如图1所示,本发明的一种砂轮修正器中,包括支架2及可沿支架2上的方管结构的支架横梁21水平滑动的刀架3,在支架横梁21与刀架3之间又设置有相互配合的纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4和纵向燕尾滑轨槽5,纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4通过纵向丝杆6的驱动滑动连接在纵向燕尾滑轨槽5内并带动刀架3沿支架2的纵向水平滑动。支架2包括水平设置的支架横梁21及对称支撑在支架横梁21两端的支架纵梁22,其中支架纵梁22包括方管结构的纵梁下支撑管222和方管结构的纵梁上支撑管223,在纵梁上支撑管223的顶端焊接固定了一个开口向上的开口槽221,支架横梁21的两端夹持在开口槽221内并通过螺杆23固定连接,纵梁上支撑管223的底端向下插接在纵梁下支撑管222的顶端方形管孔内,在纵梁下支撑管222上靠近顶端的侧壁上开有一螺纹孔,压紧螺钉224穿过螺纹孔顶端抵接在纵梁上支撑管223的外壁面上,使纵梁上支撑管223夹持固定在纵梁下支撑管222的内壁面上,如图2所示,在支架横梁21上安装有一个基块10,在基块10的下端部开有一个与支架横梁21互配的方形环口,基块10通过方形环口滑动套接在支架横梁21上并通过旋接在底面上的螺栓将基块10压夹固定在支架横梁21上,其中纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4水平位于基块10的上侧面并与支架横梁21轴心线保持垂直,在刀架3的下方通过螺栓连接一个横向滑块7,在横向滑块7与基块10之间连接一个中间滑块8,与纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4对应纵向燕尾滑轨槽5位于中间滑块8的下侧面,在中间滑块8的上侧面水平设置有一个横向燕尾滑轨槽16,横向燕尾滑轨槽16与中间滑块8下侧面上的纵向燕尾滑轨槽5保持垂直,在个横向滑块7的下侧面上水平设置有一个与横向燕尾滑轨槽16互配的横向燕尾滑轨凸台9,横向燕尾滑轨凸台9通过横向丝杆11滑动连接在横向燕尾滑轨槽16内并可带动刀架3沿支架2横向水平滑动。其中的横向燕尾滑轨凸台9为顶面开口的壳体结构,横向丝杆11的两端垂直穿过横向燕尾滑轨凸台9的前后端面,使横向丝杆11旋转支撑在横向燕尾滑轨凸台9壳体的中部与横向燕尾滑轨凸台9的轴心线保持平行,横向丝杆11的一端向外延伸与横向平移手柄12相连,在横向燕尾滑轨凸台9内的横向丝杆11上旋接一个横向丝杆螺母13,横向丝杆螺母13的外缘面与横向燕尾滑轨槽16的底面焊接相连。如图3所示,纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4为顶面开口的壳体结构,纵向丝杆6的两端垂直穿过纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4的前后端面,使纵向丝杆6旋转支撑在纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4壳体的中部并与纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4的轴心线保持平行,纵向丝杆6的一端向外延伸与纵向平移手柄14相连,在纵向燕尾滑轨凸台4内的纵向丝杆6上旋接一个纵向丝杆螺母15,纵向丝杆螺母15的外缘面与纵向燕尾滑轨槽5底面焊接相连。刀架3的纵向截面呈L形,对应L形的横向边内侧面向下抵接在横向滑块7的顶面上并与横向滑块7下侧面上的横向燕尾滑轨凸台9保持垂直,对应L形的纵向边一端向下且纵向边的内侧面抵接在横向滑块7的侧面上,在L形的横向边上对应于纵向边的一端水平开有一个夹刀槽31,修正刀1的刀口向外并通过螺钉夹持固定在夹刀槽31内。
