本发明的一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,是在断层治疗使用的调强多叶准直器下端附加适形用多叶准直器方法提高射野适形度。同时适形用多叶准直器叶片等中心处投影(2)宽度小于所述的调强多叶准直器叶片在等中心处投影宽度(1)。由于适形用多叶准直器等中心处投影宽度较小,且叶片可连续运动,可形成一个比调强多叶准直器形成的射野适形度提高很多的射野;多叶调强准直器在放射治疗时的射野,再次经适形用多叶调强准直器叶片适形,提高了断层治疗时射野的适形度。本发明提供了一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,解决断层治疗射野适形度不高的问题。

一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法
技术领域:
本发明属放射治疗领域,涉及断层治疗、调强多叶准直器。
背景技术:
现有的断层治疗使用的调强多叶准直器,由两排叶片组成,叶片在等中心处投影宽度为约10mm,,叶片进出的距离在等中心处投影为10mm、20mm,叶片可形成宽度为10mm,长度为10mm、20mm两种射野,照射时由叶片形成射野组合调强多叶准直器对肿瘤靶区的射野,此射野为不规则的由宽度为10mm,长度为10mm、20mm矩形组成的多边形,其适形度并不高。
发明内容:
本发明目的在于提供一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,解决断层治疗射野适形度不高的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,采用在断层治疗使用的调强多叶准直器下端附加适形用多叶准直器方法提高射野适形度。
上述方案中,所述的适形用多叶准直器叶片等中心处投影(2)宽度小于所述的调强多叶准直器叶片在等中心处投影宽度(1)。
本发明采用上述方案后,由于适形用多叶准直器等中心处投影宽度较小,且叶片可连续运动,可形成一个比调强多叶准直器形成的射野适形度提高很多的射野;多叶调强准直器在放射治疗时的射野,再次经适形用多叶调强准直器叶片适形,提高了断层治疗时射野的适形度,解决了断层治疗射野适形度不高的问题。

如图1、2、3所示,一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,采用在断层治疗使用的调强多叶准直器下端附加适形用多叶准直器方法提高射野适形度。

1.一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,其特征在于在断层治疗使用的调强多叶准直器下端附加适形用多叶准直器方法提高射野适形度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高断层治疗射野适形度的方法,其特征在于所述的适形用多叶准直器叶片(2)等中心处投影宽度小于所述的调强多叶准直器叶片(1)在等中心处投影宽度。
