Abstract
本发明涉及一种导线连接处发热监测螺帽，安装拆卸都很方便快捷，且安全性高，它包括外壳，在外壳内设有固定显示体和移动显示体，固定显示提与移动显示体扣合在一起；规定显示体顶部设有热敏铁氧体，热敏铁氧体与外壳内顶壁的磁体间设有弹簧；在外壳外部依次设有变色示温片和透明塑料壳。

本发明涉及一种导线连接处发热监测螺帽。
背景技术
目前，在电力行业中，存在有许多种温度越限指示器，但这些温度越限指示器都存在着很大的安全隐患，现在市场上使用的大部分都为拧紧的螺帽形式的，这种形式地温度越限指示器安装时手与螺帽接触的时间太长，对于高压线路来说这样就存在着很大的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题，提供一种导线连接处发热监测螺帽，该温度越限指示器在安装时直接扣合在连接部位。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种导线连接处发热监测螺帽，它包括外壳，在外壳内设有固定显示体和移动显示体，固定显示提与移动显示体扣合在一起；规定显示体顶部设有热敏铁氧体，热敏铁氧体与外壳内顶壁的磁体间设有弹簧；在外壳外部依次设有变色示温片和透明塑料壳。
在正常温度时永磁铁吸引热敏铁氧体，弹簧压缩，固定显示体和移动移动显示体扣合在一块，且这一整体包含与外壳内，透明塑料壳包裹着外壳，透明塑料壳与外壳形成了一个空腔，空腔内有变色示温片。
本专利的有益效果是：安装时由工作人员把监测螺帽直接扣合在节点处，取下时先分开两个显示体，取下此检测螺帽即可，安装拆卸都很方便快捷，且安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示，变色示温片2放在外壳1和透明塑料壳3所形成的空腔内，透明塑料壳3包裹着外壳1且透明塑料壳3整体是透明的，工作人员可以从远处看到里面的变色示温片2，热敏铁氧体6固定在固定显示体7上，热敏铁氧体6随温度的变化非常敏感，在正常温度下，热敏铁氧体6和磁铁4吸合在一起，两者间设有弹簧5，温度过高时，热敏铁氧铁6的磁导性下降，与磁铁4脱离；固定显示体7上有四个凹孔，移动显示体8上有与固定显示体7上的四个凹孔对应的凸杆，安装时工作人员就是通过这对应的四个杆孔扣合在一块的，各显示体上涂有醒目的颜色，如黄色和红色，这样工作人员可以很容易的从远处观察到，正常工作状态下外壳包裹住两个显示体，温度过高时弹簧5把外壳1弹起进行报警。
另外热敏铁氧体6存在有很多不同的温度敏感性型号，这样用户可以根据自己对工作环境的需求自己定制落毛的样式，这种产品主要适用于电力行业的输送电线，还适用于其他行业对易发热体的温度监测。

1.一种导线连接处发热监测螺帽，其特征是，它包括外壳，在外壳内设有固定显示体和移动显示体，固定显示提与移动显示体扣合在一起；规定显示体顶部设有热敏铁氧体，热敏铁氧体与外壳内顶壁的磁体间设有弹簧；在外壳外部依次设有变色示温片和透明塑料壳。
