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the metal sleeve ring is adhered and fixed in the ring groove.
14. The fan as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the metal sleeve ring and the base are integrally formed.
15. The fan as claimed in claim 14, wherein: the metal sleeve ring is provided with a plurality of grooves which are formed on the surface of the metal sleeve ring combined with the ring groove.
16. The fan as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the shaft tube is a metal shaft tube.
17. The fan as claimed in claim 12, wherein: the shaft tube is a blind hole shaft tube and is provided with a closed bottom.
18. The fan as claimed in claim 17, wherein: and the wear-resistant sheet is arranged on the closed bottom in the shaft tube, so that the top of the core shaft of the fan wheel is propped against the wear-resistant sheet.
19. The fan as claimed in claim 17, wherein: the fan wheel also comprises a retaining ring which is arranged in the shaft tube and corresponds to the position of a ring groove of the core shaft of the fan wheel.
