10. method as claimed in claim 9, wherein, described coagulation reagent comprises magnesium sulfate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum ammonium sulfate, aluminium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium sulfate, calcium chloride or its mixture.

13. method as claimed in claim 12, wherein, described coagulation reagent is about 2 to about 35 weight % based on the gross weight of each component in described two parts type coating system.
14. method as claimed in claim 13, wherein, described coagulation reagent is about 2 to about 10 weight % based on the gross weight of each component in described two parts type coating system.
15. as any described method in the claim 1 to 14, wherein, described water-based paint compositions comprises wax emulsion and fluoropolymer resin.
16. method as claimed in claim 15, wherein, described water-based paint compositions contains the wax emulsion solids at least about 20 weight %.
17. method as claimed in claim 16, wherein, described water-based paint compositions contains the wax emulsion solids at least about 40 weight %.
18. method as claimed in claim 17, wherein, described water-based paint compositions contains the wax solid of the wax solid of the 40 weight % that have an appointment to about 80 weight %.
19. as any described method in the claim 1 to 14, wherein, described fluoropolymer resin comprises latex resin.

30. method as claimed in claim 24, wherein, described water-based paint compositions provides about thickness of 0.0051 to about 0.0203cm.
