本发明公开了一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,包括气囊(1)、吸管(3)和喷雾管(5),这三者依次紧密相连并可拆卸,吸管上设有刻度(4),喷雾管(5)末端的喷雾头(6)设有数个均匀分布的液体分配孔,吸管(3)的近气囊端填有棉花塞(2),喷雾管(5)末端与近吸管端呈90°角。本发明以喷雾方式将含有微生物的液体样品均匀分布于固体培养平板表面,避免了用涂布棒于固体培养平板表面涂布微生物样品过程中出现的涂布棒冷却不充分导致微生物被烫死、涂布效果差等问题,结构简单、成本低、操作简便,耗时短。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,属于生命科学科研器材领域。
背景技术
微生物筛选、药敏测试等实验中,需要将含有微生物的液体样品涂布于固体培养平板表面。目前这一操作大都使用玻璃或不锈钢制成的涂布棒,使用时先将含有微生物的液体滴于固体培养平板正中,然后用灼烧灭菌并冷却的涂布棒将液体均匀涂布于固体培养平板。这一方式存在步骤繁琐、耗时长、涂布棒冷却不充分导致微生物被烫死、涂布效果差等不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,从而避免用涂布棒于固体培养平板表面涂布微生物样品过程中出现的涂布棒冷却不充分导致微生物被烫死、涂布效果差等问题,而且操作简便,耗时短。
本发明的技术方案是:一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,包括气囊、吸管和喷雾管,气囊、吸管和喷雾管依次紧密相连并可拆卸,吸管上设有刻度,喷雾管末端为喷雾头。
为了满足无菌操作的需要,吸管的近气囊端填有棉花塞。
为了避免在固体培养平板正上方操作气囊时对平板造成污染,喷雾管末端与近吸管端呈90°角。
用本发明吸取一定体积的含有微生物的液体样品,以喷雾方式将含有微生物的液体样品均匀分布于固体培养平板表面,避免了用涂布棒于固体培养平板表面涂布微生物样品过程中出现的涂布棒冷却不充分导致微生物被烫死、涂布效果差等问题,而且结构简单、成本低、操作简便,耗时短。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,括气囊(1)、吸管(3)和喷雾管(5);其中:气囊(1)、吸管(3)和喷雾管(5)依次紧密相连并可拆卸,吸管上设有刻度(4),喷雾管(5)末端的喷雾头(6)设有数个均匀分布的液体分配孔;吸管(3)的近气囊(1)端填有棉花塞(2);喷雾管(5)末端与近吸管(3)端呈90°角。
使用这种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置时,先将气囊1和吸管3相连,吸取一定体积的微生物液体样品,再将喷雾管5与吸管3相连,然后将喷雾头6置于固体培养平板正上方,手握气囊1,使微生物液体样品从喷雾头6上的液体分配孔喷出,均匀分布于固体培养平板表面。

1.一种喷雾式微生物液体样品分布装置,其特征是:包括气囊(1)、吸管(3)和喷雾管(5);其中:气囊(1)、吸管(3)和喷雾管(5)依次紧密相连并可拆卸,吸管上设有刻度(4),喷雾管(5)末端为喷雾头(6);吸管(3)的近气囊(1)端填有棉花塞(2);喷雾管(5)末端与近吸管(3)端呈90°角。
