Claims (8)
- 设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,包括等离子体反应器(1)、脉冲电源(2)、风机组件(3)、控制器(4)、进风口(5)、出风口(6)和外壳(8),进风口(5)和出风口(6)各设有空气过滤器(9),等离子体反应器(1)和风机组件(3)设置在气流之中,控制器(4)的两个输出端分别与脉冲电源(2)、风机组件(3)的电源控制端电连接,其特征在于所述的等离子体反应器(1)内设有正电极(101)和负电极(102);正电极(101)是由若干条耐氧化的金属带设在同一平面内按等距离平行排列制成一个组件,共计n组(n为50以内整数);所述的负电极(102)是表面氧化处理的铝板制成,负电极(102)的两面敷设纳米级TiO2,共计n+1块;根据反应器功率要求还设有若干条由铝棒或不锈钢条制成的阻止微放电导电轨(103),阻止微放电导电轨(103)上设有等距离排列的凸部(109),所述的正电极(101)的两端是分别固定在相对应导电轨上的凸部(109)顶端,阻止微放电导电轨(103)的两端各设置一个导电轨绝缘支架(105)固定在所述的反应器外壳(108)相对应安装孔中;若干条阻止微放电导电轨(103)用耐氧化导线作电连通;所述的脉冲电源(2)内设有EMC滤波器(201)、整流电路(202)、滤波电路(203)、脉冲发生器(204)、脉冲变压器(205)依次序作电连接,脉冲变压器(205)的高压输出端正极接等离子体反应器(1)的正电极(101),高压输出端负极与等离子体反应器(1)的负电极(102)连通接地;所述的脉冲发生器(204)内设有的振荡器、误差放大器、PWM比较器及开关管,脉冲变压器(205)与脉冲发生器(204)内的开关管是单端反激式逆变器设置的。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于所述的 阻止微放电导电轨(103)的凸部(109)是上下对称两个设为一组,每根阻止微放电导电轨 (103)的凸部(109)设η组,凸部(109)顶端设置向外侧弯头;所述的正电极(101)两端设 有不锈钢连接框(110),不锈钢连接框(110)中间冲成方孔,所述的凸部(109)顶端弯头套 入不锈钢连接框(110)方孔内;凸部(109)是厚度0. 3〜Imm的不锈钢弹性片。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于所述的 负电极(102)靠反应器外壳(108)边的上、下两端各设一个凸出的负电极固定梢(111),反 应器外壳(108)对应处开凹槽对接紧固。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于所述的 脉冲变压器(205)设有一个多槽绝缘线圈骨架(212),次级线圈(215)是分三段至五段绕制 在多槽绝缘线圈骨架(212)相对应的凹槽内串联而成;所述的初级线圈(214)和次级线圈 (215)的内孔中设有磁芯(216)作电磁耦合,磁芯(216)的磁回路中设有磁气隙(218);所 述的磁芯(216)最佳设计用铁基超微晶铁心,也可以设置铁氧体磁心。
- 5.根据权利要求1或2所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于 每组上下对称的两个凸部(109)弯头处是按同极性屏蔽效应距离设计的,相邻两根正电极 (101)的金属带之间距离范围是按16〜26mm排列;所述的正电极(101)与负电极(102)之 间的放电距离设计范围是8〜18mm。
- 6.根据权利要求1或5所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于所 述的正电极(101)是由若干条镍铬金属带设在同一平面内,相邻两根正电极(101)最佳值 按22mm等距离排列制成一个组件;正电极(101)与负电极(102)之间的最佳放电距离是 12mm。
- 7.根据权利要求1所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于所述的脉冲发生器(204)内的振荡器、误差放大器和PWM比较器及开关管是制成一个模块;也可以 选用开关电源控制集成电路ICl包括开关管是合用一块单片集成电路T0P225或T0P224制 成,或是性能更好的单片五端开关电源ICl包括MC33374制成。
- 8.根据权利要求1所述的设有金属带——板结构反应器的净化器,其特征在于正电极 (101)的镍铬金属带的牌号为Cr20Ni80的高电阻电热合金,也可以是铁铬铝材料的牌号为 0Cr27A17Mo2的高电阻电热合金;或所述的正电极(101)是Ti3Al为基的钛合金材料制成。
