Abstract

本发明公开了一种钻头锁紧设备及钻头,锁紧设备包括:具有通孔的凸台(1),所述凸台上方小圆柱体的内壁上设置有轴承(8),所述凸台还套有锁紧套(2),锁紧套(2)的上部内壁上设置有凸起(5),锁紧套(2)下部内壁呈锥形面(3);锥形面(3)的底面与凸台的上底面(10)之间设置有弹簧(9);压片(6)与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁(7)螺纹连接并压住凸起(5);凸台上方小圆柱体的壁上与锥形面(3)对应的位置设置有锥形孔(11),所述锥形孔内设置有钢珠(4)。采用本结构,锁紧与松开的操作简单、方便,且锁紧时比较牢固,安全性能较好。

Description

一种钻头锁紧设备及钻头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外科使用的骨钻电机,尤其涉及其中钻头锁紧设备及钻头。
背景技术
   在外科手术中,开颅钻、铣刀和磨钻是较为常用的开颅工具。开颅钻包括主机、减速器、锁紧座和钻头,钻头包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆。钻带有传输杆钻头,锁紧座通过螺纹连接于减速器的前部,钻头穿过锁紧座与减速器的动力输出相接。锁紧座的作用是卡紧传输杆,防止在工作时,钻头脱落。现有的锁紧设备是通过卡勾进行锁紧,存在安装不方便,不易使用的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便的钻头传输杆锁紧设备及钻头。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种钻头锁紧设备,其特征在于:所述设备包括:具有通孔的凸台,所述凸台上方小圆柱体的内壁上设置有轴承,所述凸台还套有锁紧套,锁紧套的上部内壁上设置有凸起,锁紧套下部内壁呈锥形面;锥形面的底面与凸台的上底面之间设置有弹簧,压片与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁螺纹连接并压住凸起;凸台上方小圆柱体的壁上与锥形面对应的位置设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔内设置有钢珠。
为了使得传输杆可以受力均匀,所述轴承为两个,分别位于外壁下方和上底面的上方。
为了保证两个轴承的牢固,所述两个轴承之间设置有支撑体。
为了方便连接减速器,所述凸台下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。
一种与上述钻头锁紧装置配合的钻头,包括前部的刀刃和后部的传输杆,其特征在于:所述传输杆上设置有凹槽。
采用本结构,当需要插入传输杆时,只需将锁紧套下压,此时,锥形面下移,钢珠向外滚出。传输杆到达指定位置后,松开锁紧套,由于弹簧的作用,锁紧套上升,锥形面抵住钢珠向内运动,卡住传输杆上的卡槽,将传输杆固定。这种锁紧方式,锁紧与松开的操作简单、方便,且锁紧时比较牢固,安全性能较好。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
     如图1及图2所示:
一种钻头,包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆,传输杆13上设置有凹槽14。
一种钻头锁紧设备,包括:具有通孔的凸台1,凸台上方小圆柱体的内壁上设置有轴承8,轴承8为两个,分别位于外壁7下方和上底面10的上方。两个轴承8之间设置有支撑体12。两个轴承可以有效的保证传输杆转动时的平稳,减少发热,上底面10上还螺纹连接有压紧件15,用以顶紧轴承8和支撑体12,增加了轴承8的牢固度,不易脱落。凸台还套有锁紧套2,锁紧套2的上部内壁上设置有凸起5,下部内壁呈锥形面3;锥形面3的底面与凸台的上底面10之间设置有弹簧9;压片6与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁7螺纹连接并压住凸起5;凸台上方小圆柱体的壁上设置有通向凸台通孔的锥形孔11,锥形孔11内设置有钢珠4。锥形孔11对应在钻头的传输杆13的位置上设置有凹槽14。凸台1下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。在此实施例中,当然锥形孔11和钢珠4的个数分别为两个。作为一种等同的变形,可以分别设为三个,这样的话,锁紧的效果将更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种钻头锁紧设备,其特征在于:所述设备包括:具有通孔的凸台(1),所述凸台上方小圆柱体的内壁上设置有轴承(8),所述凸台还套有锁紧套(2),锁紧套(2)的上部内壁上设置有凸起(5),锁紧套(2)下部内壁呈锥形面(3);锥形面(3)的底面与凸台的上底面(10)之间设置有弹簧(9);压片(6)与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁(7)螺纹连接并压住凸起(5);凸台上方小圆柱体的壁上与锥形面(3)对应的位置设置有锥形孔(11),所述锥形孔(11)内设置有钢珠(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的钻头锁紧设备,其特征在于:所述轴承(8)为两个,分别位于外壁(7)下方和上底面(10)的上方。
3.如权利要求2所述的钻头锁紧设备,其特征在于:所述两个轴承(8)之间设置有支撑体(12)。
4.如权利要求1至3任一所述的钻头锁紧设备,其特征在于:所述凸台(1)下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。
5.一种与权利要求1至4任一所述钻头锁紧装置配合的钻头,包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆,其特征在于:所述传输杆(13)上设置有凹槽(14)。
