本发明公开了一种列车制动闸片用调整器,包括承载板、调整器球杯和调整器球面体,调整器球杯设在承载板上,调整器球杯底部开有通孔,承载板下部具有调整器球面体,还包括安装凸台和调整器定位凸销;所述安装凸台设在调整器球面体的下端;所述调整器定位凸销设在承载板下部;所述承载板呈三叶花瓣状,每叶花瓣上有一个调整器球杯,其中的两叶花瓣之间的根部具有径向凸起,径向凸起的轴向设有调整器定位凸销;所述承载板的底面由内而外逐渐向上倾斜,即承载板的壁厚由内而外逐渐减小。本发明结构简单,便于安装,在调整摩擦块时,弹性好、调整效果好,并具有减震降噪的作用。

列车制动闸片用调整器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种列车制动闸片,尤其是涉及一种列车制动闸片的零部件。
背景技术
随着列车向高速发展的趋势,对列车制动提出了更高的要求。当今高速列车用制动闸片已经采用带调整器的闸片结构,使闸片在高速高压的制动条件下,能够使调整器上的各个摩擦块自动调整到同一平面,以提高工作时接触面积,减少产生过热疲劳,提高闸片的散热能力,克服闸片摩擦性能衰退。但是现有的列车制动闸片用调整器,结构复杂,不便于安装,调整摩擦块时效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,便于安装,调整摩擦块效果好的列车制动闸片用调整器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种列车制动闸片用调整器,包括承载板、调整器球杯和调整器球面体,调整器球杯设在承载板上,调整器球杯底部开有通孔,承载板下部具有调整器球面体,还包括安装凸台和调整器定位凸销;所述安装凸台设在调整器球面体的下端;所述调整器定位凸销设在承载板下部;所述承载板呈三叶花瓣状,每叶花瓣上有一个调整器球杯,其中的两叶花瓣之间的根部具有径向凸起,径向凸起的轴向设有调整器定位凸销;所述承载板的底面由内而外逐渐向上倾斜,即承载板的壁厚由内而外逐渐减小;调整器球杯包括大球窝、直筒和小球窝,大球窝底部与直筒连接,直筒底部与小球窝连接,小球窝底部与通孔连接。
采用上述结构后,由于采用了安装凸台和调整器定位凸销,在与列车制动闸片的安装板装配时,只要将安装凸台和调整器定位凸销与安装板上的相应孔插合即可,取消了现有技术调整器采用的螺纹连接结构,结构简单,也便于安装。再由于调整器球杯包括大球窝、直筒和小球窝,大球窝底部与直筒连接,直筒底部与小球窝连接,小球窝底部与通孔连接,因此,在与列车制动闸片的摩擦块组装后,摩擦块球销体球面与大球窝进行配合,接触面积小,利于粉末块球销体的灵活调整;小球窝能减少摩擦块球销体顶部与其接触,使摩擦块球销体直接与大球窝接触,最大限度地保证摩擦块球销体与大球窝的配合。此外,本发明在调整摩擦块时,弹性好、调整效果好,并具有减震降噪的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1~7所示,本发明的列车制动闸片用调整器,包括承载板6、调整器球杯1和调整器球面体3,调整器球杯1设在承载板6上,调整器球杯1底部开有通孔2,承载板6下部具有调整器球面体3,还包括安装凸台4和调整器定位凸销5;所述安装凸台4设在调整器球面体3的下端;所述调整器定位凸销5设在承载板6下部;所述承载板6呈三叶花瓣状,每叶花瓣上有一个调整器球杯1,即共有三个调整器球杯1,其中的两叶花瓣之间的根部具有径向凸起7,径向凸起7的轴向设有调整器定位凸销5;所述承载板6的底面6-1由内而外逐渐向上倾斜,即承载板6的壁厚由内而外逐渐减小。
承载板6的壁厚逐渐减小可以增加承载板6的弹性变形量,在使用时更好地调节调整器上所安装的摩擦块的受力。
如图5、8所示,所述调整器球杯1包括大球窝1-1、直筒1-2和小球窝1-3,大球窝1-1底部与直筒1-2连接,直筒1-2底部与小球窝1-3连接,小球窝1-3底部与通孔2连接。这样,列车制动闸片的摩擦块球销体球面与大球窝1-1进行配合,接触面积小,利于粉末块球销体的灵活调整;小球窝1-3能减少摩擦块球销体顶部与其接触,使摩擦块球销体直接与大球窝1-1接触,最大限度地保证摩擦块球销体与大球窝1-1的配合。

Claims (1)

1.一种列车制动闸片用调整器,包括承载板(6)、调整器球杯(1)和调整器球面体(3),调整器球杯(1)设在承载板(6)上,调整器球杯(1)底部开有通孔(2),承载板(6)下部具有调整器球面体(3),其特征在于:
a、还包括安装凸台(4)和调整器定位凸销(5);
b、所述安装凸台(4)设在调整器球面体(3)的下端;
c、所述调整器定位凸销(5)设在承载板(6)下部;
d、所述承载板(6)呈三叶花瓣状,每叶花瓣上有一个调整器球杯(1),其中的两叶花瓣之间的根部具有径向凸起(7),径向凸起(7)的轴向设有调整器定位凸销(5);
e、所述承载板(6)的底面(6-1)由内而外逐渐向上倾斜,即承载板(6)的壁厚由内而外逐渐减小;
f、所述调整器球杯(1)包括大球窝(1-1)、直筒(1-2)和小球窝(1-3),大球窝(1-1)底部与直筒(1-2)连接,直筒(1-2)底部与小球窝(1-3)连接,小球窝(1-3)底部与通孔(2)连接。
